I used to go to Lefty’s in PB to get my hair cut but it was always such a pain to schedule an appointment. I saw that they had a barbershop inside the Harley shop off of Morena so I thought I’d give it a try. I met and got my hair cut by Robbie and I haven’t gone to anyone else since. Scheduling an appointment is super easy since I can just text him and he gets me in for a time that works for me within a day or two. Plus he gives the best cut I’ve had and the shop has an awesome old school vibe to it. Also very reasonably priced.

Been seeing Robbie for over a year and I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. Best barber shop in San Diego. Fades are always perfect and he is old school. If you want a barber that treats you like a valued customer and appreciates your business, he is your man. I am really particular about my hair and he nails it every time. He listens to what you tell him and takes his time. You won’t regret seeing him.

Got ink done by Alex and she’s simply badass… great lines, light handed, and great artist… she’s covering up some bad tattoos done by bad artists and the sleeve she’s doing is turning out great… I won’t be going to anyone else

Let me start off by saying I’m picky, extremely picky. To be honest you really have to be when picking a tattoo artist since you’re wearing their work till the day you meet your maker.
Due to that fact when ever me and my husband drive down from Washington we don’t mind driving an extra 3 hours ontop of the 23 to get work done by Alex.
She’s understanding, honest, triple checks her placement, is light handed and above all her work is CLEAN.
She is the only person I trust with my skin and I definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I can’t give a review for the actual hair side because I didn’t go in for a hair cut. I went in for a tattoo with an appointment. Waited 10 minutes until the guy came out and asked if he could help me… Let him know I was a little early for my appointment. He had a look on his face as if we hadn’t spoken on the phone earlier. He forgot he made an appointment with me a few hours before and asked me to leave a $ 60 deposit for the drawing that would take him a few days to draw… hmmmmm. I think not, I drove 30 minutes to get a tattoo not leave money, leave then come back in a week… who does that? I decided not to go with him and went some where else… which I guess turned out to be good because the kid did an amazing job on my tattoo and he drew it up in 10 minutes. Never seen lines so clean for someone so young… all in all I had bad customer service from this place.

My mom won a hair gift certificate for Kara at Rebel Pit and I’m so happy she did. I went in looking for a change and Kara went for a darker color with some coppery colors. I absolutely loved what she did and not to mention the fabulous cut she did as well. I could not be happier.

Went in for the 3rd time to Robbie today for a haircut and a shave. Being in the military, a haircut is a weekly occurrence for me. I have found my barber! Being able to go to a real barber for a real straight shave, a real haircut, and real good conversation is not dead! Robbie is the man!

Kara is simply amazing! She has always been able to give me the exact hair style I want and my hair has been from waist long to pixie short. She is a pro with the scissors, I am never going to anyone else!
