We’re from California so we’ve desperately been trying to find carne asada to grill like we used to back home. This place is close to home so we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately all you taste in their asada is the nasty food coloring they use to give the meat it’s color. It has absolutely no flavor. The short ribs weren’t as bad but the quality is definitely lacking. Their prices weren’t extremely high which is a good thing. I just wish the actual product was better.

Can’t find that thick juicy steak to drop on the grill? This is the place to come. A wide selection of different meat choices: beef, pork, poultry & fish. Good prices and your typical Culebra meat market. Getting in & out to FM 1957 is another story.
