James is a pro. Had an older Cannondale road racing tandem that had a blowout. Called… he showed for pick up and delivered back three days later. The bike looks great, rides great. Worth the money.

Excellent service and very knowledgable! James came and listened to my needs and offered suggestions. He took bike and within a couple of days arranged to deliver it back to me. I just got back from a trip where I rode my newly adjusted bike (extension put on handle bar) and its just what I needed. I highly recommend «Got Bikes»! Truly is a mobile bike repair!

He helped me understand how the bike works and what I might want to do with it in the future if I want to get more serious about biking. I called James in need of two mountain bikes that my son and his friend could ride for the day. James was very pleasant and delivered the bikes in a timely manner at a fair rental price. He even let me have the bikes for an extra 1 ½ hour for no additional charge! He will also give you a discount towards the purchase of a new bike.

Very long way over due review for Got Bikes. My husband has gone to him quite a bit, always great service! I recently got back into biking (after 15 years) he tuned up my bike, replaced my pedals and gave me some much appreciated advice.
He is just awesome, so happy we have a stellar bike repair guy in Almaden!

This a local out of a home garage business. It’s great to have James in the neighborhood to quickly come fix one of our many bikes, that suddenly has a flat tire, chain broken or needing to rent a bike. He is a decent guy with decent prices and he does great work and helped my daughter fix her bike all up for college. I highly reccomend James to any locals, and you can go to him too & even buy a bike, né always has some bikes on hand!

It’s awesome to be on your front lawn and James shows up with bikes! We were interested in testing some commuter bikes: folding & hybrid for taking on caltrains so we rented them from Got Bikes? Later we purchased a set and he came back and delivered them and some accessories. So easy!

James does great work. My son’s previous bike had a slow leak I couldn’t figure out! James quickly identified the thorn, and was able to completely fix our tire.
Welcome bike 2, and again I had a FAST leak on the rear tire. Called James, he was able to get us in right away, and he not only fixed the tire, he also installed a kickstand, and gave the bike a quick once over.
James is so nice, and will honestly evaluate the bike. A quick reminder, anything you can get at a bike shop, pretty much Got Bike’s sells too. Think of it as a BikeShop on wheels! Certainly the most convenient. If you have more than 1 bike, a shop on wheels might be what you need. He can do visits and service everything on site!
Definitely give him a call next time something goes wrong, or you get a new bike. He will honestly give you feedback.
He’s my go-​to bike guy!

Does it get any better than being able to ride your bike to work, drop it with these guys in the morning and then pick it back up at lunch, tuned-​up and ready to roll for the ride home? NO! It doesn’t!
James and crew are amazing! Knowledgable and friendly as can be. No pretentiousness found here, like you can get at some bike shops. They use quality parts and do quality work.
If they aren’t coming to your office at least once a month, you need to give their contact info to your HR team or whoever handles onsite benefits. Yep, you guessed it, they make work calls and it doesn’t get any better than that!

I found James through a web search. Outstanding service and work. We don’t have expensive bikes and I thought I just needed a couple tires changed and a baby seat installed. James came to my house, picked up the bikes and gave me a quote on the spot along with tune ups. Within 3 days I got a call that everything was done and he offered to deliver them to my house. His place is on my way home so I stopped by to get them myself. What a huge difference the tune ups made! Both bikes ride perfectly and our 1 year old loves his bike seat!
I highly recommend James!
