Complete Care De Zavala

I had such a great experience here! I originally went to the medclinic off of wurzbach but they do not accept blue cross blue shield. I then started looking for clinics and found this one! The staff was very friendly and I was in and out of there probably quicker than I’ve ever been seen at an urgent care. Two days later the doctor called to check up on me which was very nice. Great customer service they’re my go to place now!

I have been to Complete Urgent Care several times in the past at their old location on DeZavala. I decided to go to the new location for an issue. First thing I notice is You will have to fight morning and afternoon school traffic as it is directly across the street from Clark Highschool. I didn’t have to do this at the old location. The lady at the reception desk was RUDE. She was very short and direct. When I walked up she didn’t say hello or hi, she just said I need your ID and Insurance Card. I handed it to her. Since she was being rude I told her I had been there several times. She then notified me that the new location is now an Emergency Center and will be billing my insurance for the full Emergency Room cost. I told her to give me my cards back and left. They used to be Urgent Care and were affordable and convenient. So now I take my business to Concentra which is right down the road by their old location. Concentra is Urgent Care and will not rip you off. My advice to Complete Urgent Care is to adjust your employee attitudes. I WILL never go back to a Complete Urgent Care (or Complete Emergency Care). There are hundreds of other choices that will treat the customer and are affordable. Congratulations on losing a customer.

I went to a different address than listed but the phone number is the same. Nursing staff was awesome the doctor was not so great told it was allergies and if not better in 2 weeks come back. I saw a real doctor today as a week ago is when this started my Real doctor said it was an ear infection and gave rx for antibiotics waste of time and money to see this doc in a box

It was on a saturday and I went in for a really bad sinus infection. I was in so much pain I could barely open my eyes or get out of bed. The doctor must have been eager to go home bc it was almost closing time. He didnt prescribe me anything to help with pain, I literally had to endure it for 2 more whole days. He didnt prescribe me enough antibiotics. He must have thought I was overexaggerating when I was explaining my symptons. Now I amgoign to have schedule and pay more money somewhere else to get the care I need. Never going there again, Useless facility!

I wanted to stop by the other day but the place was empty. I called the number and a lady answered saying they are now called something else and moved locations. Sad thing is, is that it’s no longer an urgent care, so they charge hospital prices now: (
now I Have To find Another Urgent Care.

Dr. Brian Sabowitz treated me as if I were not a person. He refused my handshake, remained 8 feet away from me, did not touch or examine me in any way. His choice of words and how he spoke with me were demeaning and made me feel defensive. I left feeling hurt instead of hopeful for relief of my illness.

Great service… you can call and they will let you know wait time. Helpful front desk staff and once you are in they take care of you quick.

I have been there many times this year. The max waiting time has been 15 minutes. This is fantastic for a walk in clinic. All the doctors are very attentive and listen carefully to your concerns. I will always recommend this to all my friends and family.

Hurt my knee pretty bad late at night & was not looking forward to going to an after hours clinic after the HORRIBLE experiences I’ve had at Texas Med clinic. Where the doctors barely look at you much less touch you, throw some meds at you (sometimes) and leave you feeling you just flushed $ 50 down the drain.
I got that feeling from the front desk girl who was cold and barely looked up from her phone. Then we got put into a room by a male technician who was conversational and put me at ease. Dr. Stuckey was GREAT! She actually examined me ! They were quick with the X-​rays, diagnosing me and then she took a great deal of time explaining to me and went over a few different treatment options. The whole process was so quick and painless! Sent me out the door with a copy of my X-​rays, referral for physical therapy, Crutches & a wrapped knee. Wonderful experience! Would have given them five stars sans the receptionist.

I had to visit the clinic this morning. The female employee at the front desk was not very attentive and was on her phone but, the male employee compensated for her unprofessionalism. I saw Dr. Brown rather quickly after completing paper work. There were no problems with my insurance and I got a prompt diagnosis and my prescription was ready in no time. I knew I had a minor issue and wouldn’t go to this or any urgent care for anything major. My visit was a good one and I would return here for another minor issue if I had to.

Took our 7 year old in to see if he broke his toe, was complaining of pain for quite a while. Waited 2.5 hours — not kidding — got xray… and… the doctor (male — forgot name) said he couldnt tell if it was broken or not. Said we should go see an orthapedic. Hmmm… big bucks for ZERO value.

Dr Stuckey at Complete Urgent Care is the BEST and I LOVE my PCP! If she had a private practice, I would go to her. I have gone to her twice. The second time I went in, she remembered me from months earlier. She also has healing touch. I highly recommend using this facility. They are very prompt, professional and courteous.

After my bad experience I received a call from the office manager apologizing for everything that had happened during my visit. Just for taking the time to listen to the customer I have decided to give an extra star. I hope the changes they say they made are real this will help improve the overall experience.

If you compare other urgent care facilities to this one, you will find this stands above. I find what’s most important at a urgent care is wait time. You don’t want to arrive somewhere when your sick or worse hurt & wait an hour or more to see anyone. At this location both times I went, it was less than 30 min to be called back & better yet only maybe 5 after that to see the actual doctor. Both doctors I’ve seen have a real upbeat, nice repertoire. They have a X-​ray in house & comfortable waiting area. Each room also has a TV. A very nice option if you need urgent care & quickly.

I’ve been to quite a few urgent cares as a college student and this place is amazing! There was almost no wait time (as a walk in) and the staff was very polite and thorough. They also worked with my out of state insurance and Dr. Kacprowicz had great bedside manner! This will definitely be my go-​to place.

Needing a doctor’s care when you are far away from home is always tough. I’m so lucky this facility was recommended to me. Very courteous front desk person, who took the time to sort out my out-​of-​state insurance. I was seen almost immediately. The doctor was extremely competent, with excellent people skills. The facility itself is clean, modern, and comfortable.
We all hope we don’t need urgent care, but if you do, Complete Urgent Care 2 is an excellent choice!

Took my mother here for an abscess. Front desk person was very nice. Very short wait. We were seen quickly by the nurse, who evaluated everything. The doctor came in soon after. He spent time listening to my mom and was very polite. He explained what needed to be done. He did a great job of numbing my mother (she kept raving about how «she barely felt anything»). Can’t remember the doctor’s name, though. It was a great experience and we will definitely return!
