Awful!!! Standing waiting to order sandwich and he just keeps moving bread out of the ovens and sprinkling with cheese? Really? I say — can we order sandwiches and he says — I’m doing this right now. Needless to say I walked out and he lost my business. Note to owner — there are subways on every corner and you should hire more employees with customer service skills. Shame on u!!!

I don’t expect gourmet food when going to Subway. But the tomatoes on my sandwich were still frozen and everything turned out soggy and messy when I sat down to eat it. Easy fix and the service was okay, but I won’t be going back to this location.

My husband and I each had a 6 inch tuna yesterday afternoon. Both of us were very, very I’ll the rest of the day and through the next morning. Do not eat here unless you’re up to sitting on a toilet for the next 24 hours.

Terrible customer service and unethical behavior. I ordered two veggie sandwich(one feet bread with two diff orders). The previous customer had ordered meat so I politely requested the customer service to change the gloves before preparing the veggie order. She was clearly very upset and unhappy with that request and her tone immediately changed. I took the order and came home and realized she should have charged me for One feet sandwich order instead charged me for two separate orders. Also she messed up the order and sauces. I will never ever step into that shop again

I just ate at this location yesterday in an attempt to use a «buy one get one sandwich free coupon» from Entertainment. I’m not sure if this is Entertainment’s fault, or Subway’s fault, but someone really needs to take a proper English course when producing a coupon. On the coupon it said«Buy any 6″ sandwhich and get the second 6″ sandwich of equal or less value for free.» Sounds nice, right? WRONG!!! I was happy when I spotted a sandwich that had bacon in it, but I couldn’t get it because it was labeled as a «premium» sandwhich. Seriously, the only sandwhich that looked good on the menu, and the manager told me that the coupon didn’t cover it. I repeat, it said«ANY6″ SANDWHICH» on the coupon!!! This is the second time that I run into crap like this. The manager just told me in poor English«This coupon no work with premium sandwhiches.» I felt like saying, «It says that nowheres on the coupon chica!!!» Conclusion, I ended up buying another sandwhich that looked good, but they made it as if they were working with rations. Hahahaha… the sandwhich hardly had anything in it! TOGO’s, here I come!

I’ll Have A Sandwich — But Hold The Food… Subway is known for having decent sandwiches at a good price in many neighborhoods around the South Bay. But not on a recent occasion. My wife was doing some shopping around the Almaden Plaza along Blossom Hill Road. Her last stop was a bagel shop at the end of the strip toward Whole Foods. However, it was closed(5PM on a Monday) and she decided to get dinner from Subway a few doors down. I usually get a foot-long«vegetarian» from the Subway around the intersection of Capital Expressway and Vistapark Drive. They do an excellent job. No complaints from me. If this review was about that outlet, I’d give them 4 stars. However, I’m writing about Subway in Almaden Plaza. The sandwich had practically NOFOOD. Imagine…12 inches of stale bread with crumbs of lettuce and a few half-hearted pint-sized pieces of tomato, pepper and cucumber. Put those foot-long contents on a 3 inch bagel and you’d still feel shortchanged. To summarize, Subway at the Almaden Plaza might have: Food served by angels Heavenly atmosphere Prices so low a pauper would feel like a king But I really don’t care because MYSANDWICHHADNOFOOD. Missing in action. I was about to give this«restaurant» 1 star… the lowest allowed… but my wife said her sandwich deserved 3 stars. So, to be fair(even though I starved) and preserve harmony at home, I’ll give them 2. Unfortunately, sometimes just opening the door for business is good enough for a star. Pros: At least the disappointment is cheap Cons: Might not find any food Star Ratings: Overall: 2 Food Quality: 2 Food Quantity: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Cost: 4 Value: 1 Hunger After The Fact: 5
