Horrible service, they never have southern dressing for the southern salad and I found a hair once in my meal.

Acosta family — it is a waste of money to have such a nice looking location if the employees — from the manager down — can not be bothered to clean it. It is a Saturday morning and we arrived at 10 am so not very busy. The table my son had chosen was dirty but looking around so were the rest. Asked the cashier if someone could please bus them — he mentions he has been busy at the register. Got our drinks and still no one has started cleaning. Went back to ask a second time — 4 people are behind the counter now. The manager tells the cashier he needs to get out there. 5 minutes later — yes I timed It — he wipes about 5 tables and then goes back to the counter. What? Disgusted and even more so after seeing the restrooms have no outer doors? We will never return to this location

I ordered an unsweet tea. It appeared on the screen as an unsweet tea . The worker opened the drive thru window handed me my drink. I said this is an unsweet tea, he said yes and shut the window. The order was incorrect– it was SWEET ! I complained to the manager who was worthless. She didn’t apologize she didn’t say anything. She seemed flustered because she was dealing with another customer’s complaint. Whatever happened to customer service like hello or thank you? This whole store seems to forget that it’s the customers that keep them employed and the McDonald’s in business. Plus at this store their drive thru is the slowest one in San Antonio. There can be no cars ahead of you and it takes forever for them to take your order . Take your money. They still messed up on your order.

Service is not there, they seem to be worried about a wait time or something at the window. I ordered a McDouble and McFlurry. I pay and move forward, at the window I am handed my McDouble and asked to move forward and they would bring out the McFlurry, I asked why and was told the car behind me food was ready, I looked in the rear view mirror and no cars were behind me. I said I will wait right here, how long can it take to make a McFlurry, as the person closed the window and looking up at the top of the window inside yelling, they will not move. Another person comes to ask me to move, still no cars behind me, and I said no to her too. She did the same thing as the other person, looking at the top of the window and screaming he will not pull up. Now the manager comes over, as this happens a truck pulls behind me, and says, I am sorry sir, I do not gave any M&M’s,(what a load of crap), so if you pull forward I can get you a refund, I told her that I have waited here this long, I can wait for her to get me my refund. So what is the deal, does McDonald’s have a time it takes to get customers out of in front of the wondow? If this is the case, they forgot about customer service trying to meet this goal!

Fuckery location. Every time I come to this McDonalds, theirs a fool that rushes me to order, get my order wrong, or just wait 5 – 10 minutes of my time. Last night, they got my order all wrong, and wanted me to wait damn near the whole night. That’s the last time I’m going to this McDonalds. Poor customer service, impatient drive thru, even the managers there make Ed from Good Burger look like a Harvard grad. Just stay far away from this location, and go to the 1 down Thousand Oaks and Jones Maltsberger or further on Nacogdoches.

They just a re-grand opening and sent out coupons for free meals and various items so I decided to stop by. McDonalds has let me down time over time but not this time. I actually ordered dine-in. I did not have to wait for someone to take my order. My order was taken and the girl was very pleasant. I will return to this location. I am pleased.
