Quiet atmosphere, great staff and the best Phở I’ve ever had. Can’t ask for anything more!

Lemongrass Tofu is superb! In general, this restaurant seemed to be much better before the move. No longer worth a trip for us anymore.

Service was slow, even though we were the only ones dinning in house for dinner. Ive eaten lots of phở, and this one is mediocre at best. I had a boba beverage and considered not finishing it, it was so bad. Some of the boba was hard and gross. Would not recommend.

Great Phở! Wonderful Thai dishes. Seriously top notch Asian cuisine. This is right off Evans road and 281. Do yourself a favor and go and be sure to order the chargrilled pork spring rolls. They are great.

Excellent service. Good ambiance. Average food. Bland curry. Small portions. Expensive, considering the portion size.

I love their noodle bowls! I always get egg roll and tofu or pork. I don’t know what they put in the egg rolls to make them so damn good. Really good spring rolls too. I like that they put mint and cilantro in them instead of straight lettuce like many places. Always get take out and they are always quick. I’ll keep going for sure.

Ecstatic! So, I’m Vietnamese and grew up eating tons of Vietnamese food from New Orleans. For the past 3 years since I’ve moved here to San Antonio, I’ve been trying to look for a good Vietnamese restaurant. I lost count of how many restaurants I’ve tried already and I wasn’t as happy as I am with this one! My boyfriend and I ordered crab Rangoon, salted shrimp w rice, pork chop and egg rice dish and the clear noodles shrimp dish. The crab Rangoon were fried evenly and perfectly. My bf said his pork chop was flavorful cooked nicely w grilled lines on it and it wasn’t dry, but moist and the flavors were enhanced by the sauce that came along w the dish. We shared the salted shrimp that was cooked nicely not rubbery and had a salty, garlic taste to it which complimented well w white rice. And lastly. My clear noodles w shrimp and tofu was awesome! The noodles was salty and sweet at the same time, very explosive flavors. I completed the server, she was attentive and nice. I would definitely come back bc this is the most authentic viet food I ever tried in San Antonio. My search for another good viet restaurant will be put on hold for awhile!

We used to order and/or eat at this place(before it moved) once a week when in town. I was so excited when I saw it off Evans and made a special trip with my family over there. I can’t remember a worse culinary disappointment. The egg rolls and crab wontons(not Rangoon) were unevenly fried. When I explained this to the server, she said that’s just the way they make them. Note: I had already explained to her that I ate there regularly when it was located off Belverde. In hindsight, I feel bad for the server because I did see her speaking to the manger or owner who dismissed our observation and never bothered to grace us with her presence. To be clear, the egg rolls were not edible and the crab wontons were dripping oil. Clearly, the fryer was at the wrong temp. However, the restaurant refused to entertain this obvious note and charged us even though both appetizers were returned. My daughter liked the chicken fried rice but it was not made traditionally; they used long grain rice. The noodles were served lukewarm in a plate of oil mixed with tasteless sauce. The General Tso chicken was big chunks of dark meat that couldn’t be cut with a fork. And the final insult was the pan fried«seabass» that arrived ten minutes after all the other food. I have no proof but I am a decent cook and I would bet the fish was river mud catfish, nothing from any sea. All and all, we will not be returning. I guess we should have gotten up and walked out after the appetizers that were followed by entrees served without serving utensils or plates. Who doesn’t eat Asian food family style? I could add additional mishaps to this 30 minute ordeal but the point has been made.

Not happy that they moved, although they deliver it has to be a min of $ 25. It’s just me ordering. They have amazing food just not happy they moved. Even though I’m in the area of Evans I don’t like driving into that shopping center somehow it feels out of the way. The prices also seem higher. I wish them luck with their move. For now I have to find a new place.

It’s a great place. I was slightly disappointed that they changed from white chicken breast to dark meat. It says white on the menu so they should update it. The crab rangoons were good but rather small and for $ 6 I feel it was too expensive. I am glad they are closer to me and hope they do well. I like the Jazz music it’s different and brings a good feeling while eating. It’s small so also has an intimate feel. I believe in this place it will do well. Just remember that they don’t have white meat. It would have been nice if the manager came out and talked to me but this will do.
