I came into this store 2 weeks ago looking for a new cell phone carrier since I was not satisfied with my then carrier, Virgin Mobile. I walked into this location and was greeted right away by Melissa. She was great, very friendly and open to answer all of my questions. She gave me a great deal and ported my number over with no problem, which I was really happy about. The customer service is absolutely wonderful, I hardly ever come across sales representatives like Melissa and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I need any more help. I highly recommend her and the Clairemont location as well.

Blink & you will miss this little Cricket store squeezed into a crowded strip mall in Kearny Mesa. But they had the phone in stock that I was looking to buy so off I went.
Matthew helped me & seemed to know what he was doing. I asked if it was a busy location and he said yes, after people in the area get off work and come in.
During the day. you should have the full attention of the staff. I like that they have a few chairs in the store to sit down, if there is a wait.
Considering that some Cricket stores have abominable customer service, you gotta give props to the good ones that seem to do a good job. 5 Unilocal STARS!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEST I HAVE HAD… I walked into this Cricket location, frustrated and tired, My cell phone was not cooperating, my E mail or my Facebook, My battery was always dying on me as well. I use it for work and it is important all functions work. Arnold asked all the questions and put me into a phone that worked best for my needs. He helped correct my E mail, Facebook, and was very professional. Customer service has gone by the wayside most of the time, but Arnold was AMAZING…

Beware of this company! Cricket has been unresponsive to a situation that I have tried to correct several times! When I went to pay my bill I paid 20 dollars in cash that was not credited to my account, instead the clerk did a switch and charged me for a screen protector I did not purchase nor receive. This has screwed my account up which Cricket is not helping to rectify. Now I have no service because Cricket is telling me I have not paid my monthly fees! Do not shop here! Do not shop Cricket! I am switching to another provider and I recommend others to switch as well!

This isnt a review of this particular store, but cricket in general. I personally love cricket. I pay $ 65 monthly for unlimited cell service and 10 GB that i use for internet (mobile hotspot) on my laptop. I really wish the speed was faster but I realize that is a 3g/​4g issue, not the company itself.
Service is excellent for me, I’ve had cricket for approx. 4 years now.
I personally would never pay $ 100+ monthly for phone service, to me that is ridiculous. Cricket is affordable and iv’e experienced way better coverage than any of my verizon, sprint, tmobile friends. Their phones always have issues and my service is always consistent. Cant beat that.

Purchased an iPhone at this store someone else traded in and realized it was not the model I wanted. I called to see if I could exchange it when the one I wated came in. Was initially told she «would have to check if they can do that». She called back and told me, «We don’t have the phone you want in inventory and we don’t do exchanges or refunds on used phones.» The very next day, they had an ad on Craigslist with the phone I wanted. These people have no integrity and no sense of customer service!

saw the ad on craigslist and bought DROID BIONIC for 180 dollars.
went to verizon store to activate but couldn’t because there was problem when this phone was being flashed and unflashed.
went back to this store and they claimed the phone is fine and should work because THEIR COMPUTER SAYS SO…
I bought the phone around 11am and finally came out with refund around 6pm after long hassle. when verizon clarified that they sold unusable phone, the guy at the store (i would not name the person) stayed back in the office to avoid me instead of staying in the store to apologize to me for all the work I went through to verify that the phone they sold was not usable.
AS SOON AS I GOT REFUND, THEY PUT THE UNUSABLE PHONE TO THE STAND WHERE THEY HAVE SOLD ME THE PHONE WHICH MEANS THEY WILL SELL IT AGAIN TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER… wow…
