When I first moved in to here the manager that was there at the time was very nice to us but sixth months after moving in he was gone. They have gone through 3 managers since I moved in, in the last two years. The woman who work there are very rude and act like they could care less. When we moved in the ground were nice and now they are dirty and ugly. The car wash is barely ever on, and the vacuum to vacuum out your car is ducktaped together! Maintenance takes almost a month to fix anything even the smallest thing. Why pay this much for rent if they can’t keep anything up. This is spose to be a nice area! They need to get all new people to work there! I was decently ready to move out!

This place is very unprofessional when I first moved in they where ok but within the year go worse they can’t even keep people in the office. The manager is rude overall the place is a mess

I lived at the View at Encino Commons for 3 years. I loved it at first, but was more than ready to move out. The grounds were definitely dirty and let go by the time I left. There was trash everywhere as they didn’t monitor or enforce their valet trash rules. Residents would leave their trash out all day. Stray cats got into the trash all the time. There are stray cats everywhere! Living in the apartment complex made my dog sick. I spent so much money at the vet because my dog kept getting sick from all of the trash left around and all of the bacteria from over watering.
I will give credit where it’s due… The head of maintenance there is awesome!
