Eddy M’s Cafe

This place is ridiculous… The menu looks appealing but the food doesn’t taste good at all. I have been working here for almost 8 months and not once have I ever been satisfied with their food. On top of that they over charge for all their food and I’m pretty sure a lot of it is from Costco. Why would I want to pay more money for stuff I can purchase at Costco myself. The cashiers can be rude as well. I don’t need attitude from people so early in the morning. Anyway… Lots of other complaints here from my fellow co-​workers from not getting the order right, food is burned, no other options, no substitutions, and the kitchen staff use the same gloves over and over. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star…

Since day 1 this place has been a disaster, it is nice to have the option to buy lunch every once in a while but there have been so many occasions that we have all had unpleasant experiences, first day my friend ordered a breakfast croissant with egg whites only and was charged extra, once she bit into it she noticed it was not egg whites. Then she went down to get a chorizo burrito and the clerk told her they were all out because it’s the first thing that sells out, well if that is the case why not have more??? then another time I went to get breakfast and ordered a breakfast item and the clerk said «those have not been made yet? OK so I am ordering why not take my order? another time we went down again to get breakfast and the clerk said «the kitchen is not open yet» this was 10 – 15 minutes after they had opened, so we asked what time will it open? she said I don’t know there is a problem. Which is fine stuff can happen but she said it so rude. It would have been nice if she would have said
«i am sorry the cook is not here, please come back later». This place has the most unfriendly staff at the register and there should be two cooks. Clearly management does not know how to pick his staff.

I ordered a panini but they did not use the bread specified on the menu (french roll instead of sourdough) and they grilled the ingredients and didn’t put the sandwich in a panini press. Disappointed.
