The front counter Cashier name Isaiah was very rude and unfriendly. He took my order too fast and wasn’t even looking at me while he was taking my order. He threw the bag to me and my friend over the counter. I didn’t even get a greet from Isaiah. I usually don’t come to this jack in the box, but I recommend not going at night.

I work nights near here and if I need to eat dinner after 12 it’s either this or McDonalds. My food is never hot, they never have soda, and just recently I asked for 8 slices of bacon on the side. She charged us for all 8 at 10 cents more than on the menu each, only gave us two, and also put them on my friends burger instead of on the side like we asked. Such a small thing but I just don’t understand why they can’t seem to handle the slightest request

I came to this location and it is horrible service! I usually don’t do too many reviews but this was unacceptable. The cashier Rutchel was very rude and not patient. I changed my mind about what I wanted and he switched his tone with me. He even rolled his eyes at me which I couldn’t believe… When paying for my food he slid my card like 4 times obnoxiously and my card is in good condition their was no need for that. My friend needed a refund and he was being rude too and explaining to his manager(which looked like he was 19) that she changed her mind and the way he explained it made us look bad. Management needs to step in and check them. Or the owner needs to pay them a visit. Never going their again

Worst service I’ve ever received ANYWHERE. When I first pulled up, the guy greeted me by saying hi nothing else so I said hi and he says hi again uhm ok? No, «hi welcome to jack»?? Then I tried ordering a monster taco but they were out but they had the two tacos. Fine I’ll just go with those and get fries. Once I pulled up to the window I couldn’t believe it! Some guy named Isaac who was taking the order was on his smart phone talking to his girlfriend!!! WOW he barely interacted with me and when I received my order he just shut the window I tried getting his attention by honking because I wanted ranch but he was too busy continuing his conversation to care! REALLY?! I was infuriated I drove off and when I got home I realize that he only filled my fries halfway! He was too busy juggling his phone to pay attention to what he was doing! Never have I wished someone should get fired till now! WORSTSERVICEEVER

Their late night service is non-existent. The last 5 times I’ve went to this Jack-in-the-Box past one, I’ve received lame excuses as to why they aren’t serving food, or no reasoning at all. My short conversations with employees: «Sorry, we aren’t serving food right now.» «Oh, why?» «We just aren’t.» «Can I order a Jack’s Mu-« “We’re not taking orders right now.» «Okay? Why not?» «There’s nobody here to cook the food.» ^ That time was particularly infuriating, considering I could see two other people behind her, one diddling away on a cellphone. I’ve been there on multiple occasions on different time frames, but each late night they were just not serving. Looking back on my experiences with this particular Jack-in-the-box site, I’m pretty sure these dolts are just pulling our fingers and being too lazy to do their job.

Quick review. Fast drive thru — only complaint is that I got a coke zero, it tasted watered down and lemony? Why did it taste like a citrus drink and seemed diluted??? There are quite a few of other fast food places with a drive thru within 30 seconds of this place if you are not fond of Jack in the Box.

Servers were friendly, but I was disappointed with the soda fountain, as silly as that sounds. I ordered a Coke Zero, which they almost forgot to give me, and when I got it, it tasted like diluted soda that was mixed with whatever the drink was in that fountain before. Yikes. It’s the first time I’ve had JITB in a while and I like their new menu choices, but I went with my normal choice sourdough jack. Additionally I ordered bacon cheddar wedges(yeah it was one of those nights) and had no regrets about the food, just the drink.

OMG! We moved to this area from Campbell and our Jack n the Box on bascom was pretty good fresh food. Well, this one location has dropped the F%$#*#! ball. We got home and could not believe what was in the bag. Charcoal-BLACK cheese burgers that if you put all 3 pf them together… they may be a 1\4 inch thick! Are you seriously selling this CRAP! I was so mad that I wanted to go back and toss them in through the drive thru window and say EATTHISCRAP and tell me if you would feed your family this Crap? I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews first before ever attempting to go to this location. Staaaaaaayyy far away from this location. Your stomach will THANKYOU!

NEVER returning to this location EVER again! My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru last night at about 10:30pm. I was ordering what I wanted and the guy asked if there was anything else. I told him yes just a minute and he then tells me what my total was. I was like«uhm excuse me? I’m not done». My boyfriend then ordered a grilled breakfast sandwich without cheese. When we got up to the window I paid and we waited a few minutes for the food. We finally got my meal and the guy said to hang on they were almost done with the breakfast sandwich. We finally got that and drove off to home. Once we got home we started to eat our food and found out that the breakfast sandwich wasn’t even cut and that it was only egg and cheese(which he said not to have) on bread. Really!!! How the hell do you forget to put meat on the sandwich? At this point it was around 11pm and I was in no mood to drive back over to the location so I decided to call them and speak to a manager. I called FIVE times and nobody picked up. I tried calling them again today — FIVE times again and STILLNOANSWER. I was never given a receipt either so I can’t even show that to them. NOTIMPRESSED. This location has been going downhill for awhile. Rude employees, slow service, and bad food.

Wow this jack n the box is great the service is good. Araceli took my order and was very polite and sounded professional. My order was complete and had no issues. Other jack in the box places i been too r usually ghetto and service is horrible but this one wasnt. Ill be coming to this location from now on. I noticed a costomer be very rude to vincent who is the manager and he kept his composer and professionalism up high and handles the situation very well then i noticed the rude lady leave happy with more food

I don’t always get a great customer experience at a fast food place, I don’t expect it. The counter person smiled and was very friendly & professional! I have a JIB problem, I manage it. 2 sometimes 3 times a week when I binge. I love how they change up the menus and the commercials are awesome! I special order my burgers every time. I’ve never had a problem with the order being right.

Nope… Not recommending this place right now. The food(fried items) was undercooked. The flavor wasn’t to par with other Jack in the Boxes. Too bad. On the other hand, they offered Great customer service and were especially friendly and helpful. Too bad customer service isn’t an edible item on the menu; I’m afraid that would be the only thing worth while to eat from this JITB location.

Pro: Dine-in is open 24⁄7 along with it’s usual 24⁄7 drive-thru Con: There’s something about the atmosphere and location… doesn’t feel safe. Bathrooms(at least in the late hours)…require cashier to page you into. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – The restaurant itself is awesome in that their dine-in is open 24 hours. Very handy since I don’t really like to have to eat in the car on the go when I want a bite. The venue is like any other typical Jack in the Box so there’s no comments needed there. If anything… there is something about the location and the people who frequent it. Doesn’t seem to give you that safe vibe. Probably a combination of the area + the transients sleeping inside the restaurant + etc. I suppose it’s also to be expected in fast food restaurants more and more these days. You can’t get into the bathroom by yourself. You have to flag the cashiers to hit the button to unlock the doors so you can get in. Not sure if this is true during the daytime since i usually frequent here at the late hours on the way home.

I have to give one star based upon Unilocal rating system. After the service tonight I will not be returning to this business. It’s unfortunate that Jack in the Box can’t seem to hire solid employees. While relaying our order, the team leader this evening, Delores, couldn’t hear us so we spoke up… She must have misinterpreted our voice level as being rude and immediately jumped to the conclusion we were being rude. After that she was inappropriately making comments to the other employees about us, at which point the other employees specifically Tyler, began to join in on the bashing without even understanding the situation. I understand you may deal with a lot of drunk patrons and rude customers at 3am on a Friday/Saturday but when there are two sober ones who just got off work trying to simply get a bite to eat its really uncalled for. The sad part about this review is it won’t change anything about this situation other than losing two customers, the good part is it might help us stick to our meal plan. When I was completely taken back about the situation I asked to speak to a manager which happened to be the team leader Delores, which I was completely blown away that a manager would be acting like this towards«valued» customers, and the asst. was Tyler, wow, two managers treating customers like they were the issue. So, when all was finished, I parked and entered the establishment to see if I could clear up the misconception and was greeted with the same attitude as we had gotten at the drive thru window, still no change in outlook other than the conclusion that maybe there had been a miscommunication, hence the reason for my longest Unilocal review to date. Thanks but no thanks.
