RDW construction

So it’s October 29,2015, still have not receive my refund. $ 3,075.00. ON Angie’s Listed, his comments was, «I have the cashier’s check receipt», but does he have the copy of the cashier’s check, to show I cash it, no, because I never got it. he also said «What you are doing is slandering» I don’t think I’m slandering his business, I’m just telling the truth. I tired to reschedule, but he blocked my call’s. He also said, he was the lowest bid, but the lowest bid is not always the best one, what a lesson I had to learn the hard way.

Leakes terribly in rain storms. We’ve called a few times to have him come out and fix it and either didn’t receive a returned call or he was a no show.

Rodney and his team constructed an amazing high quality metal carport cover over our driveway last weekend. He and his team are Top Notch! They were sincerely friendly, provided exceptional high quality product and service. They were detail oriented and took pride to construct a master piece product.
We highly recommend RDW construction!

Well I had Rod and Jose back over at the house again for an awning on the front side of my worksthop (mancave). And of course it turned out great or I would not have called him back. Like the two other jobs Rodney was running behind as usual, but what do you expect from a small organization with a overly friendly talkative guy like Rod? I can deal with some delays to save a lot of money. With quotes 2x as high as Rodney, I can deal with some delays. I will be using him again on a metal building I plan to have done. The quality work and the experience was enough for me to deal with the delays. Then again, seems like every contractor is always behind. Rodney is one of the few contractors I will pay money down for materials. Stand up guy. . just will talk your ear off! ;-)

RDW is less than professional, by not following up and communicating breaks in the project as well as insulting me through the process. My experiences with other contractors has been significantly different and positive experiences. This was not a positive experience. They have not ever completed the job that I hired them to do which was to build a carport and leanto — they never returned to brace the front of the carport or install the remaining siding. The workmanship was not high quality for what was worked on — the leanto posts were not plumb resulting in what looks like a bow legged structure and where welds were made on the carport, they only sprayed a red primer on it which looks neither finished nor professional. Although one may think that low price is a good, you apparently get what you pay for. Beware of this contractor. I would not have hired this guy, if I had it to do all over.

You’re not going to find a better price or higher quality than what these guys will offer you. Rodney and team was willing to drive to north Austin, as I found them on Craigslist. If you have any doubts, take a look at their many pics on their site, and you see each job is a custom solution.
Also, it only took them a single day!!!
