I needed to stop take a break grab a quick bite and then get on my way and I was truly amazed at how warm friendly and relaxing the environment was here and the employees were very friendly and helpful it was an unusual experience but Pleasant at Taco Bell.

My friend and I come here all the time and usually have no problem at all. This time we both got items with chicken in it & we found huge bones in them. We both had to spit out our food because we lost our appetite.

Honestly my favorite taco bell in San Jose. We’ve been going here for years and they have never failed us. Just ordered 30 dollars worth of food and they didn’t mess up a single detail, including requests for modified items. Whoever works the late night shifts should get a raise. Thanks for fulfilling our sinful desires.

I went with my side chick to this Taco Bell and we were totally disrespected by some kids 5 exactly African American all I heard was some African words while looking at my side piece butt but the food gave me the chills it was the coldest burrito I ate ever and I’ll eat anything so If any of you guys have a side chick and don’t wanna waste money on good food come here for disrespectful costumers and cold food. Also the employees of the establishment were fooling around it was packed with only 1 person in the front a terrible waste of my time to be honest.

Breakfast needs improvement. Their food is served with ‘mystery meat’. It’s not tasty and looks gross. I have never seen a place where you have to put cream and sugar in the iced coffee. Lunch and dinner are much better. Just go somewhere else for breakfast

Looks modern inside for a fast food restaurant but the bathroom was preoccupied with transients washing/grooming themselves??? So gross my girls had to wait forever to wash their hands. They come and hand deliver our foods to our table which is kinda nice :-).

wow did they have to run south of the border to get food waited 35 minutes for a buritto surprime, and taco the drink was flat and when I got home got a bag of chips with cheese and a bean burrito poor service everyone was mad last night at how slow the service was

Seriously this is the 2nd time at this Taco Bell that I ask for EXTRA sauce on my burrito, only to get home and find NO sauce at all. How hard is it? Also, the girl asks if I want hot sauce I say yes mild please. Why am I only given one sauce packet? Is there a sauce shortage at this location? Over it.

The people at the drive thru window are always nice when I have come but when they always forget something and then say they ran out if what they are still promoting that starts to really irritate me. Get it together! Why do you have me verify of my order is correct on the screen before I pay but you can’t verify that my orders right before you give it to me!!! Something I a little off at this place!

Sorry to say but I was not pleased with this Taco Bell. The food was cold and tasted really crappy. I was the only one in line so there should be no excuse for cold food. Plus they got my order wrong. The girl could’ve smiled a little too. She seemed pissed off and like she didn’t want to be there. I can understand why but still gotta act the part. Practice some good customer service.

Yes they make mistakes here but to their credit they are quite busy. But the reason I give them 5 stars because they handle their mistakes with care and good customer service. Like I always say this is what sets apart the mediocre from the truly successful or superb.

My 1st time at this Taco Bell location. I have not tried their breakfast since it’s been available. Yesterday was my 1st time with breakfast as well as this location. I didn’t know what to expect but I am pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Edgar with a friendly hello and how are you? That is something I don’t see or hear much of in fast food, especially early in the morning. I asked his opinion and ultimately decided on the bacon wrap that has the hash brown in it. First bite was cold in my opinion and I took it back. Instead of the normal attitude I usually got, he was quick to have them make me another one. The 2nd one was delish. I will definitely be ordering another one if I get to TB during breakfast hours again. The lady who made my wrap was Vero and she was extremely friendly too, which is something most fast foods lack. I was utterly surprised and am happy to write this review. My conversations with Edgar were professional and he exuded the excellent customer service that I look for wherever I go. I’d never met him before yesterday but if I were hiring someone in sales, I’d definitely ask him if he was interested. His eye contact, communication and attitude are being wasted by Taco Bell. He can do much better with his talents. He was confident in his speech and explained the menu to me in terms that did not degrade or put me down. That is something I deal with on a daily basis, servers who don’t «have time» for customer questions. Edgar is eager to help. I can see why he’s a team leader. I do believe his talents can be used for more lucrative jobs. He had no idea that I have a double degree in Business Management & Communication or that I was watching and listening to everything as intently as I normally do. He also has no idea what I am writing. I never told him that I taught customer service workshops either at a UC campus. My hope is that if you visit this location and are in need of a professional salesman, that you hit him up or at least recognize in your own Unilocal review what great customer service I know you’ll receive from him. If only I had a position to hire him for… I don’t get down to south San Jose very often. This was my 1st time in 3 years down there. I may not even get to that TB again but at least I can acknowledge great customer service when it happens and deserves to be noticed.

Ok, the food here is semi decent but the staff is utterly rude and disrespectful. I am white so they did not expect me to know what they were saying as they cussed and taunted at me and my friends in Spanish. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life I will never eat here again.

Taco Bell is full of surprises on their menu. some winners and some lemons. finally hit a lemon. service above average. eats: meximelts(1.99) –really small like the beef burritos from way back when. just ground beef, tomato cubes, cheese, salsa –totally not worth it. 2 stars at most.

Priscilla is really friendly and has a great attitude… that makes up for the rest of the staff and their zombie-ish personalities. Haven’t had any problems w/my orders here… yet. Bathroms and dining area are both usually clean and they remodeled it so it looks nice n modern now.
