I had been suffering from an ear infection since Saturday evening. I stumbled upon Impact Urgent Care on Hwy 151. What a godsend!!! The staff was very courteous, professional and really care about their patients. The front staff representative, Jalisa was very professional and friendly. She instantly made my daughter and I feel welcomed. The physician’s assistant, Michael, was empathetic, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He was very informative and explained the process. The provider, C. Istre, was definitely everything I would expect a doctor to be and more! He was excellent. He showed that he definitely cares about his patient’s well-​being and made the time to listen to any concerns of mine. I did not feel rushed and I felt like I mattered. I am usually very hesitant to go to the doctor because of previous bad experiences. I am so glad I chose this urgent care clinic. (If I ever need an urgent care facility again I am coming back here!!) I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an urgent care clinic over any other clinics. I had a very positive and pleasant experience. Clean and neat building! Excellent and knowledgeable staff!!! A godsend!!!
