The staff is always professional and very welcoming to everyone. I’ve even seen them handle disgruntled customer while still being courteous. Additionally, they are fast and you can get items dry cleaned on the same day. Also, they have alterations which is quick as well. I have been going here foe awhile and the atmosphere and service hasn’t change.

This is the worst dry cleaning services I have ever been to. There’s no such thing as customer service. After returning a few jeans and a shirt bacause of stains and a burnt & torn leather patch on the jeans several times… the stains were never removed & the reason for the damaged jeans I was told it happens every time they used starch so there’s nothing they can do…
I have never rated or made any comments about a business but I was very disappointed with their service…
I will NEVER return to this place!!!

(I went to Hannah’s Cleaners & Alterations on Potranco Road, but it’s owned by the same person who owns the one on Marbach.)
This is by far the WORST dry-​cleaning service I have ever used. First, the owner does not communicate with her employees. One of the employees told me that I could get ANY ten items dry-​cleaned for $ 3.50 a piece (she wrote this «special» on my frequent visitor card). Well, a week later, I showed up with ten items, expecting to pay $ 3.50 for each piece. According to the owner, this special did not exist!!! With much reluctance, she honored the special. However, when my husband picked up the items, the attendant was extremely rude and flung the items to him. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO HANNAH’S CLEANERS!

In by 10am out by 5pm. The prices are lower than some of the other cleaners in the area. Girls in the front are always multi tasking and I appreciate them. My husbands clothes are always great, no complaints.
