So, this place just opened not too long ago. I have had my hair cut many time at different SmartStyle locations so I figured since this place is close to my apartment that I’d give it a try.
Worst decision I have made in a long time, I tried to explain to the lady what I wanted and she did not understand me at all. I said I wanted a trim but also wanted bangs. I wanted at least one inch off my ends and she cut MAYBE a half inch. Basically she didn’t listen to me and what I wanted (if she even understood English), worst $ 15 I’ve ever spent!
And her license was expired! Needless to say I will not be going back to this location, not even worth the one star.
