This is one of our go to places. When we don’t really know what we want, we often decide to go here. Everything is good. I particularly love the Super Veggie burrito, the al pastor tacos, and the beef nachos. My daughter in law loves their tamales, and my husband and son are huge fans of the«baby bean and cheese burritos.» For some reason, the smaller ones are way more tasty. For me, no visit is complete without some horn hats. It’s always fresh, icy cold, and delicious.

The worst Mexican food I’ve had in a while. Ordered a vegetarian enchilada and it didn’t even have cheese in it, it had huge chunks of bland vegetables in it, and the sauce was definitely not enchilada sauce. I normally don’t like wasting food but I could not even make a dent in my meal. Don’t waste your time and money going here.

I don’t know what’s going on here but the food and service has gone down tremendously over the last few months. We ordered to-go tonight. Our order was missing two tacos de lengua which, of course, we did not notice until we got home. Yes, we should have checked before we left the restaurant but come on, it’s the end of a long Monday and having all your items in your to-go order is the minimum standard; no reason for food which was paid for to be missing. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Nobody feels like driving back to a restaurant to pick up two tacos that should have been in your bag to begin with. On top of all this, the tacos that did make it home were dry. I told my boyfriend that my food was made without love! The bean and cheese burritos I ordered for my toddlers were cold. The cheese didn’t even melt. Hmmmm… Kinda strange??? Anyway, we’ve agreed that after all the years as customers of this restaurant, we will no longer be eating here. We’ll take ourselves further down Blossom Hill Road to a delicious taco stand sieving authentic Mexican food.(See my other review for the location if you’re interested!)

This place is terrible. I never post on here but my family and I had such a bad experience we didn’t want anyone else to experience this. We paid extra to dine in, they took 20 minutes, and gave Our food to us COLD in to-go boxes. You don’t eat burritos mojados in a to-go box because you can’t sop up the sauce. It needs to be on a plate. Since they built the bar in, the staff serve the bar patrons first. They are understaffed as well, still looking for new people. They even upped the prices. Don’t go here, please. Save yourself the stress and hassle. If anything, go to Chavez Super Mercado further down on Blossom Hill and Cahalan, they have a small eating area but the service is GREAT and so is the food.

This place is alright. Just alright. Not amazing but not inedible. I got a burrito mojado and was just decent. If i’m in the neighboorhood, I would maybe come again.

I love this place. Burrito Factory(in all of its locations) been my favorite Mexican takeout spot for the last 10 years, and always will be. Staff is quick and friendly, and the food is great and reasonably priced. Not to mention, full bar!

I ordered special burrito for togo. An hour after I ate the burrito I felt some abdominal pain, i thought it was just a gas. The pain getting more severe to the point I can not handle it anymore. The pain goes on and off every 5mins. I called in sick from work and went home planned to rest but the pain was really untolerable. They sent me to KAISERED and true enough it was the food that cause the problem! I thought I am gonna die, i felt its a really bad poison that induced to my system. I called the store the next day after staying in hospital for 1 night. No one can answer how they prepare their food. They gave me number said to be CUSTOMERSERVICE that is ANSWERINGMACHINE! If you come and see the place and check the side where the cook and employee go in and out, it was soooooooo dirty! Seen a cook holding gray plastic bin of left over food coming out from the kitchen, i believe its a thrash came back and touch the plate NEVERWASHED his hands! Look at the floor, no doubt a lot of BIGRATS lives in the kitchen were they prepare the food I ATE! Now to all who come and eat here and to those just wanted to try, BEAWAREOFTHEPOSSIBLE consequences!!! Better be careful done be SORRY!

The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because half of my order was worth two stars. I order two breakfast burritos one was good and the other awful. $ 10 for a breakfast burrito should be worth it. I was better off ordering the special burrito of the day for $ 5.99. Instead I got a tortilla burrito. Even the lady preparing my burrito even mention«puro tortilla!» Smh staff is very unprofessional and to think I use to refer a lot of people to this establishment. Not no mas!

So after the 3rd visit to this burrito factory, I’m going to say it’s my last… Unfortunately I figure I give this place the 3 strike rule and it has struck out. First off, never knew a place that charges for chips, maybe extra but I ordered $ 30 worth of food, at least one bag! I’m from Santa cruz, taquarias every where and even then, its not as bad as this. Sorry but never had Carne asada that taste like hamburger meat before. Burrito lacks meat, no meat, all rice and beans for a super, should be called regular… I’m sorry but there’s better out there and this is not it.

Ok, so this was my second time at this place. I was waiting for my car stereo to be installed and thought I’d check out this place while waiting. That visit was ok, nothing to write home about. This time, I ordered the«Special of the day» enchiladas verde. They looked really good, however the four enchiladas plate did not come with rice and beans? Amy way, I shared with my 12 yr. old daughter. They were really spicy for me, so I ordered a side of rice and beans for us. Now, I don’t cook, but shouldn’t enchiladas have cheese? They covered the so called enchiladas with sour cream and Mexican cheese, and the sauce was actually the hot chile sauce not enchilada sauce– yikes! Now I know why the girl at the register was asking the cook if he could make the«special» obviously they didn’t have enchilada sauce-so why was it the special of the day? Another thing, this place is rather pricey for a burrito factory

My family went to burrito factory on 6÷6÷2015 and we got our food and my daughter’s chicken enchilada plate had hair when she cut in to them. And i ordered the wet burrito and a side of beans and rice on the same plate and in my food there was also hair. So i got the attention of one of the workers and told him there was hair in our plates and he said I believe you. The manager was sitting at the table right next to us and did not say anything to us at all. I will never eat at this place again.

I’ve stopped by for lunch for years. Acceptable food. Comfortable enough indoor seating. Today I just wanted tacos. Three soft tacos. Instead, they brought me 3 crispy tacos; not what I ordered, so sent them back. No apology, no offer to refund the $ I was overcharged. That is a disappointment. But back to the tacos. After being on the taco trail from Manteca to Fresno to Watsonville, these were hearty and just okay. I tried three different meats: carnitas, al pastor and chili verde. The corn tortillas were tasteless and not homemade. Carnitas tasted like chorizo, not what I expected. Chili verde was probably better suited to a burrito, a bit soupy for a taco. Al pastor was tender. Overall, consistent with their food in general. Acceptable.

I only go here for the churros. The first time I bought it here, they took 40min+, and did not say sorry. They obviously forgot about my order. But the second time around I learned my lesson and called in. I was 5mins away and when I got there it was done. That just means they not only forgot about my order the first time around, but totally just disregarded it until last min. –_– Great churros though… I’m a sucker because I’m still going back even though they have lame service.

This place has perfect drive-in food(Capitol Drive in a mile away). Been going there for over 10 years and I order the same thing over and over; the mini Carne Asada burrito and the mini shredded chicken burrito… Top it off with nachos and some salsa, well you’re in full city USA! To be honest I have never paid attention to the customer service or friendliness of the place because I’m just so excited to get my food and see a movie!

Burrito Factory is a fitting name for a place that sells cookie cutter renditions of mexican food at an higher than average price. fillings the usual al pastor, carna asada, pollo, no lengua, brains, nor tripe. drink: horchata(m2.59) –very sweet, cinnamon not tasted –was asked about ice, said no. got no ice drips: –burritos(6.99?), tacos 1.99 –lots of sitdown room. –employees all amigo, amiga –amiga uneasy when i watched her make burritos –salsa bar has lots of choices.

Came by with the SO to get some dinner to go. I ordered a vegetarian taco salad and he got cheese enchiladas. The taco salad was a good size and filed to the top with beans, rice, lettuce, and sour cream/cheese, etc. Was it delicious? Nope, but it wasn’t nasty either. I did try a bite of the SO’s enchiladas and I think I would get that next time, should I ever go back. Parking: in a private lot, good amount of spaces available.

Their chavela is so worth it! See posted pic! I also ordered a super chicken taco and it had it all but salsa: chicken, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion/cilantro(optional), & cheese on 2 corn tortillas. It was huge and yummy!

This is the best Burrito Factory of the bunch. They have a full bar and tv’s — a great, casual place to watch soccer. They have counter service which can be a bit slow in taking orders, but the food is really good and worth the wait. We have been here a few times and all our choices have been great — kids get tacos and quesidillas, carne asada tacos and wet burritos for the adults. And Menudo — great flavor, but a little too big on the cut size of the tripe. I am not manly enough I guess. There is a nice salsa bar too with all the fixins.

This is a good, casual place to grab a meal. Whether it’s with friends, with family, a casual date night, etc, it works. The food is pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but not the worst either. The quality seems to vary though. Sometimes it is fantastic and sometimes it’s just a-okay. It’s one of the better dining options if you just happen to be in the neighborhood.
