Normally I have a great experience here but today wasn’t one of those times. My girlfriend and I went to pick up pizza for a luncheon today. Normally I go to the pizza window and pick it up; pay for it there and everything. Well today I was told I need receipt to pick it up. Well after waiting in line for about 10 minutes because there were only two girls working, I get to the register and said that I was told I need a recipe to pick up my pizza. The girl looked at me like I was crazy. So she talked to her co-worker and came back and said I needed to pay for the pizza. I’m well aware of that… I know I needed to pay for it, I called it in, like every other time I have came to get pizza. The communication there is horrible. Thank god the pizza is great and is a great price or this little escapade would turn me away.

Having anything negative to say about the food wouldn’t be fair because of the really low price you are paying, although I have yet to be disappointed. I actually really love the pizza and desserts that Costco offers. The wait time is decent for togo orders but I feel like no one working inside remembers to check the pick up window when there are people waiting outside of it, or they just don’t feel like it. Regardless, picking up a pizza or churro after getting groceries or gasoline is definitely something I look forward too when cooking is out of the question. Thank you for staying true to your prices!

The infamous Costco Snack Bar. I swear all of us have at least gotten that $ 2 slice of pizza larger than our face or that $ 1 churro that somehow conquers all of us and remains unfinished. I have no idea how the heck this place still can keep the cost the same as it did a decade ago. These days I do try to watch what goes in my belly, but when I do get the urge while shopping at Costco, I will grab a berry smoothie for the road. Something about the purple concoction for under $ 2 leaves me satisfied every time. I will say though, and very understandably, the customer service always is a downer and the food itself is overly salty and greasy, plus you can’t do the shortcut method of ordering your food at the cash register inside the store and going straight to pick-up. But as a wise man once told me, Costco always keeps the cost low.

Prices are great and quality as well. Despite that the –1 star is for the lack of communication from inside to the foodcourt. Ordered a pizza, like I would from carmel mountain location come out chill for a few minutes, then ask for wait time. The lady tells me I have to get in line and give my info and desired order. So what is the point of paying inside? Kind of useless imo.

Never have I ever dealt with such rude customer service. There were two lanes open but on one side of the open lane I saw this guy named DREW with glasses looking tall and awkward just standing away from the register. Then rudely says out loud«you know there’s two lines open» with the rudest look. I ordered my food and he was taking his time getting the food too by just looking around at other orders and moving slow. I got my pizza, hot dog and chicken bake. Took my money and just gave me my change and walked away quick to the other side. I stood there waiting for him to come back because obviously when someone orders a hot dog, it comes with a drink. BUT kindly enough the girl working next to him came and helped us. So piece of advice? If you see DREW standing behind the register of an open line, go up to it because there’s a good 90% chance he’ll stand there and just stare at you and won’t even tell you it’s open until he feels like being a smart mouth. Words of wisdom to Drew: if you don’t know how to give customer service, then don’t work in an industry that deals with people. Learn how to smile, speak with respect and if your line is open STANDBYTHEREGISTERANDACTLIKEYOU’REREADYTOTAKEORDERS.

This is my first time at this Costco and its it different from most. I came here for the gelato but I didn’t see any lol so I just got some hot dogs. Rosa at the snack bar was pretty rude. At least she made my mocha freeze good. I’ll probably come here again since it’s closer to my house.

I don’t understand how a Costco Snack Bar keeps the prices so low. It’s seriously the greatest fast-food place ever(okay, maybe after In-N-Out). They haven’t changed the price of their hot dog + soda since they opened and I really doubt that they ever will. They have quality food for super cheap. Where else can you find an entire pizza for $ 10? Or 3 ginormous scoops of gelato in a huge waffle cone for under $ 2? There’s a lot of seating and I’ve never had to wait long for a party to leave so I could take their spot. Most people just leave their shopping carts on the side and I’ve never had a problem with someone stealing. Now that they accept all debit cards(and you don’t even need a membership to purchase at the snack bar,) it makes it even more convenient. The only downside is that it gets pretty packed even though there’s sometimes up to 8 lines going at once, mostly because every 2 lines share 1 register. I did –1 star because of the location of the payment terminals in the lines. Every 2 lines share 1 payment terminal, so sometimes you literally have to move to the next line and squeeze in front of the other line to enter your PIN with a stranger hovering over behind you.

We live in orange county and always stop at this Costco just for their amazing gelato. Brought my mother with us today and lo and behold no gelato! Last day was Sunday! Boo hoo!!! Boohoo!!!

The price is right, but the attitude is hit or miss. Lately they’re just slamming down your change and pushing it through the window. Also, be clear on the lines outside… some people follow the two lines for one register rule, some don’t. I’m sure it’s not fun to remind them, ubt it’s part of the job.

Hot dog and access to their unlimited fountain drink dispenser for less than the price of a gallon of milk? Sauerkraut pickled to perfection for pleasuring of your taste buds? Pizza by the slice? Pizza by the whole? Chili by the bowl? Cash only? WRONG! They now take debit cards!

I luv the costco snack bar, how could you not… gelato for 1.50. They have chocolate, strawberry, n chocolate chip, you can also have pizza for 1.99 and a polish dog for 1.50. This Costco also has beef chili for 3.99…

Pizza, need I say more? I love my quickie visits for a pizza, hot dogs or ice cream. This is one of my go to places for birthday pizza or a quick fix slice so I don’t take out a second mortgage on my home to pay for costco groceries. 10 dollar pizzas are no joke big and greasy enough to make you happy and content for a while then the guilt sets in… I shouldn’t have ate half that pizza, it was tasty but really I shouldn’t have eaten half. Needless to say I can put some pizza down. I love the cheese pizza from here, it’s cheesy and greasy goodness is right up my alley. The pepperoni and supreme are quite great as well. So if you need a quick fix or want to feed an army, Costco snack bar is the place to go!

You can always pay inside first with credit card and then come out to get your order if you don’t have cash on you! The lines go by pretty quickly, so don’t worry about waiting too long! Lots of nice seating outside if you wanted to finish your food here. I tried the chicken caesar salad for $ 3.99…so worth it! Big portions and pretty fresh! Overall, I really want to try the gelato next time! But this is a great location and customer service is not bad.

Costco snack bar is a great place for cheap eats. The portions are huge and dirt cheap. $ 10 bucks for a large pizza with a lot of toppings! I really enjoy that their prices on their hot dogs haven’t really changed. They were like a buck back in the day when it used to be price club and it’s $ 1.50 now but it comes with a drink. Great for people who have student loans to pay. like me! haha

Ever since the remodel they have been serving Ice Cold sauerkraut with their hotdogs. Terrible. Nothing worse than cold sauerkraut.

$ 1.50 for Polish or All beef hot dog with a drink is ridiculous value. Also their combo pizza is pretty good too and it’s only $ 2, even better than some pizza joints I have been to which is pretty funny. If the homeless ever found out or are nearby here, they could eat like kings here. Wonder if Costco strategically chooses a location to avoid this from happening… jk I’m sure they have much better things to think about than this. Summary, cheap, great value, cash only, and good tactic to have a place to grab food after or before heading to Costco.

What’s not to love! Their combo pizza is by far the best. They do a great job of toasting the crust so it is not soggy!

Love, love, love Costco hot dogs. Not only are they $ 1.50, but they are the best hot dogs on the face of the planet and the only hot dogs that I will eat. In fact, they are so delicious that my pug stole the hot dog that I was bring home for later out of my purse and ate the entire thing before I noticed. She’s a sneaky little dog but she knows the good stuff when she smells it. :) The turkey provolone sandwich is tasty but I find it hard to spend $ 3.99 when I could get a hot dog and drink for less than half the price. I used to get the gelato but now that the berry flavor has been replaced by chocolate, I’m not as excited about it. I keep hoping that Costco will bring back the berry!
