If you’re looking for cheap, authentic Mexican food than look no further! The food truly tastes homemade and doesn’t take a long time to come out. The restaurant has a really nice and welcoming atmosphere. The host was very helpful when it came to picking out what to order. There are so many good options! Their tortillas are homemade and the carne asada tacos have become a personal staple of mine. They even had some free cookies when I went for Valentine’s Day. Will definitely be going more, especially to try the breakfast tacos.

So I came once for breakfast tacos and I will say I really liked the place. It had a very modern cozy feel to it and I liked that a lot. The food was hot, our server was hot. You can’t beat that.

Great mini tacos! I got the Asada mini tacos which was amazing and I loved their habanero hot sauce! Great prompt service and nice atmosphere.

This place did not meet my expectations for a good Mexican breakfast. It clearly targets the inexperienced palate. Not even the coffee was good. If you like bland Tex Mex, go for it.

My husband swears by this place. The breakfast tacos are amazing and the al pastor street tacos are great. Staff is friendly and the place is super clean.

I stop by for breakfast tacos once or twice a week. The staff is friendly and I believe that this place has the best Breakfast tacos in San Antonio. Hands down! This restaurant deserves more attention

Away the best food. True Mexican breakfast and lunch. We love coming in as family and love how we always find people we know because the food is sooo good !

The tacos are nice sized. Most tacos are delicious except the bean and cheese. They don’t make the beans very tasty and the cheese inside is really gross, like American cheese instead of Cheddar or Monterey Jack. Stick with chorizo or potato and egg tacos.

Not good at all! Paid $ 21 for tacos that had no flavor. The beans tasted fake, the tortillas tasted store bought and the Carne guisada tasted more like brown gravy. We will most certainly not be going back

Excellent service! Can make any kind of breakfast for you! Don’t use any fat in your food. Service is the best of this place. Been coming here for while now. Food is ready quick. Come see Raul, he goes out of his way to make sure food is excellent!

Good food, convenient location, friendly service, fast take out. I’m surprised by the many low ratings for this establishment-the quality of food and service that I’ve received has been consistent every time I have eaten here. What more can you ask for from a taco shop? Definitely worth checking out if you live in the neighborhood.

The best thing about this place was the lemonade! I didn’t even get mine until after I got my to go order. This place was nothing memorable for me. DONOTCOMEHEREIFYOUAREIN A RUSHORON A TIMECRUNCH!

Mmmmm, I just got done eating the best huevos rancheros I think San Antonio has to offer and they were also the cheapest! The sauce was far from bland while not needing to be spicy, which is something I find with most Jalisco places. The tortillas? Best corn tortilla I’ve ever had. They held together, didn’t rip, and tasted fresh(not out of the bulk tortilla package). They had a soft corn taste, not the sharp«why the heck did I get corn» taste that I often encounter. My husband loved his flour tortillas as well. I’ve never had good papas fritas in SA so I didn’t expect them to be good(and they really weren’t anything special). Regardless this place is legit and I’m definitely the biggest Mexican food critic I know. Mmmmmm… I might go back for seconds.

Our first time. We ordered the chilaquiles and the huaraches and both were great. We will be back.

I don’t know why this place is rated so low. It is really surprising. First– yes it’s fast food but it has a very traditional flair. Don’t expect your typical tex-mex restaurant. From the décor which is on the modern side to the friendly family staff that provides excellent service. I have had very flavorful breakfasts including chilaquiles, breakfast tacos, Barbacoa and much much more. Their orchata drink is the best I have ever had. Their flan is spot on — Again, one of the best I’ve ever had. I have not made it out for lunch but I have had their ranchero beans(that are made to order so I have asked for no meat). Their Mexican rice is made very well. Guacamole is just smashed avocado which is exactly what I prefer. And don’t get me started on their home made corn and flour tortillas. Mmm-mmmm. This is our go-to weekend breakfast place. We often go both sat & sun. So don’t go in thinking usual grease dropping tacos– it’s good food at reasonable prices. I love the fact that it is a locally owned restaurant and it if great food!!!

Humm. Don’t know if this place is new or what. People at the counter were polite, but the food was just not up to part. Very wet on the Carne Guisada, no flavor and chewy meat. The business did appear clean though. Tucked away in the corner of the strip center.

Great place to come in and get some breakfast tacos. Eggs are cooked right out of the shell. My daughter gets the bean and cheese taco. One of the few bean and cheese tacos she will eat entirely. My wife loves their chorizo and potato taco. Flour tortillas are good too. We come quite often and will continue to frequent this establishment. Have never tried their lunch, always get the breakfast tacos.

Disappointing. Tasteless meat, runny beans. Been here 3 times — the first time right after it opened(so you have to give it a chance to work out the kinks), but the next two times were several months later, so no excuses. It is literally right next to my subdivision, so it would have been awesome if it was good. Like I always say, there are WAY too many good Mexican restaurants in SA to eat at a bad one! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordering at counter took time, and was uncomfortable since I was unfamiliar with their menu, and was getting little to no assistance from the hostess. When I asked if the eggs could be prepared any differently I was offered a taco instead of the plate. I saw the restaurant name appear on the wifi list, and asked for the pw, I was told that it is not shared, so no wifi. Usually I see restricted wifi’s with cryptic names, not a spelled out ID. I ordered 1ea flour, corn tort. And each were translucent, a little heavy. Warmed, but not toasted. The food was good, the place was seeing good local traffic.
