I give this location two stars not because I didn’t like my hair cut, because I really did. My hair was done very well. But because the woman that cut my hair was not very customer friendly. She kept on making negative comments about my hair and questioning how my hair was cut previously as if I was lying to her about how I had it styled last. I usually go to the Great Clips off if Balboa or Sports Arena but I decided to try this one this time and let’s just say that the people at the other location are much nicer. I personally won’t be going back to the Tierra Santa location again.

I’m giving the location a four and my son’s hairstylist (Lauren) a five! The lady who checked me in at the front desk seemed to be «out of it» and not very customer friendly… perhaps she had a long day!!!
On the other hand, Lauren was great with my toddler son and his haircut turned out exactly as requeated. We will be sure to return and request Lauren again!
