Domino’s Pizza

Fast friendly service! Great tasting pizza at a great price. I always carry out from this location and am quickly greeted with a smile. My only problem with their pizza is they don’t cut it deep enough! I always end up using my own pizza slicer to cut it completely. Other than that, keep up the good work guys :-)

Pizza, desserts and delivery person are always great, but the customer service at the store is always horrible. Whether I’m picking up in store or calling to let them know they forgot a part of my order, it never goes well. I usually don’t get pizza from here, but occasionally I’m in the mood for it. Not a single time have they ever given me my full order the way it was supposed to be. Forgotten drinks, forgotten icing for the dessert, forgotten sauces for the chicken.

Horrible delivery experience. I order online and it says 20 – 30 mins. I patiently wait over 1.5 hrs. I call the store and I’m told he just left with my order! I wait 15 more minutes and nothing, no pizza! I called back requested a refund and it was just ok like they didn’t even care that I’ve waited over 1.5 hrs and received nothing! Horrible customer service

Sometimes they’re fast, sometimes they’re slow. Just depends on the night I guess. My order has always been right so far when delivered, delivery people are nice. Will go back!

This Domino’s has the absolute BEST customer service! All of the employees are attentive, detail oriented, and the food is always presented nicely! I can tell they take pride in their work, and it makes for such a pleasant experience!

Who the fuck charges for red pepper… Like seriously it’s just a small package. This is stupid suuuuper stupid. Maybe I should wear a tag that reads «I’m a Unilocaler» so I can get free fucking pepper.

Ordered wings and a medium pizza tonight from this location. Pizza was cut way too far over to one side so the pizza ended up looking like large slices on one side while the other looked like small slices. Wings did not have enough sauce on them and it looked like the sauce was very frugally squirted over the chicken wings in a way that some people coat fries with ketchup. I’m used to wings that are tossed and fully covered in sauce and this was not the case. Signs point to a decrease in quality at Dominos so I may be looking for a new pizza and wing joint!

Had an OK experience here. Stopped by last minute to pick up a pizza before we headed to my son’s soccer game. The lady was pretty rude who took my order. She estimated 10 minutes for the pizza, but it really took 20 minutes. I like that there’s a board in there that has all of the orders listed and where they are in the pizza making process. But, the rude employee and pizza taking forever took off one star for me.

When I came in to pickup my order the guy was taking an order by phone and we taking his sweet time. As I waited for my pizza I noticed a lot of the employees on their phones and making pizzas at the same time gross their phones are full of germs. Also they let the phone ring forever. They’ll stick stickers on the boxes and just let the phone ring until it stops. All the employees play around and let people wait. When I came in there was 8+ people waiting. Horrible customer service.

1^st time ordering online. The process was user friendly, the pizza was delivered hot and was tasty. I give three stars because it was obvious the pizzas were dropped at some point during the delivery, and it was no fun trying to put a pizza jigsaw puzzle together. That alone is enough for me to take my business elsewhere. The system is great, and efficient, its the employee who cost them.

They ran out of Gluten-​Free pizza dough on the one time I went. How often does that happen?

I have to say I would have rated a zero a few years ago… In Alaska we ordered Dominoes and I would have rather eaten the cardboard the pizza came in. They have turned it around… The deep dish/​pan is my favorite! But the largest you can order Pan is medium so be sure you have enough if ordering for large numbers!

For a college student Dominos is often times a staple weekend food. For about $ 8 you can get a piping hot pan pizza with two toppings (chicken and jalapeños please) made within minutes. I’ve visited and ordered delivery from this particular Dominos countless times. With the exception of one incident (rude server) all experiences were superb. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the pizzas are pretty good! My favorite experiences are with a particular employee (forget his name *facepalm*) who has a goatee and glasses. He was always willing to throw in a couple of extra toppings for free because he knew the burdens of a college budget. It’s amazing how little things like that can change your view on a whole chain. In conclusion, if you’re expecting a 5-​Star pizza experience then Dominos shouldn’t be on your list to begin with, but if you’re looking for a quick weekend meal that tastes good, keeps some money in your pocket, and isn’t exactly for the «health conscious» then this is the place to be!

Recently dominos had become one of my favorite fast-​food pizza joints! I am also so glad this one is so close to UTSA! the deals that they have beat out papa Johns and Pizza hut!
They have carry out and delivery! Which is actually pretty fast so im happy and fed!

This Dominos is fairly new so they’ve been going promo crazy. Right now they’re having a back to school special, 2.99 for a one topping medium pizza. I came with a friend to get a medium beef pizza and hers looked better than mine. Yeah, I admit, I can be THAT friend that compares her food to everyone else’s. Its the competitive side of me that will NOT allow anyone’s food to be better than mine lol. I told them and they were really nice about it. They made me a new pizza that looked cheesier AND they even let me keep the other one! I wanted to cry lol, they were so politely. I was expecting them to be like «girl stop being picky» haha. 5 stars!
