The name Fast Food does NOT give justification to Chick-fil-A…This is not your typical fast food! Yes, it’s fast but to have it in the same category as McDonalds is so sad…
We drive 20+ miles to enjoy this tasty treat. We don’t even like typical fast food places anymore. Too bad there are not many in the south bay… We’d LOVE to see one in Morgan Hill or Gilroy! C’mon Chick-​fil-​A, can’t you see, how much we love you???
Juicy, hot, crispy chicken sandwiches with crispy thick waffle fries… makes my mouth water… And that sauce! Mmmmm Mmmmm!
The quality is insanely good, service is always courteous and prompt (also 360 degrees from other fast food places)…
Come to Chick-​fil-​A and get your cluck on!

It can be a bit more expensive but the food is great especially the fruit. They have plenty of great sauces.

Great food hot and fresh, however we come n each Saturday and they never have coffee. This is the # 1 breakfast drink and they never have any made, I mean never! I have been here at opening, no coffee almost like an afterthought. The final kicker was today they had enough coffee to fill nine but not my wife’s. I returned to the counter 15 minutes later after we ate and asked for our coffee, the guy said they just started brewing it! What was going on for the last 15 minutes, if there was another Chick-​Fil-​A close we would not return here.

I get the whole back story on this company and it couldn’t be farther from the truth. Myself or any other PAYING customer shouldn’t feel judge when making an order ! 2 stars is only cause my food was actually good. Just poor customer service.

I love ChikFilA! The food is great, convenient location, easy parking, and friendly service. The restaurant is newish so it’s clean and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars, but I’m sad they got rid of the coleslaw. I always got it with my meal and it was refreshing. It was cool that they gave out the recipe, but I’m not going to make it myself every time I go to chikfila XD

Horrible. The food is the same Chic fil a food but the time it takes you to go through the drive thru is ridiculous. I literally spent 40 minutes waiting in my car for a chicken sandwich. I like their food but it’s not worth my money and time. Their drive thru is such an inconvenience. Next time I want a quick bite I’ll go to a sit down restaurant and probably get my food faster

This location isn’t bad. But this review isn’t about the food, which is typical Chick FIL A.
This is about the convenience and service.
I have been coming consistently since it opened. Breakfast. Lunch. Some dinner. Not every day, but consistently.
Every morning I come, I order a coffee. Every morning, I have to wait 10+ minutes because they have to make the coffee. Every. Morning. Apparently the folks who work here don’t know that people in the morning want coffee with their meals.
Please! Have a consistent supply of coffee for the morning crowd. Don’t make us wait when we have to get to work. It’s not a ‘pleasure’.

I love Chic Fil La. Today I introduced it to my girlfriend and she loved it. She is a real picky eater so sometimes she don’t like what I like. Today she did and she apologized for doubting me (that’s a first).
Thanks to Chic Fil La, I might get lucky tonight.
Oh the food is great too.
Get the 12 piece nugget classic meal. You might need two because the nuggets kinda small.

First time having this the other day.
I didn’t doubt that the chicken I had was real. Exceeded my expectations for a chicken sandwich considering that it’s fast food. The waffle cut fries are pretty cool also; crunchy to the bite with more starchy goodness than regular fries.
I was at the drive-​thru ordering for a whole group while the line was long near closing. What my friend thought was «free food» was actually the employee accidentally charging an extra sandwich during my order. One small gripe, but understandable.

Love their chicken burgers and milkshakes here! Prices are ok, not too bad. Fast and friendly service! They even deliver our food to our tables! A very modern and professional fast food place! Waaaay better than McDonald’s. i love coming here for a quick chicken burger!

Love the customer service & the atmosphere was a two thumbs up. Oh yea, the food was AMAZING :)

I don’t usually review fast-​food chains, but when I do it’s because I’ve had something amazing!
You have to try the Frosted Lemonade. It’s perfection. On top of that their service is very friendly. I love how the bring the food to your table instead of making you wait at the front.

This is the worst Chick-​fil-​A location!
I won’t be coming here ever again, I gave it so many chances and really wanted to continue eating here. I am a major Chick-​fil-​A lover and was so excited when this location opened, but I have never had a good experience eating here.
My issue isn’t with the food, and thats the only reason I kept coming back. My issue is with the amazingly rude staff and the fact that every time I came here there is at least 2 – 3 things wrong with my order.
I could rant for along time about this place and all their mistakes, but just trust me don’t go to this location.

Hands down, THE ABSOLUTE BEST saLad I have ever received from a chain fast food restaurant. QuaLity ingredients and fresh produce provided in my saLad = one happy camper! Do yourseLf a favor and don’t sLeep on the GriLLed Market SaLad!!!
This pLace dishes out quaLity foods at skimpy portions. (BUT ITS SOOOOOO WORTH IT!!)
Chicken nuggets are good but i’d have to eat 3 seperate serving to even feeL remoteLy satisfied, I wouLd recommend going for the chicken strips instead.
ALL in aLL, If you are Looking for a big bang for your buck, don’t bother coming here.
I will definiteLy be back for the deLicious food offerings but avoid using the drive-​thru if you don’t have LOTS of time to kill. As an added FYI: Chick-​fiL-​A is not open on Sunday for reLigious purposes.

Been coming here a couple of times and thought… its worthy of a review! Love all their salads. tried them all. And, I can honestly say, they’re not skimpy with their chicken… there is almost equal amount of greens and chicken in every salad i’ve ordered.
I also appreciate that they employ senior citizens at this establishment and that they put them as inside cashiers and not at the drive thru windows (where people are typically in a hurry.)
Overall, great food and great service.

Had a sudden fitness relapse and found myself going out for dinner at a restaurant which turned out to be fast food joint! I couldn’t believe it!
The service here is impeccable. Everyone is friendly, helpful, warm, welcoming and not to mention the place is spotless and spacious.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with extra crispy friends and of course extra chik fil a sauce. This place doesn’t disappoint and is right up there with in n out. Now I know what the hype was about when they first made their debut to the west coast!

For a fast food chain restaurant, this place has the best food and services out of all of the fast food restaurants I have ever been to. The staff greets you when you walk in.
Their infamous spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries are my favorites. Everything here comes in nice packages, including the sauces. I agree with some Unilocalers on here that this place is a bit pricey for a fast food restaurant. The Asian chicken salad only is already ~$ 9 including tax. That’s almost the price of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. However, I don’t mind it at all because I’m getting good quality food and services.
The restaurant is clean, spacious and has a lot of seats. When you are done eating, someone will help you throw your trash away.

For a chain restaurant, Chick-​fil-​A is surprisingly fresh. It’s still fast food at the end of the day, but good is good, right?
I especially like their waffle fries — they aren’t too greasy and there’s plenty of potato to go around. The way the chicken is cooked is more breaded than crunchy — some people may detest this style, but I actually prefer it. Paired with friendly service and a clean environment, and this is one chain I can see myself going back to.

When I was looking for a place to eat around the area, I decided to get Chick-​fil-​A and expected a 3 or 4 star rating based from my previous experience. In disbelief, everything about this place blew my mind away. I had no problem finding a parking space so you don’t have to worry about that since the parking lot was gigantic.
ATMOSPHERE:
It was very well-​maintained and clean. The booths were comfortable and it even had a nice decoration. There was an empty coke bottle with flowers and it was nice to see some form of decoration on the table.
FOOD:
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it came with a drink and waffle fries. I always loved their waffle fries! I also got some honey mustard with my order and put it on my sandwich and I highly recommend it! When you go get condiments, they have the ketchup where you can just easily open and squeeze it (if you don’t know what I mean, come here and check it out).
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
This was the element that pulled in an extra star or two for me. I walked in the restaurant was greeted by a friendly employee. I took about a minute to look at the menu to find out what I wanted to get and went back in line. Fortunately, there was no line. I went up and ordered my food and my food came even before I finished swiping my card! Fastest service I’ve ever had! After finishing my meal, I was just cleaning up and ready to go and an employee offered to take my tray and another cleaned up my table. Very efficient and a very friendly atmosphere here.
Would I come back here? YAAAS! Would I recommend this to a friend? YAAAS! I’m definitely looking forward to come back here again!

This will be the last time I ever go to this location. I’ve called the manager of this location numerous times to let him know that his employees were not handling the food safely. I witnessed numerous times at the drive thru how the workers were «goofing off» and having too much of a good time which led to this: my ice cream began to pour over and the girl dumped that ice cream back into the machine after touching it with her hands. I asked for a new one and she rolled her eyes at me and wasn’t generous in the next serving.
Today I decided to post a picture of what I found in the frozen lemonade smoothie/​drink. A black hair. The way I noticed it was after tipping it over to drink the rest without a straw. I am shocked that this place continues to pass the inspection.
If you don’t mind hair in your food, I highly recommend this place.
