Buffalo Wild Wings

Although my visit was a little wet (accidental water spill), Mark and Devan went above and beyond the call of service when it came to remedying the situation. Will definitely be coming back! Fantastic place.

No one asked us for drinks for 30 minutes and the table right next to us had their orders TAKEN before we did. Mind you, the table right next to us arrived 15 mins LATER than us. If I could give ZERO stars, I would… Considering that we had ZERO service to begin with!!! Horrible! Also, I just realized that this restaurant has only 2 ½ stars and most complaints is about customer service. COINCIDENCE?

Good experience! Staff and waiters were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and warm. No complaints here!

Had really horrible service the last time I went. Server took a long time to get the drinks and he only checked up on us like 4 times throughout the entire time we were there. It was not busy enough so I was really disappointed with the service.

Service is always laid back as it not always good I get they’re college students but they don’t care about quality service. The food often takes forever (25 – 30) minutes to come out and sometimes they are cold. Good selection of beers but don’t alway have dressings for alcoholic beverages. Food is well flavored. Favorites would have to be chipotle bbq (dry rub) and the honey bbq. Overall not bad but plenty of room for improvement.

I had to knock down a star for consistently underwhelming service. I will say that we always order to go so this is what this is based on. Our ranch is rarely given to us and the boneless wings mostly dry, even if I specify extra sauce. Its become a habit to check our food diligently before we leave and most likely tell them to fix it. The workers are always friendly and willing to fix the issue, I just wish the kitchen staff could get it right.

I came in with my husband on a fairly busy night to watch the Spurs game. We ordered a round of beers and two baskets of wings and just wanted to kick back and watch the game. The beers took more than 10 minutes to get to our table, but we were trying to be understanding as the bar was pretty full. Somebody different from our server finally brought the beers and we asked for two waters, which took several more minutes to receive. What was confusing was that there was several other servers just standing there watching the games. It took over 45 minutes to receive our food and we were getting a little frustrated at that point so we asked to speak with a manager. We watched the person who brought our food walk over to a person who I assumed was the manager and spoke with him before walking off, so I figured they were telling him about our request to speak with him. Unfortunately we watched him continue to stand there and talk to the table he was currently at. We watched him continue to flirt with the table of ladies for several more minutes before he left to come speak to us and although I didn’t catch his name from our conversation, we heard him say he was the general manager before leaving their group. After hearing our complaint, he simply apologized for the wait and when he walked away from our table he went right back over to the other table to talk some more. Throughout the next 30 minutes we were there, we watched him approach them several more times yet never came back to check on us. We love the wings here but won’t be back to this location.

My boyfriend and I decided to grab a bite to eat & a beer on a Sunday. The place was dead. There was 3 servers standing around near the bar area. We sat in a high top table and it was a long while before a server showed up to greed us and give us menus. Initially we ordered a steak wrap and boneless wings. 10 minutes later we were told they are out of steak. So we switched the order to bacon cheeseburger & wings. It was another 40 minutes before received our order, which is absolutely ridiculous for this type of establishment considering the amount of customers in it. The server was pleasant, however he did not follow up during the time we waited for the food and just disappeared. Once we received our food & we were close to finishing it the server finally brought the 2 waters we ordered earlier before our food. Overall very poorly managed establishment. I would not return there for any reason.

The service was horrible. The bar didn’t know how to make drinks and the manager was very rude.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. They were out of 5 beers on draft 3 of which I attempted to order before finding out they were out so I ordered a margarita and waited 15 – 20 minutes for it. They got my friends order wrong and I had to get up to get our own silver wear so we could eat. Mind you it’s a Sunday night… last I checked football nights are big in Texas. I am not happy at all with the service I received tonight. The managers should be checking in with the customers.

I love buffalo wild wings but this place is terrible when it comes to their to go. Poor girls look like they were on their first day alone food was still the typical good wings they always serve

I’m disappointed at this location. The restrooms were extremely dirty. The smell of urine was intolerable. I would have understand if the place was packed on a weekend day but this was Wednesday around 6:00 pm. The wings were under seasoned. The service was slow.

One of the worst service experience I have ever faced. I was a little skeptical at what all the reviews said about this Buffalo Wild Wings, but they were right. Most reviews have one thing in common: bad services. It seems like this location do not really mind making customers wait. I am NEVER coming back for certain.

They recently remodeled. The bar area is bigger, brighter, and much better. The restaurant area is darker and has a black partial wall surrounding it. I felt like I was eating in a pit. Our server was new, but very engaging, attentive, and friendly. We ordered wings with one type of sauce and they got the order wrong. They frequently get my order wrong whether I order salad, wings, or whatever. I love the fried pickles. Next time I will eat in the bar area.

I give this place 4 stars only because this time the bartender, James, provided the best service I’ve gotten here. Every other time my service has been just bad. He was very attentive and knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely coming back here just because of him. I ordered a snakebite and he knew exactly what I was talking about; unlike some places that call it a «Black Velvet». Definitely your ideal bartender.

This placed USED to be great. But ever since they’ve hired their new «manager» (white mid 20s guy) that this place has gone downhill fast. On Sundays, forget it. They turn on the ringer on their phone and don’t answer it. Just rings and rings.

This place absolutely sucks! I tried to call in an order and the phone rang for minutes 4x in a row. We got there and their number changed. In addition the Togo lady said we could get drinks before noon at the bar. We went to the bar and they told us no unless we ordered food. We ordered Togo but that didn’t count. Then we get home and they forgot our order of potato wedges. We love the food and that’s why they are getting 2 stars but the service sucks.

Now I ain’t got no beef with this place, actually, I didn’t get no beef cuz it took them more than an hour. 1^st off, they ran out of lemonade. I know at time time of the year it’s football season and this franchise has a packed building on Sundays, but it wasn’t that packed Today. So how they gonna run out of lemonade plus it’s summer? Now here’s the main reason y this location is getting 1 star. I usually get wings, but decided 2 leave the chicken alone for once and got a burger. Now, the people I were with got their food early, and a couple got burgers like I did and got’em in 30, but my took a got damn hour and so. After that 1 hour, I finally got my burger, and it didn’t even taste that good. 1 fuckin hour for a tasteless burger. Now, I luv B-​Dubbs for their wings, but fuck this damn location. I had guests of mine saying they ordered beer, and it took like 5 minutes. How the fuck it gonna take 5 minutes where it only takes like 15 seconds to get it from the tap? Man, I suggest not coming to this location. Hell, even parking is limited. This has got 2 b the worst B-​Dubbs ever.

Ive been to a few buffalo wild wings, but this is by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Its a sunday, and it was fairly busy, but between the ordering and food coming the server didn’t check on us once, which was needed for refill and I wanted to order a drink but the manager got a refill for us, and by that point I didn’t want a drink anymore. On top of that, the celery and carrots weren’t cold, making the celery difficult to bite. Extremely disappointed in this location.

Really the wings aren’t great the service pretty much sucks but they do have cold beer and if you’re lucky when they have a game you might get a seat
