When every person behind the counter is wearing a headset, you know that their only concern is the drive-thru. People inside count for nothing. The woman behind the counter switched from talking to the headset to talking to me without looking at me or any way indicating that I was the one she was now talking to. No courtesy at all. Why was she talking on the headset instead of the person in front if her in the first place? There were other people in the window. Then, why didn’t she acknowledge me when it was finally my turn? They had taken down the bakery at 6PM. There was no creamer out and they had no intention of filling it. They were open at least three more hours and they were ready for us to be gone. The chairs outside were stacked on top of the tables. They did not announce when much drink was ready; it was just sitting there. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant/coffee shop. The only reason I gave two stars is because I felt that the drink was not a danger to my health, that at least the were sanitary. Don’t come to this location. Ever.

Rude! When I think of Starbucks I think of friendly chipper staff and good customer service. This location was disappointing. Ordering was easy. The gentleman, however said he would get my total at the window. Not a problem. When I got to the window it was a woman. She had her scanner gun ready. When I fumbled through my phone to get to the app I was met with some huffing… OK. When I got the app up I asked her for my total where she decided to roll her eyes, sigh, and say it to where I could barely hear her. Then she just handed my my drink, no order repeat or verification. Then closed the window, no thank you, no have a good day, not a word. This location is far below the expectations of Starbucks service.

This location often has five employees on the floor at a time but all are too busy to wait on customers at the counter. They do not monitor their mobile app orders, thus defeating the purpose of the expedited service. Their frappuccinos have too much ice. They taste like $ 5 slushies.

Awful drive thru service!!! Every time I place an order at the drive thru counter I have to repeat myself several times. Even though I’m speaking loudly and enunciating each word properly I’m asked to repeat my order several times. The most frustrating part has to be that my order is ALWAYS wrong. My orders are simple — tall coffee with two Splendas and cream. I’ve had to park my car and walk into the store to add my own creamer because it’s always missing!

This Starbucks is stunning! If Apple built a Starbucks, it would look like this. Service here is great and order accuracy is generally good(minus my last visit). My only criticism is that I wish this location stayed open a littler later. After all, coffee withdrawals are real!

I always noticed how many of the Starbucks in San Antonio are small and not enough space for the demand. Well look no further, this Starbucks has the seatings, tables, and space. Not sure how new it is but its beautiful and clean. Space10/10.
