Walmart Supercenter

I hate coming to Wal-​Mart. I super hate coming to Wal-​Mart Supercenter. Come in for just a few items that I needed immediately, and found myself across the street from Super Wal-​Mart. The store is huge, has everything, but it’s impossible to find anything. Need a clerk? No, they don’t have any of those to help.
The place was rather dirty, the floors were sticky. When I found what I needed, went to check out, and there were incredibly long lines moving slowly. Fortunately, they have self-​check out. However, that messed up and charged me twice for my item. Had to stand around and try to flag down a clerk to delete one of the items.
Parking is a mess here.

I’ve had to stop by their customer service counter twice since they opened and have been impressed with efficiency of their staff. They are very friendly and get you in and out in less than half the time it takes at other local Walmart stores. Cudo’s to whoever trained this staff!!!

This Walmart is so convenient for me and my family. ever since is been open is the only one that I’ve been to here in San Antonio because it’s across the street from my house. Some people may be friendly but there’s also people that work there that are not friendly at all. this only reason why I really don’t like Walmart. I’m not sure why Walmart Associates or not that friendly. But other than that they have everything else that I need and more. One downfall is that they don’t have a old change place here at this Walmart. Also Black Thursday this past year was awesome and I will be there again this year.

I love the location and how clean the store is… however, as many times as I’ve shopped at this location the staff walk around like they are customers themselves. They never say hello or
Ask if I am finding everything okay. My 5 year old daughter was more help to me when putting grocery bags into the cart because I am 8 months pregnant… the cashier just stood there. Very disappointed and surprised at how many people pass me by and don’t even make eye contact. Management needs to get it together!

This is the best Walmart in San Antonio and it’s located just 5 minutes from where I live. It’s never crowded, is always clean, and fully stocked. It seems a little smaller than some of the other locations (it’s not a super Walmart) but I’m always able to find what I need.

I have been to multiple Walmart’s in the area to find one that isn’t a pig stye. This Walmart is the cleanest one in the area. And that’s saying a lot. There is decent lighting so It’s not grimmey looking. It seems as they do care about actually keeping it some what clean so you can push a cart around compared to other Walmarts in the area.

While this store is clean and quiet, I always feel that they don’t have enough staff available. They made me late for an appointment because they couldn’t find anyone to help me with what I needed. The guy in electronics was completely useless. Last time it was someone in the home repair department. And the time before that, and the time before that… Apparently, either they don’t get proper job training or they have no training in customer service. While this wasn’t the first time it’s happened, it will be the last. I finally decided I will not be returning to this Walmart. I should have stopped going the day the cashier dropped a gallon of milk while ringing me up, which popped open and splashed all over me, and he didn’t even say sorry or void the milk. He was shocked when I asked him to void it cause I wasn’t paying for an empty milk jug that HE dropped. Gonna try Target for a while, see how that goes…

Clean, organized, employees are courteous my only complaint is that store hours on the Walmart website and Google maps are wrong. This store is not open 24 hrs.

My Ninja Blender died! And of course, I had just thrown away the receipt and the box. I call this Walmart since its the closest one to my house. Explained my situation and that I just wanted an even exchange, to the girl who answered. She listened and told me I would need a manager approval. I then spoke with Keisha (pardon me if the spelling is wrong) She said they would do an even exchange for anything of equal or greater value.
Awesome! I took all the pieces of my broken blender down and exchanged it for a better more powerful one of equal price.
The employees of this Walmart are always pleasant and will ask if you need anything. A serious improvement from most of the Walmarts where I used to live in Vegas.

The store was nice and clean. The employees for nonexistent well let me rephrase that they were there but we’re not much help. I want in the store the garden section, I past shoulder to shoulder 4 different employees and not one of asked if I need any help. There was one female employee that I did pass she looked and smile but kept on walking. I stop at the store to look for fertilizer and possibly some Grass seed. As far as the garden section goes stuff was scattered all over the place I finally found the fertilizer & grass seed after about five minutes looking around the section. I got prices we decided not to purchase at this time I just didn’t want to deal with the possibility of looking for someone to ring me up. It was too early in the morning and I have my 2yo with me. Maybe the employees still haven’t woken up

Compared to other Walmarts in San Antonio, I definitely prefer this one. It is never very crowded and you can always find a line open. I know it’s still rarely new but it’s nice to not have to wait forever. It’s clean also.
The staff that i have encountered have been very friendly. Some of their groceries are higher priced than HEB but it’s nice to go to when I just need a few things.
I’m actually glad it’s in the area now.

Friendly, very clean and not crowded. I love this Walmart cause there is never a long wait in line. Maybe cause it’s really new.

Couldn’t find a bottle of Caesar dressing anywhere but there were plenty of ranch dressings!
