I’ve had a good experience going through the drive thru in the early am. What I have a problem with, however, is the lack of service while walking through the line. I am sure that the store has made strides in accommodating their driving customers, but they’ve forgotten my drinks inside on several occasions because of this. There needs to be another person pouring drip coffee and making the iced coffees/preparing food while the baristas make the specialty drinks. Right now it’s too drive thru-focused.

Been here several times since I’ve moved here. The drive through can be slow. But they always make my drinks right and are very courteous

Terrible Experience. First of all, I walk in and I am the only person in line, it’s like a first! Then an employee cuts me off and stands in front of me in line. She is going to ring up the employee, no problem right? Well, they stand there chatting about their day while I wait in line. I know the cashier knows I’m there because we make eye contact, but there is no acknowledgement. After they finish their conversation, she walks away but not quite, now she has to ask the manager when she works next. Can’t you do this on your own time, I am the ONLY person in line. Now to order, no blonde roast and unfortunately I am not a fan of the pour over. Seems to be a common theme, but it’s okay because I wasn’t just a normal coffee. NOBREWEDCOFFEEWASREADY. I know you sell more specialized drinks but come on. Now I wait while she does a pour over right after I just told her I didn’t want the blonde roast because I do not like the pour over. Just terrible coustmer service. No wonder new coffee places are opening up more and more, Starbucks is starting lose its service, friendless, and most important to me, it’s speed.

I’ve been here twice – both while it has been relatively slow. Both times I’ve noticed one thing. The place is dirty and staff have no clue about keeping it clean. Instead of socializing behind the counter, grab a clean cloth and wipe down tables and sweep the floors. The coffee delivery area is always caked with spilled coffees and they put your wrapped straw right in the sticky mess.

I really like this Starbucks location — they have a drive through, ample parking, and they always have bananas for smoothies which I think is great. The drive through moves pretty quickly they seem to have enough people working during the morning rush. Sometimes the drive through line interferes with parking so you just have to watch out for that.

I really don’t understand how this place is brand new yet the worst starbucks in the area. The drive thru is always slooowwwww. You could be the only one there and you’ll still wait 10+ minutes for a drink. They are ALWAYS out of items and/or getting your order wrong. Do better!

Drive thru is terrible! There weren’t that many cars in line, waited 15 minutes and still didn’t move more than one car space. Ended up leaving without any coffee.

I’m not going to give this place a great review because it’s shiny and new. The fact is, it’s a Starbucks. OK, so I mentioned it’s new, right. This means that it looks nice, with it’s all wood interior, new tables and chairs, etc. However, I hate coffee shops that do not have decent comfortable seating for my derrière! This place has all wooden seats and plenty of them, but no arm chairs, no cloth or leather chairs, and a big No Bueno from this Unilocaler. The WiFi is pretty quick — I did a speedtest and got 8.6 up and 1.6 down. The staff seem, well, nice enough to get your swiftly through the ordering process but not so much after the sale. One thing we both liked are the outdoor chairs. They are typical chairs but with a faux-leather weave for the seat which is rather comfortable. The outdoor seating area is fairly nice although there’s not too much to look at unless you like looking at Lowe’s and Chachos.
