Enjoyed my build your own burger. The fries were yummy, had parm & herb. A regular over feed two of us!

Let me start out by saying this review isn’t gonna be much bcuz I was drinking heavily n forgot to take pics of the burgers and the classic hotdog, but I managed to at least get a pic of my beer there and the huge mountain of parmasian and herb fries which were delicious, wife got the meat business burger and she loved, I got the 28 burger which had beef patty and brisket and man that was also badass, my son got a chili dog with a lot of cheese n it was a bit spicy for him so I also ate that aswell! lol! He just started eating a lot of them delicious fries I’m telling you ppl! So honestly overall we loved it and can honestly give it a 5 star

Overpriced baby burgers. Where to start? Let us start with the fact that mine was burnt and that despite reassurances that this particular burger was cook more due to what it was made of does it fix the fact that it was burnt. Nor did the restaurant want to fix it. The burgers everyone else had in my party were not burnt but they were not good. Super dried out and so small for such big price. Too many burger places around this area to ever eat here again. If you eat here you deserve the nasty little dried up patty you get. Go to Whataburger and get a full combo for what this baby burger costs. Service is better there too.

Awful place. Ordered a $ 6.00 hotdog. I honestly couldn’t believe what I got. You’re better off going to a gas station and get one of those for $ 0.99 hotdog. Flavor wise, you’re better off going to gas station and getting maybe 2?

Waste of money. Burgers are tiny. It’s like a McDonald’s double cheeseburger size. Fries were good. Jessica was rude and unfriendly. Won’t go again.

Visited the La Cantata location. Why are the burgers so freaking small?! The chick at the register last Saturday was rude. Waste of my money.

The first time I visited this location was my first time ever going to BurgerFi. When I walked in to order the lady behind the counter stared at me and ignored me. I left. Well two months later I decided I was craving a burger and wanted to give this place one more try. I walked in and the gentlemen immediately greeted me with a smile and asked me if I had ever been there. I told him no and he proceeded to go over the menu with me. I asked him for the healthiest burger they had and he suggested the Angus burger«green style». This is such a cool concept because the burgers are wrapped in lettuce as a different option compared to the bread. I basically built my own burger and added the garlic aioli sauce. That burger was OUTOFTHISWORLD. When they say they hormone free, grass fed and humane is it extremely obvious and you can tell the difference. I usually don’t ever eat hamburgers but this place has me addicted. I’ve gone back 2 days in a row already and this time tried their online app which is super easy and quick. I can’t wait to try their other menu items!

Food: ordered build my own double, urban style, on a lettuce leaf bun. Rather tasty, however more compact than I would’ve liked. 4.5 stars on food. Service: Downside is, they will not cook a burger rare. The cashier mistakenly told me they’d cook a burger medium rare, so I ordered it as such. That did not appear on the receipt, and the burger was well done. I pointed out the mistake to the cashier, who admitted she mistakenly told me I could get the burger medium rare. She did not apologize, and did not give me much attention as she gave me a refund. Queenie(cashier’s name), you reduced the review to 2 stars.

I’ve been to this location a few times now. They make it easy to customize your burger with quite a few topping options. The burgers have toasted buns with«BURGERFI» branded on them. The patties are flat griddle style burgers with slightly crispy edges. The fries and onion rings are fresh, delicious and portions are generous. My husband and I typically split a side unless we’re starving. The parmesan and herb seasoning has been our favorite so far. The draw for me is the natural ingredients and the simple menu. As most of the reviews state, the burgers are on the small side. However, I typically order a single and the portion is perfect for me. I love that these burgers aren’t greasy or dripping with condiments like other restaurants. I don’t feel super guilty indulging in a burger and fries here. On the down side, the seating is somewhat limited and this location can get really crowded during lunch on the weekends.

I have to say Burger Fi is pretty tasty. Came in about 6pm this evening and they weren’t super busy which was nice for a Friday. Ordered a single cheeseburger and regular fries. The single burger was perfect for me size and all. The buns we nice and soft, the patty seemed to have no grease or at least there was none dripping from the burger not was it making the buns soggy. The regular fries order is definitely sharing size. The only reason why I took a star away is because the fries just seemed to have an enormous amount of salt on them. Overall though great food!

My friend and I both loved the quinoa burger! We were quite pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend this place. I love the healthier options and I’m willing to pay a little more for that. It was busy when we came but we were able to place our order and receive our food quickly.

3.8STARS! Burgers are my favorite to review! Burgerfi is a chain-style burger goodness. The size of the burgers are smaller than a Texas style burger so go with the double. Their special sauce is good enough but does lack a little flavor so maybe get some extra on the side. The meat did bring in a smokey flavor and had a perfect amount of salt and pepper. I found it to be quite tender and flaky. The toppings were fresh but where the burger lost points was the bun. It lacked over all flavor. A bun is a big deal in burger world. A bland meat can often be covered up by a sweet or flavorful sourdough bread. Not only this but the amount of butter on the bun made it soggy and almost not tough enough to support the burger and it’s toppings. It will fall apart if you don’t know how to eat a burger fast. This is frustrating. Other than that the fries were fresh cut and not overdone with salt so order those guys. The onion rings are gigantic and crispy delicious. Order those too! Enjoy!

Hmm. Well… Hmm. Ok, the cashier was a little ho hum, looking frustrated that we took a few minutes to order. We weren’t holding anyone up, so not sure why he appeared this way. Seating sucked, but you can chalk that up to it being crowded with some nouveau rich couple taking an 6 seater table. Guess they needed the room for the Vuitton purse(they are really large). Food came out quickly, and was quite good. Kid’s meals for seven bucks though? Kind of crazy. My burger, worth another seven dollars? Nope. In n out also has all natural meat and is waaay cheaper. I do think the flavor here beats in n out, to be fair. However, not by much. Another thing, they wouldn’t let me order the burger medium rare. Ah, cmon! Gourmet burgers cooked well done, with no option to order how it is cooked? So, in sum, tasty– yes. Worth it? Nah, it’s not.

When I’m craving a high-quality, satisfying, and all around well-made burger, BurgerFi always does the trick. There are so many things that BurgerFi is doing right – from their environmentally conscious approach to owning and operating a restaurant to their hormone-free and grass fed meats, this place means it when they say«better to the animals, earth, and people.» The heart and soul that BurgerFi has put into their brand really shines through, and I wouldn’t be surprised to know that this is one of their secret ingredients that make their one of a kind burgers so tasty. Now that we’ve gone through BurgerFi: a history, let’s get down to the details – the food, service, and overall feel of this place. The design and décor of BurgerFi is fresh, open, and innovative, the service is usually spot on in terms of speed and customer service, and the food is excellent. I was thrilled to try the VegeFi, a crispy quinoa vegetarian burger,(customized) complete with melted white cheddar, sautéed mushrooms, and an egg on top. Needless to say it was divine, from the top of the bun, through the flavorful mix of fresh, premium ingredients in the middle, and all the way down to the delicious patty. Another thing that puts BurgerFi on my list of favorites is that it offers a wide variety of spices and sauces for fries, onion rings, hot dogs, and burgers. Parmesan and herb, cajun spices, and – be still my heart – garlic aioli. The list of possible combination goes on and on, but you get the picture – we all know that the best fries are made by their dressings! The one downside, I must confess, is that BurgerFi knows their burgers are good. And with that comes a steep little price inflation that is sometimes hard to reconcile even in the face of a truly satisfying burger. But so long as you’re prepared to spend a bit more than the average buck, I’d recommend giving this place a shot!

This place had the best burgers and fries, however the wait has gotten longer, and the portion sizes have gotten smaller. The burgers taste very fresh and the quality of the meat is great. I used to be able to order my burger medium rare, but they no longer allow for anything other than well done. When my burgers and fries come out, 25 minutes later, they are not even hot!!! I’m going to give the Bandera location a try, I also saw that a new burger fi is being built on Huebner. This location is very convenient, but the quality has really gone down. The guys cooking in the back are always looking into the crowd, and don’t seem to be too busy making the food. The ketchup/mayo/mustard pumps always seem to be out too. The seating area is well kept, and you get free refills on your soft drinks. This place was great after walking around the shops.

Helloooooo Burger Fi! As a diehard In n out fan/aficionado/connoisseur, I’m pretty loyal to, and haven’t found many burgers that rival the double double. But Burger Fi has a new fan. My meal(the burger really) drew a lot of similarities to In n out. I suppose its a little difficult to explain, but while I ate the burger I compared it to and found it to be similar. I guess ill say the taste. It tasted fresh, like the double double… which is good. The bun was different but it complimented the burger well. The fries are definitely different, but I enjoyed them all the same. They weren’t under or over cooked, they were just right. The menu had a good selection, and you can’t go wrong with a place that gives you an opportunity to have a beer with your burger. I wish I had known about this place before, I most definitely would have been going before.

A big juicy patty adorned with white cheddar cheese adorned a seared bun made both my mom’s and my tummy quite happy and replenished in the midst of black Friday shopping. We wanted to stay somewhere within the mall and found all restaurants had about an hour wait. BurgerFi is a get through a line to order and seat yourself place, but not in a fast foody kind of way. The menu is unique and you can dress your burger in multiple ways. For sides, I recommend the half onion ring/half fries order. Serving sizes are large and in-charge. My mom and I split one burger and the aforementioned side and left full and happy. Had we each ordered a burger, I might have needed a nap and someone to wheel me out. I love having this dining option at La Cantera! I will definitely be back.

I like their overall concept – but then again, I’m a fan of most fast casual places. The prices are a bit steep but you’re also getting all-natural, hormone free beef. They’ve really cut back on their portions of fries over time, but I like the natural cut and the seasoning on them. The burgers have good flavor but they fit perfectly in my hand – which means they’re way too small, however I do like how they brand the bun with their logo. Since they’re already going for the«all natural» thing they really should have Main Root or some sort of other natural soda brand, since they already charge so much for their soda.

What a freaking MISTAKE!!! The best part of my meal sitting in front of me right now is the BOTTLEDCORONA! Brisket burger?! Salty hard and soggy — why is this thing soaking wet??? One bite and the ready in the trash. Specialty fries — ok but not great. Seriously a Bigmac would’ve been more satisfying.
