When I first started selling clothes here, I received $ 38 and $ 44 during my first two visits, which seems pretty good for Hollister/​Forever 21 clothes from 2010 – 2013. They were reasonable amounts, so I came back a third time about a week or two later with more stuff to get more money.
I walk in with two bags full of more clothes and a bag of shoes I never want to wear again. All in good condition as if you just bought it off the rack. After they’re examining the clothes to determine what is and isn’t sellable, I come back and I’m told very rudely that the clothes were damaged and outdated and I was given back most of what I intended to sell, and only given $ 8 when I could’ve gotten the same price as before or even just a tad bit more.
The lady said there were stains and rips/​holes on all the shirts. Two of the shirts were white and were not damaged or stained at all. It’s white, it’s pretty obvious to see whether there’s damage on a white shirt, and there was nothing. She tells me my 3 pairs of jeans are damaged, when there is no damage! Then she tells me that one of my 2011 Hollister shirts are outdated. Y’all sell ugly ass Southpole and Diddy’s old flop JCPenney clothing line in your store, no one has worn that shit since 2004, yet my clothes are outdated?! They suddenly became so picky. I won’t be going here again.

If there were negatives this place would get them. just walked in and it smelled like a 50 tear old bowling alley freaking disgusting. .oh and so rude not once did anyine say hello or hi or anything how can u run a business that way what a joke … yelers beware !!

Good place to buy clothes but not a good place to sell the girls there don’t like going through the clothes customers brought them to sell

Worst experience I have ever had at a retail store! Unfortunately they don’t have a corporate number (I found this out calling an other platos to try to get the number) but the girl at an other location said I should definitely do a Unilocal review about this. Store owner was extremely rude just like his employees and called me stupid and said I called myself stupid when I called him out. I am so livid right now. I will just take a drive to the Northstar location where the employees are much more friendlier and willing to help.

I have shopped at this location before when I lived on the far west side of town and did not realize how good I had it until I visited another location on the north side of town. This location is so clean and organized, and I was happy with the quality of the clothes I bought. I even ended up buying a dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner from this location for only $ 10, and I received a lot of compliments on it. I think I’ll drive across town to shop at this one the next time I’m shopping on a budget.

I’ve sold clothes here twice and believe that they are a little pickier than the north park location (but that’s good for buyers!). The staff were nice and my sell was ready within the time they quoted me. If you don’t mind buying slightly used clothing you can definitely find some deals here. $ 8 for dresses and $ 20 for jeans — good choice for people who don’t have that much money.
