Tatiana was so informative about all the mattresses in the store. When we walked in we were not expecting to buy today but to just look. We were surprised of the amount of knowledge and information Tatiana gave us. I have back problems and found a bed that was super comfortable and that we are going use and see ourselves having for a long time. We are definitely coming back for our other mattress and going to recommend out friends to come here as well. Thank you again Tatiana.

Mattress Firm was my second attempt at buying a mattress on Saturday, June 11. The first place I checked out left me empty handed and honestly, pretty short on patience. Then I walked into Mattress Firm and met Tatianna. She was helping another customer but she welcomed me when I walked in the door and explained how her showroom was set up and what the different colors meant. (Red is firm, Yellow is soft, Blue is memory foam, etc.)
When she was finished with her customer, Tatianna showed us several sets within our price range and thoroughly explained what each set was made of and the quality. She was knowledgeable about her products and articulate.
I purchased a mattress set that day and had to pick it up at the warehouse. Tatianna explained everything accurately. I was able to find the warehouse without an issue (I live in the Austin area and am not totally familiar with San Antonio just yet) and I knew exactly what to expect once I got there, thanks to Tatianna and her instructions.
She was phenomenal in every regard. I got top notch customer service here.

Tatianna was a great help in selecting a new mattress and to top it off see threw in a free bed protector. She always had a great personality and was entertaining. Highly recommend this location for sure. :P

Salesman Al was perfect. No pressure, plenty of knowledge that he didn’t push on you unless you asked. Quick delivery. A couple of small snafus that they fixed immediately without any hassle. I dreaded buying a mattress because some mattress stores behave like used-​car dealers. My experience at Mattress Firm was exactly the opposite. Like buying a Lexus.
