I’ve been to this place 4 times out of those 4 times 3 of them I had to wait too long for a drink or napkins even the food. They really need more server’s because it get busy. Don’t get me wrong I loved their food the Agua chile roll is too die for and their shrimp tempura roll. I just don’t like when something takes abnormally long.

Came here on a Friday night around 8 pm, was expecting it to be busy but I don’t think I’ve ever waited an hour to be seated for sushi. When we finally got seated, we got seated outside which was nice because it looked pretty crowded inside. Our server was nice but the food did take another 25 mins or so to come out. The sushi was pretty amazing but there’s a spot in woodland hills I go to that is comparable and not as crowded. May come back on a day where it may be less busy.

From the appetizers to the drinks to the main entrees! Everything is 5 stars as far as food is concerned! Garlic edamame Aguachile Roll, VDR roll, too many rolls to name! Everything is so good! Micheladas are really good as well! I’ve been here at least 5 times and waiters and waitresses are always super friendly! In two ocassions I’ve had a bad experience with the hostess! Really rude but it doesn’t matter I guess, this place is badass!!! Must try!!!

Good food, but they need to hire someone who can do something as simple as placing an order for take out. I’ve ordered food from here on about six different occasions and they always mange to have me on hold for at least 5 – 10 minutes.

This is the second time I’ve tried to go here and been treated very rudely. The first time it was 40 degrees outside and pouring rain. We were waiting to be seated and was standing by the hostess desk completely out of the way. They told us and another couple we had to go wait outside. I said its raining and freezing, I was told sorry that’s what the manager wants. So we left and so did that other couple… Last night we decided to give it another try. While waiting again we had just checked in and saw a friend of ours. We literally just said hi and was told by the waiter that we needed to leave the area and then they told our friend they needed to wrap it up as they were reaching their time limit. Are you serious? Timer limit??? So once again we left and will not be back as now we have heard other horror stories about how rude they are there.

Decently prices sushi. Love the all you can eat and happy to hear they are expanding. The Chefs are really friendly and easy to get along with. I am a locate so I hit this place up often. Keep up the good work and see you guys next week

This was one of my favorite places for sushi but recently I have noticed terrible customer service. I took my daughter for her bday today and I was extremely disappointed. The service is terrible and I’m definitely not going back. The food is good but how can you enjoy the food with such a horrible service. If you decide to go, make sure you ask the server to repeat your order because if you order the wrong thing they will charge for it whether you eat it or not. I suggest that the owner provides some customer skills to their servers including the manager that was there on Monday 08, 2016. I have been a loyal customer since the first day the opened and have recommend this place to many of my friends, but unfortunately I have to say good bye to this place forever…

It’s been a few months since I’ve been here. And finally to celebrate my best friends birthday we decide to do a special dinner at our favorite sushi bar, But had one of the worst service experiences ever. We had all you can eat and needed some ordering help. We wanted 5 individual pieces of the jalapeño roll, tried ordering it with our waiter but instead of her helping us with our order and explaining to us. She just let us order and ended up with too much food. It was an honest mistake in but instead of them letting us off the hook they forced the food on us as if we did it on purpose. Not only that. We had about three different servers so that itself was confusing. One server tried to talk to the manager for us. But in the end the manager himself didn’t even come to our table after our complaint. One server said we could take the food home. But we did not want the food to begin with. Then asked us if it was ok that they charged us? Clearly not. But. At this point what could we do. There were other things too. Like we asked to sit at the bar and they never came to tell us we could and sat another party. They didn’t seem very concerned with us at the beginning but after the whole mishap they thought they could be nice and we wouldn’t be so upset Anyways. It’s unfortunate that it all had to go down that way. They have amazing food. But this place is slowly getting worse and worse. I would pay the price for the food. But it’s the service that won’t make us return. And we have been loyal to this place for a while. It’s too bad.

This place is horrible they had us waiting 40 minutes an we still didnt get our food they asked us twice if they had taken our order an then they came back a third time an asked what we ordered. Also half the workers were drinking if they worried about costumer service instead of being drunk maybe they would have better quality service.

This is by far the best sushi spot I’ve been too. The sushi here keeps you coming back and always leaving satisfied. It’s a small place but they have outside seating and the service here is great.

I have been here several times recently on suggestions of a coworker. We even did a large farewell event for one of our team and they took care of us in spite of the limited space available in the restaurant. Staff is friendly and informative and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There is a Hispanic flavor fusion thing going with some of the items, which is great by me! Food is fresh and tasty and somewhat different from more traditional type sushi bars. Aquachiles are the best, I could just eat a barrel of them! Only negatives are lack of space due to the crowds they get, and staffing tends to be on the lean side, leading to long waits for service. All that being said, I will be back soon once again.

Very impressed! My mom had been telling me about this place for a few months but I stuck my nose up at her and said«all you can eat?» «they cover everything in sauces– no way» Nevertheless, she convinced me to go today and man am I’m glad she did. My taste buds were going CRAZY in a good way! The cuts of fish were so fresh and all topped with their own little secret sauces. Usually sauce on sushi is a huge red flag… Like they are trying to mask the freshness of the fish. NOTATTHISPLACE! Everything was so good! I didn’t intend to eat as much as I did but it was so good I couldn’t stop. The customer service was great! Every dirty dish was taken away immediately and my drink was always full. My only issue now is, how am I going to eat sushi anywhere else now? Without all those sauces everywhere else is going to seem boring. Please build a location in Porter Ranch, you guys would KILLIT!!!

Xevichez Sushi Bar lives up to the hype! This place is my Go-to place whenever I want good sushi. One of my favorite sushi restaurants ever! Literally everything in front of you will blow your mind. I come here with my family and with my friends and I’m never disappointed. Great place to enjoy a Dodger/Clippers game ;) Delicious food and great drinks. Another reason why I love this place. They have micheladas!!! Aside from the food and drinks. The waiters are always so friendly and nice. Parking is great! The outdoor patio is nice, especially at night by the warm fire. And if You’re too busy to dine in, you can always order to go. My favorite things on the menu are The crunch roll, Agua chile roll, vegetables tempura, sesame chicken, edamame SuViche style and of course the michelada.

O-kay. How do i start– where do i start. I really hate to give this place 3 stars, if it wasn’t for the last waitress we had i think her name was vanessa(good service from her), + the garlic edemame + the michelada –was pretty good. 1. As I walked in(party of 3 including myself) — We were greeted by the hostess, she then asked us if we wanted indoor or outdoor, but then said in less then 2 seconds that indoor was all she had. CONFUSINGRIGHT?!? 2. Our servers kept switching we had 3 different girls«trying» to attend us. 3. Our drinks that we ordered took soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to come. 4. The sushi in the rolls was about a little less then a quarter size filled– The roll was big because of the rice. Customer Service is such a priority in today’s society and there is so much competition that if it wasn’t for us customers coming back to restaurant they would be nothing. I hope the there is change in this place because it is GOOD. SEE you soon sushi bar. ;)

My recent visit took place over the weekend on Football Sunday. Unfortunately, I was MADE to PAYFULLPRICE for something I was TOLD I would NOT be charged extra for. Before I placed my order, I asked my server if there would be a price difference in the items I was ordering. I was told«No». Once I received my check, I was MADE to PAYFULLPRICE. She admitted to me and the manager that she did the mistake of misinforming me but nothing was done to fix this issue. I was supposed to be charged at Happy Hour price but instead I was charged full price. Manager did nothing to help out. Management Failed to acknowledge the mistake that was made on behalf of their staff and didn’t bother to comp, reimburse or fix the issue. Instead, I was looked at as if I were the one who made the mistake. They basically made me bend over and grab my own ankles. There’s no such thing as disputing things here at Xevichez. I’m really disappointed on how things were handled. Nothing against their food. Their food is on point and worth eating. My issue is how«business» is being handled here. I visit this business way too often for them to do this too me. But any who, just make sure to review your orders with your servers before closing out. Also, they don’t have the«All you can eat» on Football Sunday’s til after 3pm. $ 4 draft beers on Football Game days. I wonder if this business actually takes the time to read the reviews on here?. If they actually value their business and customers, I would hope that they would read their reviews and maybe actually did something about any issues addressed on here. Why not compliment or address reviews?
