Ok, I tried to like this location, but I just can’t! Morning coffee-you all obviously don’t realize the importance of this drink for some folks! Im one of them, if I wanted straight black drip — I would order it. Café mocha… try giving it a stir after you put all the chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup. If I’m driving, obviously I don’t have the convenience of being able to open up the cup and stir it. Isn’t this included in the price? Tried it three times now, you have lost what could have been a loyal customer due to your inability to make the items on your menu. Simply disappointed… especially with all that syrup sitting in the bottom of my cup

I ordered the quinoa and lentil soup broth bowl, with egg. Never again. It also came with 3 lemon wedges and all I could taste was lemon. It should have been named lemon soup. I like their broccoli cheese soup, and other soups. Now I know, I don’t like the quinoa lentil soup.

Don’t get me wrong, the food here is great! But the drive thru SUCKS! They always screw up our order. Buyer beware, CHECKYOURBAG before driving away. And don’t just look in it, I mean check it. We’ve had to resort to ordering inside and getting it to go because they always screw up the order. I’m not sure how that happens, because there’s always 5 million employees and managers standing around ;(So now we go someplace else when in a hurry!

I hate hate hate going through this particular Panera’s drive thru(I come through here 3x a week because it’s convenient and I love their hazelnut coffee!). While quick, they often – and I mean often – mix up my orders, don’t place the correct items in the bag, or give me COLD coffee. It’s terrible. I mean, what they do is put the coffee that they make into a pot but seem to rarely put that pot back on the hot plate so you often get LUKEWARM-COLD coffee. Who wants that in the morning? Just to give y’all one example(out of many): I went through the drive thru(I never get anything complicated: hazelnut coffee and a bagel w/plain cream cheese. What do I find in my bag this morning? Reduced fat cream cheese. Gross. And a bagel that no one in their right mind would consider«toasted.» Look, these are obv first world problems, but the drive thru is supposed to make your life easier, not more difficult. They need to get their act together, especially the drive thru coordination. It’s just LOLs. If you go into the store, you’ll be treated to good, quality Panera food and service. But, unless, you want cold coffee(God forbid you request hazelnut because it’s Russian Roulette with what you receive), I’d skip the drive thru altogether.

Over priced, not good, guy yelling for a food runner every 5 minutes could be a little more pleasant. I always hope my «next» Panera experience will explain why it’s so popular and I STILL just don’t get it… it’s just gross. Everytime! I always spend more than I’d like to and that’s before I even taste it… then I REALLY know I spent too much. Best part is the big private booths with outlets for laptop plugs and the free WiFi to set up and do school work(hence the 2 stars) ” CAN I HAVE A RUNNER !!! « SHEESH!

I love this place and ordered it to go, but the one star on this location didn’t put the mozzarella cheese on my sandwich. So all I have is a tomato, tomato, flatbread sandwich. I am glad I got the BBQ chicken salad with it. This salad I will give 4 stars. I might be back, but will check my togo order before I leave.

Love that this location has a drive through, food comes out fresh and fast. Green tea here is delicious, there French onion soup and broccoli cheddar soup are the best in my opinion. Like the atmosphere it’s good for small talk and even studying.

5 stars for a salad/sandwich chain, you ask? Yes, because in terms of said types of chains, this one wins. With time to kill before picking up my fiancé from a very light flight, I needed some sustenance and a wifi connection, but it was 9pm. No local coffee spot nearby was still open, so I hit Panera. Typing away on my computer with my headphones on and sipping my soup, I needed something sweet afterwards so headed to the counter to order a chai. As I arrive, I realize I am THEONLY customer left in the place and the register is closed. I was mortified. How had I not noticed that it was almost 30 minutes after they closed?! I was«that» girl. Doh! The manager was so nice, whipped me up a chai, and DIDN’T EVENMAKEMEPAY. Talk about pouring salt in my wound. Why is it that the nicer people are to you when you’re an a-hole, the worse you feel? In any case, next time I crave Panera, I’ll go out of my way to hit this one!
