This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I’m sitting here waiting 30 minutes since my order said it would be ready, in that time 3 other people have complained of long waits, and I’ve had a lady come in to return a wrong order. The phone has been ringing since I got here and nobody has even attempted to answer. Drive a little longer and go to a different Pizza Hut. Hopefully new management takes over

Firstly, I would give this branch a 0 rating. Ordered food to be delivered. After over an hour of waiting, we called to find out the status. Were told it was on the way. We live less than a mile from the store. Another 15 minutes passed. Called back, told that rep would call driver to find out what was happening. Did not hear back. 20 minutes later and 2 phone calls from my wife, still no food or update. Canceled order after 1 hours and 35 mins of waiting. Shocking service. Not using again.

Compare to this place, Domino pizza next corner is good.
