I’ve used these guys for a while due to their proximity to work. They are always VERY nice. Unfortunately, for some reason, they continue to use a laundry service(not everything is handled on-site) that ignores or simply doesn’t understand customer requests. They use a paper ticketing system(other places like Comet use a computerized barcode printer), which might make the problems worse. For example, the last few times I used them, I sent in a bunch of shirts for launder/pressing with no starch. And each time, they’ve come back rigid with starch. Seriously; it feels like you’re wearing cardboard. These are basic cotton button-down shirts, not old-school BDUs. I’m considering running an experiment to see if I could actually carve a roast on the sleeves. Each time, they’ve offered to re-do them for free, and each time, they come back only slightly less awful. It’s clear that the facility they use just isn’t paying attention to the tickets. I get that this is not necessarily a problem with Jun’s itself, but with the industrial laundry facility they contract with. But that’s still a serious problem when something is this consistently wrong. However, I’ve never been treated with anything but respect and courtesy here. Also, when I’ve had them do dry cleaning on suits, they come back perfect, the prices are reasonable, and they offer same-day service. Unfortunately, what I need them to do in most days(iron my shirts without a quart of starch on each of them) was not getting done properly, so I will be going elsewhere. So, if you just need some dry cleaning, or happen to have a starch fetish, go for it.

So far, so good. Turned in my clothes for dry cleaning, hassle free and quickly. Attendant requested to know preference for heavy or light starch, then offered for me to pay now or on pick up. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my clothes the next day, the employee explained that my clothes had not been delivered that morning because the driver got sick and had to go to the hospital. That’s understandable, I suppose, but it doesn’t guarantee that your clothes will be ready when they claim they will, much less potentially on the same day. Eventually, I got my clothes back clean and pressed. Overall, the service, mishap included, is decent, but this review only contains the scope of dry cleaning and not any other service Jun’s provides, such as laundry or alterations.
