The employees are as awesome as you could ask for in any customer service environment. The owner also sells phone stuff on eBay so I was able to arrange to come in store to pick it up (
).
My nexus 4 battery was ready to explode and the puffy battery casing caused pressure on the glass cover which cracked it into an unsuitable mess. I bought the replacement glass thinking it was an easy diy project only to find out the whole case is «part of» the phone which is why it’s accessed by screws on the bottom of the phone. Since the battery also needed replacing I find somewhere to do both and they had a full back piece including the «frame» around the glass so no heat gun needed and the replacement was fast!
I asked to do a refund on my glass and adhesive kit I bought and they gave me no problems. While in store an older lady not well versed in ink brought back their «refurbished» ink cartridge saying it didn’t work and she needed an hp brand one (according to her printer guy). Since they don’t sell brand name cartridges they happily refunded her, even going so far as to apologize for the inconvenience.
I don’t know why I might ever need refurbished ink but should I know anyone looking for «70% savings» of their ink supply I’ll be sure to send them here just for the customer service experience!
