Jack In the Box

I found this little gem by accident. I’ve now been to this location twice and one thing keeps me coming back: Alejandra. Alejandra works the drive-​thru Window and I have never met someone as dedicated to customer service and satisfaction as her. She genuinely enjoys what she does and sports a smile and an upbeat attitude as she does it. She repeats back my order before she takes payment to make sure she has it right and low-​and-​behold my orders have ALWAYS been accurate from this location. If a manager is reading this, I hope you are taking care of this young lady as she is an asset to your location and this company!
Onto the food: The two times I’ve been here I tried the «Jack’s Blazin’ Chicken Sandwich.» I give Jack in the Box kudos for really bringing on the spice. The chicken patty has a nice spice to it and they use REAL jalapeños not these pickles trying to pass as jalapeños like a lot of restaurants use nowadays. They had some new skinnier, more potatoe-​y fries this past time I visited and that was a nice upgrade from the larger cut, but soggier fries they served me the first time. Get this burger with extra bacon and you’ll thank me later. The only reason I gave this location –1 star is that this burger is a flagship item. It has TV spots and prime real estate on the Jack in the Box website, yet it’s not advertised or found anywhere on the menu board. The only place they have it advertised is on the actual window where you pay which is kind of pointless because at that point you’ve already ordered something else because you didn’t know about or see this item until now.

They told me to wait at the speaker then said they would take my order at the window. When I got to the window they were surprised that I had no order. Coffee was cold and order took too long! Also they gave us no syrup with our pancakes.

This location is very convenient. The drive thru is quick, and accurate for the most part. Sometimes I’ll get a tomato when I order «no tomatoes.» The tacos, I’m afraid to say, are what keep me coming. Because the drive thru is open 24/​7, I can get my taco crave on anytime!
