My husband looooves wings. We tend to order from this Wingstop because of the convenient location, but man, the service is definitely lacking. On multiple occasions they’ve forgotten parts of our to-go order, and we only realized it once we got home. One time, after driving alllllll the way back, they questioned us over a missing cheese sauce. Why would we drive all the way back just to get a free cup of cheese? We just wanted our cheese fries! Anyway, just make sure you check your order if you get it to-go! The customer service is consistently bad as well. The associates are not very friendly. The food is pretty good, although we always take it to-go, so I’m not sure if it would be better if it was fresher.

In case you haven’t heard wing stop has increased their wing size to jumbo along with their prices. The new wings are ridiculously large. We don’t need larger wings which I might add are not good for the chickens or us since the birds are injected with growth hormones in order to get their jumbo size. Please wing stop bring back the normal sized wings. In fact why not offer guests options and add organic cage-free wings to your menu for those of us who care what we put in our body. I used to be a big wing stop fan but I will not be visiting wing stop until they remove these disgusting wings from their menu. Bigger doesn’t always mean better!!!

Here is the problem… Their food is really good. This is the third time my food order has taken 1 hour(60 minutes) to come from the kitchen.

I am a lover of a wings and the spicier the better. Usually I like this restaurant but last night I was highly disappointed. I ordered 6 wings(3 Cajun and 3 mango habanero), small fries, and a sweet tea. Usually the two flavors I ordered are the second spiciest(right under atomic) my mouth is usually on fire, it opens up my sinuses, and I’m chugging water; last night, however, they barely scorched my mouth that my ten year old brother could eat them. My fries were either soggy or way over cooked, just plain gross. The restaurant was almost empty yet we waited at least 20 minutes for our food; I wouldn’t have mind if our food had been up to par. I’m not completely writing this place off, I will be trying it again but hopefully they get their act together very soon.

Not very happy today after visiting this Wingstop location. I wanted some boneless wings and the menu display had 8 and then jumped to 20. I asked the cashier if there were any options between 8 and 20 and she said there’s a 10 and 12 piece but it wasn’t on the menu and she had to check on the price. Anyways, ordered the 12 an paid. Why not put those on the menu if they’re offered? They came out in about 18 or so minutes and when I asked for ranch, I was told I’d have to pan an extra charge so I put the .65 cent charge on my VISA card. Why wasn’t I asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese when I ordered? That’s typical of any other wing place I went too. The positives were I was greeted when I came in and the boneless Mango Habanero wings were pretty good so I was able to give two starts.

Food is good. Seems poorly managed. Even though half the tables are filled with customers, the rest are still unbussed. I had to ask to please get a table ready. All the guy did was clear a couple of tables. Did not clean or wipe them down. Still a mess. Other tables still sitting with garbage on them. If the customer area is this messy I’m afraid about the cleanliness of the kitchen. As we wait, other folks leave. Their tables not cleared. You can’t keep serving, but not clean the tables. Eventually, no place to eat for anyone. UPDATE: New customers are having to bus tables themselves before they have a place to sit. Management gets ZERO stars here.

Food always comes quick and wings are the best and the French fried and their spices are awesome. Kids like carrots and celery and ranch. Beer is cold and they have bottle or draft.

I ordered the Mango Habanero, Teriyaki, Hawaiian and Hickory Smoked BBQ with a side of yeast rolls. The wings were somewhat bland for the teriyaki and the mango habanero just didn’t do it for me either. The yeast rolls tasted equally bland as some of the wing flavors. I usually order my wings from Dominos and they just seem more flavorful from what I received here and even a bit fresher. Out of all fairness, I did order the boneless but they just came out really stiff, as if they had been over-fried or maybe sat out too long. It seemed to me that this place just lacked organization. You had one person trying to run the register and answer the phone that was constantly ringing, meanwhile her co-worker was throwing hot water on the ground and mopping and I couldn’t help but think that maybe that could wait and the customers in the store and over the phone should’ve been more of a priority(not to mention they boiled this water over a hot stove in the back and he literally tossed it at the poor girl’s feet and I can’t image how much the water that actually came in contact with her burned). For the quality, portion size and service I’d say Wing Stop should consider lowering their prices, running more specials or something. I could not see myself returning to this location. Final Thoughts: The Wing Stop app is a tragedy. Call your order in and order over-the-phone as the app does not let you mix-and-match your order the way you could if you just called it in.

This location is great! They always have my order ready from my phone-in order. Love wingstop in general, but this location is always nice, clean, and friendly. My usual is 3-strip(cajun) boneless strip combo with a sweet tea and side of ranch. Though, now I have been fancying the chile&lime flavor and the gliders! Can’t make up my mind. One thing: When I’m ordering my meal on the phone, and I say ‘easy on the ice’, please write that down. When the server is filling up my drink when they are taking out my order, I may forget or assume it is known how much ice I want, since I already said it once. All good though… Keep up the good work.

Ordered wings online through their app, which is horrible. We wanted multiple flavors of wings per the special, 60 cent boneless wings on Mon/Tues, but their app wouldn’t let us add the special multiple times therefore only letting us pick 1 flavor for 20 wings. We decided to write in the comments how to split up the flavors for all wings, and to make them extra wet. At checkout, it forced us to sign in or create an account instead of letting us check out as a guest. Took us over 25 minutes to order via their app, which could’ve been done faster over the phone. Never using the app again. Showed up on time to pick up our wings, to-go, but they weren’t ready. By the time we got them, we decided to eat inside. Asked for extra wet wings, but our wings were dry with nothing but rub on them. When you picked up the wings to eat, the seasoning fell off. Also, we were given bone-in wings instead of the boneless special we ordered. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had with Wingstop so I probably wouldn’t come back. I guess we’ll have to try yet another location for better service.

Prior to Zain B.‘s obsession with Wingstop, I was never a fan of wings in general. Then, Wingstop released their limited-time mango habanero wings, and after trying them, I sort of fell in love. Though that flavor is nonexistent now, I still enjoy getting takeout from this location. And one of my favorite things just happens to be how accurate of a timeframe they give you when you place an order over the phone(you can do so online, too!). I usually get the 2-glider combo, which comes with 2 gliders(basically mini chicken sandwiches), their amazing fries and a drink. Dipping sauce is about 75 cents extra, but definitely worth it. The gliders come with your choice of flavored wings, with sliced pickles. When you pick up your order, you can let them know you’d like ketchup and they’ll give you a bunch of little ketchup cups to take with you. Oh, and those fries… They rock! I like ranch dip with my meals. I’ve never had a problem with service, even though there isn’t much interaction, but they are very prompt. The place gets packed on game nights, so I suggest ordering ahead of time if you don’t want to wait.

Just moved to San Antonio and thought I would try Wingstop. I got boneless wings togo in Cajun and BBQ with fries and a drink. The wings were great even once I got home. When I got home the fries were burnt. They were for sure over cooked but everything else was fine. The young lady who helped me was very very sweet!

I don’t give out one stars but I had to. I love my wings wet, and if you work or are a regular at Wingstop you know that wet means a heavy box and whole lotta sauce ! It also means that if you order online they’ll probably forget which is no biggie for me, I understand that people generally don’t read the special instructions on the order. So when I picked up my «wet» wings and felt how light the box was I didn’t even need to open it to realize that they had forgotten, I told the employers and was surprised when a little while later the MANAGER had called me back. «Ma’am this IS wet,» she said without even opening the box. I opened up my half hot and half barbecue and was shocked at how little sauce was on there period. I shrugged and said«well you know what maybe different wing stops operate differently. «however she still insisted on me answering«if they looked wet to me.» Surprised AGAIN, I replied«no, but once again I guess different wing stops operate differently but that’s fine I’ll just take my wings». The manager now has my box in her hand and opens it and says«well the hot wings look like they have a lot of sauce»? Honestly there wasn’t, but at this point I realized that maybe the manager wasn’t familiar with the term wet and turned my attention to the dry BBQ wings, and replied«but what about the BBQ?» She looks me in the eye and says«well okay would you like more sauce on the BBQ? «It takes all of me not to scream YESTHATSWHY I ORDEREDTHEMWET ! What I really want is my food back and not to be made a display of in a public restaurant but I nod my head yes and go back to my seat. Meanwhile all the employees are giving me the sorry should’ve warned you look and one even whispers me the managers name behind her back. She never calls me back. I look back and see my food just sitting on the counter. No sorry, no apology, not even a courtesy smile. Needless to say I will never be back. Rising prices were alreAdy pushing me away and this was the STRAW that broke that camels back. I cannot even begin to explain the embarrassment and how cold my wings were after all this headache. And to make things worse I forgot the managers name ! So yes I guess I will be back, to get your name and file a formal complaint ! It was clear you were having an off day but it wasn’t fair to make me the brunt of it !

They seem to have added a couple of new flavors since I last visited. I went with my usual stand-bys, lemon pepper and garlic parmesan but this time around I threw some heat in there with their mango habanero wings. That sauce turned out to be quite good! We had a nice mixture of boneless and traditional wings, the ones with the bones being my favorite: p I’ve taken a liking to their sliders and their fries are always good but eat ‘em quick or they will become soggy on you. We sometimes ask for the seasoning on the side and the cheese, ranch, and blue cheese are nice extras but be mindful that these extras do add up. DosXX there is always nice and cold, with just a sprinkle of lime and salt. Their customer service is pretty standard, not overly friendly but not unpleasant although this time around it did take about 17 minutes for us to receive our order. As a consolation, our food was extremely hot and fresh. I’ve had trouble trying to find a place to sit on one occasion, but as for this visit it was 12:15pm and there were at least 6 or 7 tables open.

I’ve eaten in here and have done take-out as well. I’ve always had a good experience. It’s really clean and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I’m always one who obsessively checks my to-go order before I leave so I don’t have to deal with missing things or whatever. You shouldn’t have to worry about things be missed from your order, but the workers here are human and can make mistakes. It’s always best to check yourself for reassurance. Overall, a good place!

Okay, first-time ever eating at a Wing Stop. I thought they would’ve had grilled or baked wings but I guess they’re all deep-fried. I ordered the combo: 8 pc boneless«wings»(more like big nuggets), fries, and a drink. I tried the Mango Habanero and Hawaiian dipping sauces. The Mango Habanero was really, really good… but very hot(spicy) — tongue-burning, and brow-sweating! The fries could’ve been good but they were way over-salted and I only ate a few of them after trying to knock-off the salt granules. Curious as to why there was but a single roll of brown paper towels secured on a pole at the serving counter. That was it for«napkins.» I had to keep going up to the counter to rip more jagged segments from the paper towel roll. Refills were via the staff behind the counter, once I got their attention. I wanted a lid for my cup to take it to go – I had to ask for that too. There were no trash cans, so I just left my scraps and garbage on the table and departed.

Catch this place on a good night and you’ll get some good ones. But 7 times out of 10 they aren’t crispy enough — not raw, but not crispy like wings HAVE to be. Their original hot sauce is GREAT. The lemon pepper flavor is amazing. And their ranch is awesome — I hate the sweeter ranch that some places serve. I just wish they’d cook them more consistently… service here is also hit or miss, but who goes to a wing place for the service?.

We were really excited to eat here again because we really enjoyed it last time. However, instead of eating in, we decided to order and pick it up. Simple Version: What a mess. The Long Version: 1. Order was wrong. We had items we didn’t ask/pay for 2. We didn’t receive everything we did ask/pay for 3. The things we did receive that we asked for… not one of them was right in the number we ordered. Not one. We called and my husband had to explain himself THREE times what had happened. The manager offered to have the items we were missing ready and available for pick up… but, seriously, who wants to get home and go back out again because of something they did wrong? I know I don’t. And my husband didn’t want to, either. Very disappointing. Overall: Great place to eat-in. Would not order online/phone and then pick up.

When the chance to stuff my face with something totally bad for me arrises, there is a good chance that I just might choose wings. Wings or a burger, but either must include fries. A lot of fries and good ones. Sunday afternoon, decided on a late lunch here. The place wasn’t packed, in fact there was only one other couple here. Really the review here is pretty much strictly based on the food, seeing as how you order at the counter and then go grab your order when it’s ready. The straight up buffalo boneless and garlic parm were pretty great. The wings still had that fresh out of the fryer crunch and weren’t completely loaded down with sauce like you find at most places. The fries are seasoned to perfection and I believe I tasted a bit of sugar in the seasoning, which was a really nice contrast with the spicy wings. Wing eaters beware though, this garlic Parmesan is not like a creamy dressing that BWW puts on their wings, it’s basically a drenching of butter, garlic and parm. It’s pretty much great and while I feel awfully naughty while eating these, I feel awfully good at the same time. The people who work there are as attentive as one can be when they don’t do anything really but take your order. We always get out of there at about 20 bucks for two combos and two drinks.
