My family comes here often. The food has always been delicious, and they just started serving a green salsa with the chips that is incredibly tasty. I hope they keep making it! The fajitas, green chicken enchilada, and flautas are good.

Food was good. Found this place based on Unilocal reviews. Nachos were good but could have been better. Look at my photo.

Come here and get the house margarita for $ 3! Or even Bette true top shelf for $ 6. Such a great deal! Happy hour from 7am-​7pm. $ 1 happy hour 4pm-​7pm!

I really liked this place at the beginning, but my opinion for this place went down to where I don’t plan to come back. It’s been this way the last few times we visited here. Tonight it seemed like no one who worked tonight wanted to be there. Plus anything we tried to order they were out of. It showed in their cooking and the sorry looking «frozen margarita». I’m done. End of story. Oh yeah… still had to pay for this thing.

First time trying this place. Decided to give a local eatery a try instead of going to fast food drive thru, needless to say I wish I would have gone to the drive thru. How can you go wrong with a taco salad? I know… By ordering two!
Taco bowl was blah, beef was cold, unseasoned and not fresh, no rice, no beans, just a bunch of iceberg lettuce and stale taco shell oh I forgot to mention potatoes… There were a few random chunks of potato. My son and I wanted taco salads and much to our dismay we still didn’t get our fix.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband ordered nachos (how hard are they to make?) and they tasted like they came out of a garbage can. The queso looked like they mixed dog food in it and let it sit overnight, the cheese was runny and had this weird white tint to it. I really think they dumpster dive for ingredients, it’s that bad.
The waitress could have cared less about being there, so don’t even count on service. This place should be shut down for how awful the food is. This incident happened about a year ago but we will absolutely NEVER return. You couldn’t pay us to eat there again. What a health hazard, please shut this place down!
I guess the only positive is that it was clean (but it was dark when we went so I can’t even say that for sure).

DONT EAT HERE. Horrible food. Terrible service. We ordered and it went downhill. The app was delayed so it came out with our food. I ordered chicken fajitas and they brought out steak, and the waiter tried to convince me that I ordered steak. I was very clear with my order. My wife had hair in her food. And everything was cold. We told our waiter and he offered to reheat everything. I asked for a check — we did not touch the food. When we left I brought the same complaints up to the manager, who again offered to reheat the food. We wanted to just leave. Then she had the audacity to charge us $ 8 for the food; the same food that was still on the table untouched, wrong order, with hair in it!!!
I paid what she wanted and we left. It’s not worth it to fight with these people. I’m sure they’ll just reheat the food and serve it to the next guy.

Clean, decent service, but the drinks are weak, the food isn’t very good. Many better options nearby like Taco Garage.

Our waitress told us it was happy hour and gave us a drink menu. We ordered margarita’s that were pretty weak, but no real complaints until the check came. We were charged full price for some sub par margaritas so we questioned about the happy hour. We were told happy hour only applied to a list of drinks from a 1 foot tall sign posted on the side of the building outside.
Here’s where it gets good.
The manager basically told us «oh well» when we brought it to his attention that we were mislead by the happy hour offering and how our waitress neglected to inform us it only applied to the drinks on the menu on the side of a wall. Our waitress then proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away while we were speaking with the manager. After that I knew I was in a piss poor restaurant so I just paid my tab and walked out.
We had two margarita’s each that had little to no tequila, the chips and guacamole we ordered were bland, and the queso was watery. I should have known how bad the experience was going to be since we came on a Saturday afternoon and the whole restaurant had less than 10 people inside. Never going back.

We had a great meal here, with extended family. Food and drinks were delish! I would recommend it, service was great.

I have been a regular customer for several years. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it keeps getting worse.
Today we had lunch at Chris’s Martha’s 410 @ Broadway which was a total waste of money.
We ordered stuffed jalapeños and queso w/​chorizo for an appetizer. The jalapeños were blah, I’ve had better ones at a fast food restaurant and the quèso w/​chorizo was bland. For our entire I had Carne Guisada which was mostly a beef broth with a couple of small bites of beef. (Served cold) I sent it back to reheat and honestly it was still Luke warm! I didn’t bother eating the beans and just took them home.
My guest had a bowl of tortilla soup which I would of expected to be great. It wasn’t! Mostly broth.
The servers are friendly, but the food is lackluster!
There is no comparison between the 410 location and the Babcock@Huebner restaurant
which I give 4 Stars.

Everyone here always treats my family well. The enchiladas and puffy tacos are extremely good! I like the location as it is close to home and easy to get to. There are a «few» Mexican food options in the area but if you choose Martha’s you won’t regret it. Every first timer I bring here is happy with the food.

The absolute worse! This place doesn’t even deserve a STAR! The servers started me off with chips and salsa. The salsa was so watery or thin that when it spilled on my wife’s white jeans it didn’t even leave a stain! The beef fajitas had zero flavor and lacked half the ingredients that actually make up a fajita! The taco salad at our table was really cold. Have you ever heard that a restroom can tell you a lot about a restaurant? We’ll take a look at the pics I’ve posted of their disgusting men’s room! Just gross and pathetic.
I will end this with a positive note though. Servers are really nice and the staff is very helpful and willing to meet a customers request. However, the chefs simply can not cook!

The food is delicious! The service is great and the drinks are cheap! Try the papas nachos, you won’t regret it!

If it wasn’t for one thing, Martha’s would get a 4. The food was delicious and service was excellent.
But I made the mistake of using the restroom here. No idea what the women’s restroom was like but the men’s restroom was worse than most bar bathrooms I’ve been in. I’ve been in porta-​potties that smelled better. I had to use paper towels to open the door, it was so nasty.
And all I could think of after returning to my table was that the cooks are using the same restroom.

First, what’s with the name? «El Chris’ Martha’s Mexican Restaurant.» I don’t know who to blame for the terrible food– El Chris or Martha?
The chips were nicely warmed and burnt, paired nicely with a runny salsa that had a weird after taste. I thought we could at least enjoy a margarita and a beer while waiting for our order. The drink specials are only if you sit at the bar, so we sipped on our over priced drinks (3 times the price because we chose to sit 6 feet away from the designated happy hour zone).
I ordered the asada tacos. Harmless, right? Unless you’re eating an unidentifiable beast. Maybe goat? Lamb? Dog? Either way, it was pretty gnarly. The rice was super bland– absolutely NO flavor. I was ravenous at this point and felt I had no options other than fill my stomach with the rice, only after adding plenty of salsa, cilantro, and onion.
The beans were great.
