Awesome location. Plenty of parking. Drive thru is super fast. Friendly and quick. Always super busy but the staff is highly efficient

This is a specific review of the male manager on 1÷25÷16 at 4:00PM.
Worst McDonalds manager ever. I had to visit your restaurant twice. First in the drive-​thru. Second time in the store, because you suck.
I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no catchup. You delivered me 2 with no onions, no pickles and dripping in catchup. I noticed this fact a half mile down the road. I had to turn around.
Upon my return, I waited patiently to try and get your attention. Instead, the very nice and attentive young lady trying to work the register and take care of the customers came over. I explained to her what happened. She immediately went to the people that make the burgers and asked that they make them again.
You sent her back to the register while she was trying to take care of me. When she returned to the register another customer came to complain that a homeless man sat down and ate her family’s food. While you were taking care of that situation (wrong again) I waited patiently and still unnoticed. You should have made sure the lady knew that her food would be remade first then returned the homeless man’s money and asked him to leave.
The nice young lady again went out of her way to take care of the customers. She found that the lady wanted her food togo now and passed that info to the people making the food. You sent her back to the register again as if she was doing something wrong.
After you further ignored me, the cashier came to me again. I asked if she could check on my food. Again your cooks made my food wrong and she had to ask for them again. I had now been waiting 20 minutes for food since I was first in the drive-​thru.
When the cashier finally gave me my food, I thanked her. She was excellent to me. You rushed her back to the register again.
You never asked her why she was away from the register and kept reprimanding her. She was taking care of the customer that you failed to take care of many times. If I was the owner of this McDonalds, I would fire you. You don’t take care of the customers first.

The place is located in The Plant, so the parking is never a problem. I enjoy coming here every now for breakfast.
The place is clean and the employees are nice. They take my order in a professional friendly manner and provides the best customer satisfaction.

I had a two-​times-​per-​day McDonalds habit, and this store cured me! A year ago I was pretty tightly wound. My wife had just had a stroke, and when the staff at this store questioned my eligibility for «Senior Coffee» for myself (Age 68) and my father-​in-​law (Age 82) at the drive-​thru (just because I didn’t have him in the car with me), it was the last straw. I swore off Mickey Dee and haven’t been back for over a year. Best thing for me, as it turned out! I’ve lost 15 pounds, and feel better, too. The manager here may be a total twit, but I should probably thank him.

you you know this Mc Donald’s I think gets a bad wrap. there customer service is WONDERFUL. they treat everyone equal & given this is next to a lower class of people & how many homeless shelters are around this «neck of the woods» is treated equal. thats a big deal in my book.
coffee is always freshly brewed as well I love this place a morning dive

I go to many different McDonald’s for my morning coffee and sometimes end up going here. If is definitely good for a quick snack and go, but definitely not the best if you want to stay healthy. The service here also takes a little longer.

Clean looking place. Good order correct. Wi-​Fi good. Couldn’t see anything wrong here. No loud immigrants, no homeless beggars…

It was pretty good, great cashier. Really cute and apologized for the taking a couple minutes long (it wasn’t more then ten minutes though). Even though he didn’t have too, he gave a free ice cream ! lol
Overall, the food tasted the same as any McDonald’s would, nothing more nothing less.

The bathrooms are never clean. They don’t have a place to charge your phone. They have free WiFi. Homeless problems every mornings with people ask for change. Save money isn’t healthy anyways

Medium. The drive through is pretty accurate and fast… Most inconveniences occur inside with getting people through the line.
Overall the people are nice and the place is clean

Come here if you like your receipt and change put on the counter and slid toward you instead of in your outstretched hand, old fries that aren’t fresh and a sloppy burger.
They have wifi but nowhere to charge your phone and cashier was rude. If you’re out shopping and want a quick bite to eat, go to L&L bbq, five guys or subway. Don’t waste your time here.

Earned less stars. Ordered 60 piece chicken nuggets and they were hella soggy and not wanted to eat. the large fries were a mix of cold and hot fries. Ruined my appetite to be honest.

Terrible service. The workers just stare at you rather than helping. Cold fries and bad sweet tea.

Not the best McDonalds location but it wasn’t terribLe either.
Cashier was super slow and she seemed a bit distracted. This didn’t help with the busy traffic coming in and out of this store during our visit.
Only negative about this spot was that there was a man panhandling in the parking lot. He even followed a few customers inside. Kind of creepy.

The fact that I am writing a review while sitting here at the drive through tells you how slooooow this location is. It is the WORST McD’s Drive through ever.
We were by the take out speaker & no one greeted us for the longest time. Horrible service from a man, maybe short staffed?

CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP, FRUGAL,…
This must be a franchise store and the onwer (s) must think that they have found the secret to cut costs and be more profitable. I get a large iced coffee 3 – 4 times a week and for some reason, EVERY TIME THAT I GET IT AT THIS McDONALD’S, THEY ALWAYS USE THE REGULAR SOFT DRINK LIDS. Another item that lacks completion is the breafast burrito. All around the other McDonalds’ you now get a sticker that says «sausage» on your $ 1 burrito. NOT HERE! THEY ARE SO CHEAP THAT THEY WONT GET PROPER ICED COFFEE LIDS AND STICKERS FOR THEIR BREAKFAST BURRITOS. Don’t get me wrong, I really don’t know why the burritos require stickers since they only have sausage burritos. However, for consistency sake, your menu items and presentation should be the same at any of the corporate or franchise stores.
Customer Service: Far below average. I ordered an Iced Vanilla Coffee like I always do, I don’t get a straw, I ask for one, and the employee rolls her eyes as if it was my mistake…
Price: Menu items are more expensive here. Maybe 10 or 15 cents than most of the other McDonalds around San Jose.

Not a huge fan of McDonald’s but when the mood strikes its nice to know there is a 24 hour one. They have 2 order lanes. Orders are taken pretty fast but they are a bit slow getting it to you. At least the fries were fresh and hot :)

I love the fact that this place has double drive through, so when we come it’s never busy. As long as this place has been here I have not yet to step inside.
We come here because of Nikolas. He has his cravings and we have ours. Everytime we get to go from the plant he gives us this face, telling us in his words «Don’t want it, don’t like it», of course then we ask «What do you want to eat then», Nikolas has his way of saying things, «I want… nuggets, french fries, sauce and milk».
Of course we know by now he’s talking about Mc Donalds so it’s always drive through for him and since we don’t eat that all the time.
But I’m sure maybe one day we will come inside to dine in. Well actually no maybe not at this one. If they had an indoor play ground like the one on Story and Capitol, we would deff dine in.
But as for to go this place is deff the one to go to around where we live. Even though it’s in The Plant, it’s easy to get to and after your done going through the drive through, it’s easy to leave and be on your way.

Dare I write this horrible review after being crowned the Duchess on ¹⁄₂₀? Oh yeah. It’s time.
Without ever stepping a boot clad foot in this location, I am comfortable giving this McDonald’s a measly 1 star review due to the countless disappointments since they first opened at The Plant.
— Sauce Protocol: I find it very annoying when you aren’t ASKED what kind of dipping sauce you prefer for your chicken nuggets. I have even gone as far as directly inquiring if they are under some kind of Regional standard (to which I have never received an answer). I find it even MORE annoying when they DO ask but they STILL give you completely different sauce. Really!!!
— «Happy» Meals served by unhappy people: Other than the fact that ANYONE with a job should be a) grateful to have one & b) should be performing their job with a smile & friendly attitude ESPECIALLY since they are serving said happy meals. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.
— To drink or not to drink: Before you drive away, always always always check your bags for your straws. I encourage the same double-​check if you order an ice cream sundae or a yogurt parfait. Either that or be prepared to get creative.
With these simple basics lacking, I am not inclined to ever go beyond the drive thru service. I’m sorry to say but the only thing this McDonalds has as an advantage is the location.
