Wrong made right.
I went through the drive-​thru at about 7pm and I was the only vehicle in line. I ordered the original and it took over 10 mins to deliver my sandwhich. However, the staff recognizing they made an error which caused the wait time, offered me free chips. The sandwhich was delicious and because they corrected their mistake I will be back again.

The food was good. Fresh and Hot! The cashier was nice and helpful. This was our 1st time to a Schlotzky’s so she was nice to explain the types of sandwiches, sizes, bread types. Everything we needed to know. The establishment was clean as well. We’ve already decided what we want to try next!

I have been a Schlotzskys guy for many years. It just seems that the sandwich has less items than when I first started eating there, in the early 70’s. They used to pile the meat on, now not so much. We also noticed no black olives. They said they ran out. I guess I still go back hoping they will improve.

Excellent customer service. It was our first visit and the employee explained all alternatives in their menu. ordered chicken sandwiches on sourdough bread, excellent!

This is a nice, well managed establishment. They aren’t a corporate restaurant, so they don’t have kraut, which means no reubens. AAAHH! Anyways, I won’t take off for that. They always have fresh bread, great service, and have never messed up an order. I can drive off from the window and not check my bag with piece of mind. It is a good place for a sandwich in a pinch.

Slow! This place is so slow I was once in the drive through for 20 mins, I actually timed it. Seriously how long does it take to make a sandwich.
