Best customer service I’ve seen at any location. Manager is very active in greeting customers, refilling drinks. Very nice, welcoming atmosphere. Clean restaurant.

I never thought I’d be writing a review for a fast food restaurant, but after the hospitality and service I received from this establishment, a review was a must. General Manager Dennis Lott is outstanding, caring, interactive, and hardworking man. He portrays true leadership, extraordinary work ethic, and is a exemplary role model for all of his employees. Once I entered the establishment Dennis Lott gave the greeting of the day and took my order. Very energetic and cheerful man. My food came out in less then 3mins! It was hot fresh and delicious as always(your unAmerican and not a Texan if you have never been to a whataburger). As I began to consume my meal, I observe Dennis Lott motivating his workforce. Afterwards he walked the floor and acquainted himself with all his customers and provided extraordinary service assuring his customers are fully satisfied, providing re fills, and other requests. Shoot, dine in restaurants need to learn how to provide the service I received from this WhatABurger! Amazing, truly shocked and very happy and satisfied customer.

My favorite location! The team makes the difference. Working together to get the orders out right and fast. I typically order three complicated lunch orders during the rush. Haven’t made an error yet!!! Great work!

I don’t know how someone can give this place amazing. I just left the drive and get home to find out the order in the bag is completely wrong not even close. And it took 15 mins in the drive thru as well. Please someone tell me how difficult is it to place a hamburger in a bag and hand it to someone. Oh wait it wasn’t even a hamburger. Avoid this drive thru

Reading other reviews from this places makes me feel sick. We ate at this whataburger after a drive from Houston to get HORRIBLE&DISGUSTING service. We stayed at the hotel close by so we walked to this place. The place was locked but a customer opened the door for us. We were NOT aware that it was open 24hrs only applied for drive thru. We asked if we were still allowed to order and the guy in brown(attached picture) told us he didn’t know because he was short of employees tonight. It took about 20 minutes for someone to finally take our orders. Annoyed, we waited for our orders and watched them to let time pass by. Richard(same guy in brown) did NOT wear gloves. While he touched each sandwich and each cheese with bare hands. His way of washing his hands was by TOUCHING the sanitize towel. He did NOT take it out of the container and wiped his hands with the towel, he TOUCHED it. And as people left he would go to them and lock the doors after they left, so then he would go back to work with dirty hands from touching the door. LASTLY, he was checking his phone while on the floor. This is filthy and I am never coming back to this location. Also the store was not clean whatsoever.

This whataburger is a favorite hangout spot for UTSA students. The service is usually always friendly and of course I’m addicted to the spicy ketchup. If you need a quick yummy bite in this neck of the woods definitely stop here!

Just bit into my breakfast on a bun and spit out a LONG strand of hair. Absolutely disgusting! Never again will I be visiting this location. I called them immediately and they were not helpful at all. Just apologized and that was it. I had to call corporate to get some actual customer care.

My go to 24⁄7 burger joint when I’m on campus at UTSA. The staff here are AMAZING. Some of the most friendliest and service oriented people I’ve ever met at a fast food joint. Other than that, this place is your standard 24⁄7 Whataburger. A tad expensive but def worth it!

This is the official after spot for every UTSA party. On the weekends, once it hits 1 am, don’t come if you’re trying to get speedy service. You’ll be frustrated with all the drunk college kids. They really handle the chaos well tho which is why I come. I couldn’t do it, I’m not sure if I would have that much patience dealing with it all. The guy at the register last night was so positive and kept a smile on his face the whole time.

With UTSA right across the highway from this location, it usually gets busy at lunch. BUT, their crew knows how to handle it. The place is always clean, crew is very customer friendly, and the food comes out quick — and they bring it to your table instead of calling you up to the counter. They also have staff that walk around asking if you need ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, or even drink refills. This is definitely the quintessential Whataburger!

There are few mysteries of life remaining. Bigfoot? Nah. Nessie? Not hardly. But the biggest unsolved South Texas mystery might be «What the heck is that stuff that Whataburger calls«mayo»? It certainly isn’t mayonnaise. Perhaps it’s some form of «salad dressing.» Whatever it is, I don’t like it. Fortunately a Whataburger with cheese is usually juicy enough to enjoy without the faux mayo(mayeaux?). Anyway, the crew at the Whataburger across from the UTSA main campus has got to be the friendliest in town. They’re quick and the orders are usually filled correctly. What a concept! So, stop by Costco, grab yourself a 1,000 ct. carton of Kraft REAL mayonnaise single serving packets and head to Whataburger. Your taste buds will thank you.
