WORSTSERVICE we’ve had in awhile! My fiancé and I were passing through SA and stopped here for lunch. Our waitress was incredibly rude, never smiled, didn’t tell us her name and didn’t give us any time to order. Even if you don’t like people, PRETENDLIKEYOUDO. I’m amazed at how poor her people skills are. When I asked her a question, the look she gave me was as if I was plain stupid. The food runner said«I’d offer you some cheese but this thing’s empty»(referring to the cheese grater). Are you kidding? It’s sad, but he was the best part out of our whole experience. It honestly cracked me up at how silly that sounded. The breadsticks were cold and hard as a rock, and the food was NOT worth $ 40. I could’ve cooked something at home or gone elsewhere. Needless to say, we will NOT come back here or any Olive Garden for that matter. Learn some customer service skills, it’ll help your business in the long run.

Really good service and the food was good. A good spot for lunch with a decent menu.

So, today is Father’s Day and we decided we were going to Olive Garden — Dad, myself, and an older married couple we’re friends with from church. Imagine my delight and surprise when we arrive at 1:15 and are told there is no wait to be seated! We’re seated immediately and our waiter, Dylan, comes to take our drink orders immediately. We all got something different — Dad had the Rosemary-Garlic chicken, I had the Steak Gorgonzola, and our friends at the Tour of Italy and the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. We all wanted salad and breadsticks. Everything came out very quickly, nice and fresh! Dylan kept our drinks filled and the salad flowing :-) I’d never had the steak gorgonzola before but it was AMAZING! I ate half of what they brought me and took the rest home, as did my dad. Who would have thought we’d get in and out and have such amazing service on today of all days?! Thanks, Olive Garden, for really making us feel like family today!

Olive Garden is mediocre Italian cuisine. The prices are too heavy for the quality of food. However, the waitstaff made up for that. Morgan G. was our server and was very knowledgeable on the menu. She was cordial and professional. There is a tablet on your table upon arrival that doesn’t get removed. Apparently, you can use it to check out and pay your check. They also offer games for an additional 1.99. Since when did speaking to your friends and family at the dinner table become unacceptable?! In conclusion, I would return for the endless salads and soups alone. They were amazing.

On the decline., the salad was drenched, spicy sausage soup was devoid of sausage and tasteless dishwater, I had spaghetti and meatballs, the noodles were over done and meatballs had no detectable seasoning, what a waste. thank goodness I used a gift card. I wont be back. plus every server had tattoos all over the place, unappealing as well.

I was on hold for 15 minutes just to get hung up on… All I wanted was some Togo food.

It’s been years since I’ve visited an Olive Garden, since it seemed to have gone down quite a few years ago. After attending a wedding, my husband and I went down to the bitters location to try it out again. The wait staff was excellent– Our server was Chris, and he kept up with us, considering he had quite a few large tables that he was waiting on as well. We ordered a Caesar salad, the only fallback was the salad was drenched in dressing, and I mean completely drenched. The entrees we ordered were good. My husband ordered the Northern tour of Italy, and I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara, both were well flavored. We finished off with a small dolicini. Overall good experience, and we will be visiting soon.

Dined at Olive Garden this evening. Dinner was superb. The pasta with garlic butter sauce and shrimp was very good this time vs. the very last time I ate at this Olive Garden.

Terrible service. We were seated near the kitchen and barely waited on. We were constantly out of drinks and our waiter was the worst with the worst attitude.

i ordered soup and salad takeout for lunch today. My salad was OLD. The lettuce was red and some was soggy. The peppers were wrinkled. Overall it was disgusting. Do they leave the old salad for takeout?

Excellent service, very quick(went for lunch) and great prices! My son and I each got a $ 7.99 lunch special. He got soup, I got salad, we both got breadsticks in addition to our entrees! All the food was delicious :) The atmosphere was happy, vibrant and positive, probably why it’s always crowded.

Came here Sunday for lunch and it was busy as usual. We were offered a seat quickly and a taste of the moscato. I thought we would be going to a great start until the food came. The salad, soup and bread are probably the highlights of the meal. I tried the gnocchi which looked like chopped soft pasta that was made from a long roll. Rather heavy on the salt, but still ok to average. The breadsticks are the champion item. No complaints since they are buttery, salty, and warm. The main dish was vegetable penne pasta with chicken meatballs in garlic wine sauce. The sauce was great, the pasta similar to the boxes veggie ones from HEB. I guess for $ 9.99 including pasta and soup it’s a good deal. If you are going for fancy Italian, don’t come here if you have ever eaten anything close to authentic Italian. If you want Americanized quick pasta fix, this is the place to go. The chicken meat balls tasted good, even if the coloring and presentation was a bit scary. They are somewhere between brown and orange colored. However, taste wise it was not as fatty as beef and the mix of spices was good. Again, presentation is lacking so don’t be afraid! It took a long time to get the server to come give me a box. I had to use their machine to call server, but I’m not sure if that really helped. She promised my husband a new bread plate because his was dirty, but it never came. Which was ok since you don’t need it with breadsticks. I ended up using the machine to pay since it was faster. But really, what point is there to even tip the waiter if they never come? It’s such a strange concept with the drink machine. Overall, I think the experience was not the most pleasant and I will probably not be back unless someone else wants to go. Or, if I wanted a casual American Italian dinner with friends.

Not satisfied. Why offer unlimited soup with your entrée if you get the two at the same time? Literally every dish is still on the table. I don’t understand how this place is packed. The bread sticks could be used to clean off a McDonalds grill at the end of the night, the pasta was decent but not worth what I paid. My water tasted like bathroom soap, I think they fill pitchers with the hand sinks. The server was friendly but overwhelmed. The only reason I didn’t speak to a manager is to save the embarrassment of seeming like the guy that wants something free. Overall, I wish I hadn’t thrown away over 40 hard earned dollars from serving tables myself. Just a bad experience at one of my family’s favorite places.

Morgan was the most efficient, well mannered, authentic server I have had at this location. We asked for lemons for tea and they were brought immediately, the same for the breadsticks. She explained dishes well and provided options for customization specific to what we wanted. The above all compliment is that she was genuine and not robotic or fake. The food was good. Sauces were generous, protein cooked well and pasta al dente. Featured pastas were very well executed and flavors meshed well. I am glad to see Olive Garden getting back to basics and the niche they fill in dining experiences.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner around 8pm on a Monday night. We were seated right next to a very loud table of 8 college students, not really sure why, considering there were several other tables available. Our salad came with a very long black hair right in the middle of it. After waiting close to 10 minutes to be served a hairless salad, we were not offered any shredded cheese, like our original salad had on it. Our waitress was completely unseen from the time we ordered, up until about a minute before our food was served. They did comp us one of our meals after we declined a free dessert. Really disappointed in just about everything at this location and will definitely not be returning. UPDATE: The waitress also charged my card a dollar tip after we clearly wrote a big ZERO on the receipt.

Worse meal and service in a long time from one of my favorite places. Waiter overwhelmed, too much going on, too many tables — at least that was the excuse. Food, when it came, was: Salad/Bread –Excellent; Appetizers — calamari was more rubbery than usual; mushrooms were awesome; Fried cheese on 2 missing filler — yes that’s right no cheese. Entrees were very blah. Needed lots of salt just to give it flavor. Got 1 water glass filling, had to send daughter to bar for 2nd glass. At that time after being asked 2x, the waiter provided me some water refill, but not the other 2 of my guest. Anyway, rotten night. For the record, Corporate contacted me after me sending feedback about my experience, and gave me a $ 50 gift certificate.

Came here with some friends so they can embarrass with the birthday song and enjoy a nice meal. The serviced we received was wonderful. We found out after the meal that they don’t do the complimentary dessert. The waiter talk to his manager an was able to convince them to do, even though we said it was okay. When he brought back the dessert it had a candle an he dragged some cowokers with him so that they could sing«happy birthday». The food was incredible an the dessert was amazing! All in all this restaurant is Fan-Fuckingtastic. Oh and the sever ran out the restaurant to give a friend of mine the to-go box he left.

Absolute worst service I have received at an Olive Garden. The experience was so distasteful that I won’t bore you here with the extensive details. I will be sending an email to the manager, detailing the event. First and last time at this particular Olive Garden. I should note that I do like Olive Garden and at other locations I have received good service and good food.

TO-GO, this was my first time ordering in a hurry, at the to-go counter because I didn’t have time for on-line. Though my order wa simple enough, lunch Fettuccine Alfredo with salad, it was at the peak of lunch time. MARI, took my order, and offers me a complimentary drink while I waited which was not expected since I don’t have much experience in ordering to-go. I love their raspberry lemonade so this was my choice. She went back and packed my order herself and did a great job. It was ready in about 5 minutes! So for the attention and service I would give 5STARS, but the pasta was not great as it was a little skimpy on sauce and by the last few bites I was eating hard and dry(no sauce) tasteless pasta. So cleaning the plate with the breadsticks was sadly not an option which is something I enjoy when dinning in. Nevertheless, I will try again when in a hurry, and know I will be in good hands during rush hour.

Great breadsticks, salad and appetizers! One recommendation: Try the Primo Amore Moscato!
