Terrible place! I agree with the other review made here, the staff and maintenance people are rude and uncaring. I have had several things stolen from my apartment, so watch out! Don’t ever get into an argument with the maintenance people, they will cause a lot problems here, smile in your face, but call you names behind your back, same goes for the manager Freddie.

This place is the best bang for yr buck. You can get a place anywhere in Stone Oak but none with this view. Been here for 2 years and love it all. Only appt with maintenance that’s 24⁄7. Love this place!!!

Jenni and staff here were very accommodating. Showed me all the options, and all the paperwork can be done online so one doesn’t have to sit and sign through a bunch of papers. I looked at these and a newer complex, still being built out, very close. I liked these better actually. The newer was much more expensive, and was not anymore nice as far as the apartment interior goes. These are pretty new as well, and the grounds are very clean. I haven’t heard a sound from any neighbor, and it seems the apartment was built in a way where no one is walking above you etc. I rented a studio as I am between here and Austin a lot. It is pretty spacious as far as studios go with more square footage than some of the one bedrooms I looked at. Tall ceilings, and no loss in size of shower, etc. Views are hilly and the area feels nice. Walking score not good, but won’t stay that way as they are building a lot of businesses very near. So you have a close option of CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. Just a bit further and the other direction you have just about every major store, restaurant, and grocery on 281 in Stone Oak. I haven’t had any issues in parking here, as the buildings are not overloaded with apartments. I have been here a week, and all seems very good at this point.

This is the worst place to live in San antonio. DONOTMAKETHEMISTAKETORENTHERE, YOU’ll REGRETIT! Lived here for 6 months now and I can not wait until my lease is up. I have never met a more unproffessional, unethical, and cynical group of people. Being in the construction contracting industry for a number of years I’ve seen my fair share of poorly built apartments, but for being a fairly new complex and the amount you pay for the place, it’s mediocrely built. Then with the cheap appliances that break you have a maintenance crew which not only unknowlegble and slow, they’re also really rude. And lastly I have never been so appalled by the lack proffesionalism by a managing staff in any type of business ever. Very rude, and inconsiderate and will try to find a way to fine you any way they can… Don’t make the same mistake I did, living here will be a strain on your pocket book and sanity. WORSTINSANANTONIO

I moved here in August and I love it. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is great. The maintenance staff fixed everything right away. The neighborhood is so calm and quiet. Very relaxing. The apartments are so spacious and you get great square footage for the price. I love the valet trash as well
