Ya know, I TRIED, really TRIED to give this place a chance, but it is over. 1st complaint was a few months back, did the online order thing, got a confirmation and told me that I could pick up the wings at a certain time, showed up and guess what, their printer was not working, so they did not have the order, nor were they working on the order, and I would have to wait for the other 20 orders ahead of me. I actually spoke to the Mgr(owner) a few days later who apologized profusely, said they had some issues, he was more than sorry and please give them a chance again. Stopped by this morning at 11:30 after shopping at HEB to pick up an order of wings for lunch. Sign on the door(hand written) saying no orders would be taken or processed until after 12:30(so, if you are lucky, get your wings 20 – 30 minutes after that) because of «an especially large order». REALLY!!! This is not Superbowl Sunday! This is friggin Sat MORNING, 20FEB!!! NOTHING special going on. You open at 11am. Seems to me that IF you could get lucky enough to get a «huge order» maybe, just MAYBE you could have your employees show up before 11am and START that huge order. OR, for God sake, how HUGE could this order be that you are cooking wings for 1 ½ hours AFTERYOUOPEN, NONSTOP, before you can take anyone elses«walk in or phone order»(per the note.). This owner must not have ANY idea at all what the people working this location are(or are not) doing for his business, but I am DONE! BWW across AR parkway has NEVER been longer than 15 minutes for a wait, and are not the ones that will get all my wing business. The host was incredibly rude. I hate bad customer service, especially when I go somewhere for my one cheat meal a week. Go to the one on Bandera, they’re definitely nicer!

Update to my original review. My husband, youngest son and I went here last week(1÷15÷16) after not eating at a wing stop for over 2 months. We were satisfied with the food. Today(1÷21÷16) I wanted something greasy(pregnancy craving) so I called and placed an order for 10 wings all flat, mild, fried crispy. I get to the restaurant to pick up my order and get in the car and leave. Once I got to the stop light at 1604 to turn left on to Culebra, I pull out the box with my wings in it from the paper bag so they wouldn’t get soggy before I got back home to eat them. The box felt very light… I open it and to my surprise, I was short 4 wings. I immediately cut across 3 lanes of traffic(crazy, I know) and go back. I told them what was wrong. They were going to give me the difference in which wings I was short. I watched them throw the wings in the bowl(all drums), swish them around and out them in a small container. She tried to hand them to me but I wouldn’t take them because they weren’t what I ordered… I ordered flats(I paid an extra .10 for all flats). I told them I wanted all fresh, crispy flats and went back to the car and grabbed the bag with my fries and told them since I had to wait on wings, I wanted fresh fries as well. The whole experience had the potential of being a good one had they not messed up my order. I’m just glad I checked before I drove all the way home because if I had to turn around from home, they would’ve had to have given me free wings for a year to calm me down… Be sure to count your wings before leaving to make sure you were given the correct amount.

i placed an online order for pickup at 12pm on 1÷8÷16. had to wait since they didnt have my order ready. I didnt get my order till 12:10pm. No plates or ketchup were offered with my 40 piece family meal. I wasn’t the only one that had to wait for their online orders. One guy even said he called and was placed on hold and was still on hold when he got there. Wings were warm.

I went here with my family and the experience was not that great. My husband ordered wings with a side of the super hot sauce. When our food was ready we found out that the girl who had taken our order hadn’t bothered to order husband’s wings, she just charged us for the extra hot sauce. Since she never gave me a receipt or read back the order to us I had no idea that she didn’t include the wings. When my husband went up to the counter to let the girl know what had happened she was extremely rude and said that he would have to pay for new wings(which is what he had offered to do anyway) but that it would take over 20 minutes for them to be ready. By that time the rest of my family would be done with our food. He ended up going someplace place else to get food.

I guess people don’t understand that these wings are made to order! So yes it’s going to take a little while, but wing stop has the best wings in town and the fries are amazing! I’ve never had bad service here. Food is always hot and fresh, and the TVs always have a game in.

Went in on 5⁄9 around 7:39pm. Waiting around 25 min, only to find out they missed half of our order. The waitress was nice and I think genuinely made a mistake. The manager had the nerve to ask me, «you didn’t notice when she read the order back to you?». I just told him no that wasn’t my responsibility. He wanted to charge me again to make more food with the correct order, plus wait 30 more minutes bc my order had to go in line. I basically told him I would just watch my family eat, not eating myself, and I’d never be back. Extremely amateur manager, what a shame bc the food looked good. When I told the manager this he just said ok. If my money and time don’t matter to him, which it was obvious he didn’t care, i definitely will not be back. This was my first and last time here.

DONOT go to this Wingstop location!!! I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. The customer service from the staff is horrible, and management is even worse. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong with this place. Here’s some examples: -«Misplacing» your online or app order –Messing up your order –Make you wait an insane amount of time for an order –Calling out the wrong name on a pick up order(which can also cause you to wait a long time.) If any of these things happen to you, don’t even expect an apology. Expect to get attitude and made to feel like their stupidity is your fault. If you want even more attitude, ask to speak to the manager. The manager Christina will flat out say that you’re wasting her time. The tagline to this Wingstop should be: «We give no f***s». I love wingstop, but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. We will never come back here!

Food was good, service was 50⁄50. The lady that took our order was fine, very pleasant. The lady in the black sweater/hoodie and glasses that I asked for a box? Rude! She looked at me, asked ‘can I help you?’ With attitude, then turned her back and as her back was still turned, handed me the box. She wasn’t even busy doing something else! Uh, attitude like hers will certainly get her a better job in the future — dishwasher probably.

The wings are just like your typical wing-stop. I have no compaints regarding the food. The reason for the poor rating is the customer service. From the beginning phone call to place your order, the young lady is very rude. It’s as if though she’s trying to have you not place an order. Then entering the establishment everyone talks to you as if though you’re bothering them. I don’t expect a «thank you». However, the rude tone by the employees I interacted with was unacceptable. I give the food 4 stars. I give the customer service by the employees 1 star.

Customer service and management are VERYPOOR!!! Made an online order and decided to pay at the store. When I got there they seem somewhat busy so I didn’t mind the wait… 30 min later… Apparently my food had been ready when I had paid. They attempted to give me the bag that probably had been sitting there for 30 minutes too. I explained that I did not want food that was not fresh and had them remake it. Management and customer service is very poor at this location. You can’t mess up the food but apparently this staff was willing to go that far. Misrepresentation of their BRAND… WINGSTOP = FRESH!

I tried to call in an order for pick up and i was place on hold for 15min decided to drive to location waited in a short line place my order on hold still and showed them. I showed them my wait time on the phone. I stay 8 min from the restaurant. They said sorry we were to busy there were with 9 customers in there building at tables the rest of the tables were deserted. Very Piss Poor service. Plus my order took 22 mins for my order!

I ate at wing stop 2 other times and disliked it. I figured I’d give it one more chance. They failed again! The guy taking our order(with the ponytail) was extremely rude. In the middle of taking our Oder he decided to answer the phone. When he got out order wrong he gave us attitude about it. We got the Hawaii and hickey BBQ boneless wings. Both were not great. Tasted like sauce from a can. The pieces of chicken were huge and I had to cut them up. They also had a lot of fat on them. The fries were ok. Never eating here again!

Food is good. Too bad I can’t say the same for the customer service and management. This location has charged my card twice for one order. I understand mistakes are made, but this happened over a month ago, and nothing has been done to correct the situation. Local management on the phone even told me this happened to someone else the same night as me. No apology was ever offered. Even called the corporate office — again, no apology, again situation was not rectified. Don’t eat here — THEYARETHIEVES!!!

YUM! I can’t believe that I waited so long to try wing stop and I am definitely a fan! We came for lunch on a Sunday and waited for about 10 minutes for our food. I got to sample the Louisiana rub and BBQ traditional wings, as well as the hot and lemon pepper boneless wings. All delicious! The fries were crisp and straight out of the fryer and my carrot sticks were very fresh and crunchy. I look forward to trying more flavors and trying this place again.

Wingstop wings are Awesome — the 2 star review is truly because of the customer service at this specific location. We ordered pick up online, and when we arrived at the time we were told it became apparent that they had never gotten our order off the computer and into the line. We were never told what happened, but made to wait with no explanation for over 15 more minutes, while they helped other customers. Other internet customer orders came in and they rudely dismissed them, in front of other customers. When we did get our food, we finally found out from the manager that the internet was down, hence our order never being placed. However, they did nothing to move it to the front of the line to make up for the delay, offered no form of compensation besides saying he’d «put us in the books» and to come in and mention his name next time, and barely apologized. Will likely use other Wingstop locations in the future. I appreciate that technical glitches happen, but to handle it so poorly makes a horrible impression.
