Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and got my food very quickly. Very reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of the food. People always compare this place to Waba Grill but there’s nothing to compare! This place is amazing!

I work close to this area and you can never find anything good to eat at lunch time. Well! We finally found a great spot! The spicy chicken bowl was delicious! We will return again soon.

This place is soo delicious! My favorite is the spicy chicken. If tapatio is too spicy for u then the spicy chicken will probably be to spicy too. I ordered the spicy chicken bowl with brown rice and was cooked perfectly. I also ordered a spicy chick with the noodles on a different day and they were really good too. I was kind of expecting the noodles to be like chow mein but they’re more like spaghetti noodles. Also if you sign up with ur email on they’re website they will email u a coupon for buy one get one free with a purchase of a Drink. So sign up first and I recommend ordering ahead because it gets pretty busy during lunch hour!

My family and I ate here for dinner tonight. Great experience! We were greeted upon entering, the food was fresh, and it was just a delightful experience all around. My husband thought it was a little too much sauce on the orange chicken and preferred larger bites, but was pleased with the freshness and portion of the meal.

Decent place for a quick meal. I enjoyed the teriyaki chicken and noodle combo. Legit. The cashier was friendly and there was plenty of parking in the private lot.

I sort of became addicted :) It tastes great. I order the orange chicken with brown rice with an extra side order or orange chicken. Cool people who work there. Cool place to hang out with friends.

I’ve ordered the chicken breast, the spicy chicken, chicken katsu and the beef. All of them have been decent but definitely room for improvement. The beef is overly saturated with sauce. The chicken breast is kind of dry. All in all, I came back multiple times because of their groupon deal. Today, however, it was different. I presented my groupon to the cashier who stated that they no longer accept the groupons despite the fact that this groupon did not expire for another few weeks. I’m pretty disappointed especially because I drove specifically to this restaurant to use this groupon. Definitely wasted time driving there. I went to chipotle instead. One star is because the food is ok but once again has to be improved. The second star is because the bathroom is super clean.

My first few experiences were positive. Enjoyed the chicken bowls. My last two visits, were not good. I came on a friday afternoon after work. When I get there, it was closed to the public. They were catering a movie set. That’s upsetting to me. Call me crazy. Today I also came to use one of my groupons. As I order I present the groupon, and the lady says«We don’t accept Groupons anymore». Really? The business doesn’t back up their promotions they promise, they lose my business. It’s not my fault if the business realized they made a mistake of the promotion. Why would that fall on the customer?
I’m sure I won’t be the only one who is angry about this situation. The food is tasty yes, but there’s more than just good food.

This place is AMAZING. David, the manager, runs this location to perfection. Wonderful customer service; greeted right as we walked in, food was delivered quickly and fresh with very large portions for not vey much money. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes Asian food with a fresh spin. What a perfect lunch. Ps. Try the Beef Teriyaki bowl. So good!!!

I was fairly impressed with Teriyaki Madness. I came here on a Sunday with a Groupon in hand and wasn’t expecting very much. My boyfriend and I both got bowls. My boyfriend got the spicy teriyaki chicken with noodles and veggies which he thoroughly enjoyed. He absolutely loved that the chicken actually had a kick. Most places say«spicy» but they don’t really mean spicy. I got the orange chicken with fried rice and veggies. The fried rice was great, super flavorful(perhaps a little salty but I didn’t mind one bit), and left me wanting more. The orange chicken was moist and got the job done. The portion was pretty big and was more than a meal for myself as well as my boyfriend. The service was friendly and could’ve been a bit quicker but it definitely wasn’t the end of the world. Overall I look forward to going back. :)

Been here almost 10 times now. It’s in the lunch rotation for my office. Often I get spicy chicken teriyaki with no rice, all veggies. Price and quality are good. Staff is friendly, location is clean, ample parking. Recommend!

If you’re craving chicken teriyaki, this is the place to go! I came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and vegetables for about $ 8. Just FYI, it may be a 15 min wait during a busy time. The dishes are made-to-order and the quality of the meat was good. The level of spiciness was good(mild-medium). If you need more sauce, they have bottles of teriyaki and Sriracha. And parking is pretty easy to find.

Took my son after buying a groupon. $ 7.99 deal for two Teriyaki bowls. We went to the San Fernando location. Lots of parking, Very clean location. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was very friendly and the food was so good! Way better than Flame Broiler in my opinion. The steamed veggies have sliced zucchini in them. Love the combination of veggies. Portion was big too. The quality of the chicken was good, not all fatty thigh meat. I would recommend and will be back.

First time here with my girlfriend, we ordered spicy chicken bowl, chicken katsu plate and crab rangoon for take out. Everything’s delicious! Especially the crab rangoon, i loved it! We used a certificate from which is very useful when eating in a certain restaurant for the first time. We only paid $ 12 so it was ridiculously worth it. I don’t mind paying for the whole amount because it’s really good. I gave 4 stars because the lady forgot my macaroni salad which I was looking forward to have. But nevertheless, we’ll come back

Went in today at 12, because I needed something quick to eat during my lunch break and really did not want to wait in the chipotle line. I’ve been here before and I really did not want to come back to this location because customer service was terrible. I came in today and It was very busy, but the cashiers were very sweet! What a surprise. She told me about the items on the menu and I went with the orange chicken. I ended up waiting 15 – 20 minutes for my food today which is not great. And when I got my food, I felt very deprived of my orange chicken, I had more rice than chicken. The chicken though is really delicious! Although the wait time and the food kind of ruined my experience. I really appreciate the employees for trying their best to make my experience better, but I do not think I will be coming back here.

I’ll start with the good: — Friendly service. — Bathroom is available outside although you’ll have to ask for a key. — Lots of outdoor seating in the shade, which was nice with today’s weather. — Good variety of options and customizability. — The quality of the chicken and the way it was cooked was decent, only a small amount of fat. And the not-so-good: — I had the spicy chicken teriyaki, and the sauce was just okay. Spicy level was fine, but the flavor was kind of boring and one-note. Didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t memorable and didn’t make me go «mmm». — I had my bowl low-carb style with veggies. The vegetables are either steamed or boiled and not seasoned, so the texture isn’t the greatest and the flavor is super bland. You could argue that this is a good base for the more-flavorful meat, but I didn’t really care for it. Overall, the food was just all right. With the vast number of options in places to eat, I will be searching elsewhere for cheap eats that make my eyes open wide with pleasure. This spot was a bit disappointing.

Simple and Convenient. Teriyaki Madness is right down the street from me, and it took me forever to give it a shot. Greeted by a really friendly girl on a Thursday night; I needed some fuel for that study grind! Ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki with brown rice and veggies. The veggies are your run-of-the-mill stir fry that I wish was cooked and seasoned a little more. The chicken was tendered and charred nicely though, and their sauce ISN’T aggressively drenched(which I appreciate). They have a bottle of their teriyaki sauce(which is not overly sweet, and lightly salted, in case you were wondering) on the side that you can pour your own on. Overall, I had a good experience. It wasn’t anything to wow about, but it definitely satisfies any craving or need for Teriyaki in Sylmar/San Fer. I look forward to trying the Katsu next!
