Both locations on Nacogdoches Rd. have gone through the bottom in the last 3 weeks. Both drive thru operations were closed before 9:30 and one complete store closed at 9:45. Pulled around to a stall, pushed the red button, and no one came on for 15 minutes. Talked to car next to me who said they had been waiting 25 minutes with no one taking their order.
This place used to be great but has since become useless. Will not return. Have friends that have had the same experience.

Waited 25 minutes for a jr breakfast burrito and cinnasnacks… 25 minutes!!! And the only reason they brought it out at that point was because I called the store! It was cold and the cinnasnacks were RAW!

My wife and I have visited this location twice because it is only 1.4 miles from our house and we enjoy the occasional sonic slushie or corn dog. The first visit was a long wait for cold food which was all fried so I thought the wait was waiting for the fryer since it was empty in the lot that night. I was wrong but chalked it up to a one time bad experience. The next time we went was last night on 31 Aug 15. We went for corn dogs and a slush. I pushed the button and had a rude female take my order. I ordered the slushies first then tried to order corndogs, which at this point she cut me off and said they were out and have me a total and left the mic without asking if we wanted anything else instead. I pushed the button again and got the same girl who now had her attitude and sounded angry that we were reordering, and I asked for cheese sticks and was told they were also out of these as well, I requested a chicken strip meal and was told they were out of those too. So I said just bring the drinks then so we can go get some food. We ordered medium drinks because that’s what we wanted, we both only treat ourselves small once a week, but to «make up for being out of our items» they gave us a «free upgrade» to a large. Which was a sad ploy to stave off a bad review and an email to regional I’m sure. But it was poor service, dirty appearance, and we’ll make the drive an extra 15 minutes next time we crave sonic, if there is a next time.

I have been waiting 15 minutes and counting for a drink. I would leave but I have already paid. Seriously it is one drink and it isn’t even busy I can’t believe they are still in business because by the other reviews it seems like a pretty common occurrence It’s been over 30 minutes I called cancelled my diet coke and asked for a refund it’s literally 8 cars here!

I really appreciate Michael coming out and Kyle commented on my batman sticker, and fixed me up with«extra stuff» and apologized, I realize they don’t cook or make the food though. So I just want to put out there those two tried. After I had waited there for over 20 minutes after a girl took my order then cut me off before I was done I stopped one of the carhops, chad to let him know she had cut me off so that when they brought the order they wouldn’t have to backtrack, I was told he was forgetful when I was asked why I hadn’t said anything and I explained I had. And that my order had been lost, I didn’t feel like going off but when I got home to eat the food I had waited 20 – 30 minutes for, only one of the cinnasticks was cooked the others were like dough. Trash. The hot dog makes me want to punch a child… No kinda chilli mostly cheese. And that’s still not even what a normal amount would be. Yeah I’ll find another sonic. Fail.

Friendly service, however worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. I had to push the service button numerous times to get an initial response, the screen was not working so I was not sure what the total cost was. This might not have been too bad except we didn’t gym our entire order and didn’t get or receipt. I had to wait over 5 additional minutes for our missing tater tots and that’s only because I managed to flag down Kyle, who was awesome.

This is the most dirty, run down sonics I have ever been to. I still can’t believe it is a sonic. I was there last week ordered a kids meal for my son. I looked inside the bag to find the small container of tater tots and a half eaten burger I was absolutely disgusted. Then the sonic employee came back out and said sorry and handed over the right burger. I will never go back there again.

This is one of the worst sonics have ever been to I just sat at the screen waiting for eight minutes just to get my order taken to be told that it’s not happy hour anymore but when I was got there it was happy hour then they can honor the pricing. I will drive out of my way to make sure that you and I go to the sonic anymore there is a great Dairy Queen right across the street

I could have gone to HEB, bought a ribeye steak, gone home, marinated the meat, taken a nap, mowed the lawn, written a full novel, grilled my ribeye, & eaten the ribeye before this sonic can get me a cheese burger… I though the fist couple 30 minuet waits were flukes, now I’m the asshole for giving them another shot… Still waiting… They are not even busy

Thought at first the speaker was broken but they just didn’t want to take our order this has happened before, they figure people will go to the Dairy Queen across the street. Lazy, lazy lazy! Left after 10 min. Which is what they wanted. This isn’t encouragement to raise the minimum wage.

Just stoped to get some pomegrand lemonade wich I enjoyed very much so, a rootbeer float for Donna and for Mom a Cherry slushy and tree of where very happy and refreshed. The service whas very quick and friendly, I just feel bad for the girl wich waited on us she had to go get a spoon and than jade to go back again because the Discard reader ditent work, so that whas a extra tip for her she went totally out of her way to go back and forth like that but to me it whas good service.

I love Sonic. I’m here all the time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 is due to the occasional slow service, and the few times times they’ve messed up an order. But it’s fast food, so that’s not really all that unexpected to begin with.
