Ordered a few tacos and a menudo, as I was leaving I noticed my menudo was missing my menudo. I went back inside to let the young lady know and she said she didn’t charge me for it, I was really craving menudo and after that I just didn’t want it. They should really be paying attention to what they are ringing up and work on their customer service, I didn’t even get a «Hello» or a «Thank You»

My first barbacoa find in San Antonio. Sure on the southside there may be a lot of molinos and such, but this one was my first and I will not forget. The barbacoa was solid and a big taco on a homemade tortilla. Two bucks and change isn’t a bad deal. I got a lengua taco, although I was kinda surprised because it had some birria seasoning on it. Why would you do this to this coveted meat? I guess this is why you could still find some at 12pm on a Sunday. The chicharrones con salsa were all chicharron and little salsa. Beans and cheese tacos were ok. They had a nice pan dulce/bread pudding/fruit cake thing that I picked out once I got a sweet tooth. I will find a better place, I’m sure, but I may be back for the barbacoa or a café and sweet bread.

So I have my usual breakfast spot in the neighborhood. As of late the wait has been a bit of a nuisance. I was finally persuaded into trying Los Angeles after raving about their barbacoa tacos and pulling me in with bakery good options. Okay, their barbacoa is good. The bean and cheese is up to my standards and they make a decent sweet tea. They also have their yummy tortillas packaged up and ready to take home as well as a number of tortilla products(nacho chips and taco shells). Their bakery goods/pan dulce are so so. A bit too much bread for my taste. Overall we always have a good meal. Nothing to complain about! Plus they have a great breakfast deal during the week of two tacos, a soda/tea, and a donut for $ 2.75!

At 6am, well lit. First time here. Was looking for an early morning taco place for my motorcycle friends. Good tacos; coffee is very good. Friendly staff and quick service. Small lot. Cafeteria style on to go orders. Nice fresh bakery items. Great smell of baked goods.

This is a great mom-and-pop-and-family-run business. Came here for barbacoa tacos and pan dulce. The tortillas tasted homemade and the barbacoa was delicious — and they stuffed that taco so full of meat I got full on just one! I took the pan dulce to my parents and they said it was great! I didn’t have a chance to try it, but at their prices I will be back next Sunday for a taste!
