The banh mi is pretty legit and fusion tacos are on point!

Ordered Kimchee Tacos Bulgogi About $ 8.00 for two small tacos Lacked flavor Not worth $ 4.00 each(supposedly fan favorite) Not filling — I end up eating my home made Chicken Kale Salad. Even the rice bowls were skimpy ! I may try the Bahn Mi(maybe) I’m from SF Bay Area and Asian so I know what good fusion/Asian food should taste like. Conclusion: Overrated Not worth the money

Couldn’t wait to try this place. I had seen it a previous time at the Block and wanted to try the Kimchi Tacos. So I finally tried them today and… Not sure what all the craze is about. They were absolutely nothing special at all. I’ve had bulgogi before, and the bulgogi meat in the tacos was barely there to begin with and wasn’t the best. For 10.00 $, I wouldn’t buy these again. Maybe other things on the menu are better?

We try Sri-wacha at the 5th annual food truck throwdown and was awesome!!! Kimchi tacos and egg rolls was so good. I wish I had more! It had great flavors and satisfy my taste buds. Definitely going to Sri-Wacha again

The sirachi tacos so so good, I should have asked for a little more spice, but they had really good flavor. The pork fried dumplings. You can’t not have the fried dumplings they are a must try also. The banhi-mi chicken sandwich is also worth coming back for! Really gooood taco truck, we will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

Went to The Point for the first time this weekend and saw asian fusion food truck. Read some reviews online and decided to give it a try. I thought the food was cooked really well! The owner of the truck was really nice too. I ordered the braised pork banh-mi and the kim chi tacos. Banh-mi’s bread was very the perfect crunch/soft/toast amount. The pork was well marinated and the cucumber, cilantro, pickled carrots complemented the sandwich well. Kim Chi tacos were really freaking good too! The kim chi that he used was not just ordinary kim chi you buy at the stores. It was thinly sliced and had a very unique flavor. I really enjoyed this food truck. My only complaint is that it’s kind of on the pricey side, but I understand cause it’s a business and they’re here to make delicious food and stay in business

The food is soooo gooood. Try the fried rice and add a fried egg on top and don’t forget the… Sriracha! You won’t be disappointed.

Sir-Wacha is one of the few foodtrucks I visit at the block. I thoroughly enjoy their fried rice(though without egg, I seemingly only enjoy my eggs scrambled), and have had no complaints. If Sir-Wacha is at the Block, chances are they’re getting some of my business.

First of all, I would like to point out… This is by far the best Asian food in San Antonio I have ever tried! Considering there is one worker every time I come, he is very punctual and proficient when it comes to serving. Extra, extra nice and great personality! Makes it very comfortable to approach the window and ask any questions I have about my order. As for the food items, the Banh Mi is one of my favorites. The flavor is perfectly balanced! One of their newest items, Sir-wacha wings has become one of my new favorite regular orders. It’s ultimately the reason why I keep returning! All items are mouth-watering as I’m giving this well deserved review. I am definitely saying it’s a MUSTTRY food truck in San Antonio! I am so glad I heard of this place… The owner knows I will always be coming back! #1 place for some Asian food! Get ya some!

I love these guys! Original tastes within the menu. My favorite has to be the bahn mi(braised pork, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, carrots, and I order an over easy egg on top with a copious amount of seracha sauce.) This comes on a hogie roll which is soft centered and a light crisp to the outside of the roll, but not tough or brittle either. Staff is very fast and professional. My favorite food truck at the block.

Love this place! My son enjoyed running around and playing with the other kids. I enjoyed eating and having a few drinks. I ordered the fried rice and banh mi and it hit the spot! The phở cups are amazing as well. I’ll be back for more.

I’ve been meaning to try this food truck for awhile but the work schedule has been prohibitive. Finally got a chance to try it last night and I’m glad I did. Ordered the braised pork bahn mi with egg on top and chicken fried rice. Both were excellent. The bahn mi had just the right amount of peppers and the bun was firm yet soft at once. Cilantro really made it pop for me as well. No complaints at all about this truck. I’d definitely come back for more, it’s just not quite mind blowing enough for 5 stars.

I had a pork Bahn Mi and pork eggrolls. This isn’t the best bahn mi I’ve had and the eggrolls to me were very… porky.(I’m not sure how to describe it). There was no mistaking that I was eating pork but, it wasn’t in a great way. Perhaps the meat itself wasn’t seasoned. I’ll give it another try and order something else on the menu.

My boyfriend and I tried Sir-Wacha at the Block this past Friday. I had the braised pork bahn mi and he had the chicken fried rice. The food came out fast and was flavorful, however I felt like there was something missing from my bahn mi(it definitely isn’t the best that I’ve had but it wasn’t bad either). After reading the other reviews on here I would love to give them another try!

When I go to food truck parks I browse the food truck menus even if I am a regular. I went with my mom and she pointed the banh mi out on their menu. I kept browsing the wonderful assortment of food trucks and decided to come back and the delightful bit of heaven on a roll. My mom asked the servers’ recommendation on which pork(grilled/braised) was best. She ordered the braised pork sandwich which was a great choice. I was so impressed with the flavoring I grabbed the business card and quickly became a fan on FB. We grabbed it to go but I definitely plan on sitting down and enjoying them in the future. I rate them four stars because of the good customer service and the overall flavor of each bite.

I’ve been to sir Wacha twice now an haven’t left disappointed. I went for the Wacha buns which is braised pork in between a Vietnamese bun topped with hoisin sauce. They also have some of those pickled carrots that give it a sort of sweet tang to it. They made it as soon as we ordered it so it was fresh and hot once we got it. The buns, although not too different from the bahn mi, are a must try in my opinion. The also have a duck alternative to the braised pork which I thought was very interesting. Cody, the guy who made our food was so nice and helpful. We didn’t really know what we wanted so he helped us by giving us his opinon and explaining what everything was. He even recognized me from the last time I came a few months ago which goes to show they value their customers. There’s sriracha sauce that you can take with you in a tiny to go cup as well. This truck is hands down one of the trucks that you HAVE to try if you happen to catch it at the Block!

Bahn mi with braised or grilled pork — I went with the braised pork, but others in my party went with the grilled pork. Although my friends who ordered the grilled pork said it was the bomb, I am willing to fight them and represent the braised pork. IT-IS-SIMPLY-THE-BEST, hands down!(either Bahn mi is $ 5) Others in my party had the shrimp fried rice — it was a very decent sized helping for $ 8.00. Find out where this truck is posted up and order from them ASAP! I found them at The Block — the newest food truck park in San Antonio near UTSA.
