I have been going go LS for about 7 months now. I have tried other boxes but none compare to LS. They have classes all through out the day and no matter what class you go to the coach is always amazing. The box has a very friendly family environment where all the athletes are at different skill levels and cheer each other on. It’s a great box!

Awesome CrossFit box in the San Antonio area. They have a fun and friendly environment and the coaching is great. If you are looking for a drop in they will accommodate or if you are looking to get into fitness, they are a great place to explore.
There is plenty if space for a large amount of athletes and plenty of equipment to go around. They also sell a wide variety of supplements so it is extra convenient.
Try out the Oly class with coach Luke and you are guaranteed to up your game!
