They were not selfish with the portions thats for sure. The pupu platter was hefty. The sesame chicken and general tsos chicken tasted more of like orange chicken. Yummy but not what was intended when we ordered. Pork rice was good and addicting. The rice that came with the specials was plain and dry. I would order again because it was fast delivery and good portions just wish the general tsos chicken was more fried and darker.

Balance is hard to find. Golden Dragon has got it. The establishment is very fast, delicious, and friendly. Whether eating in or ordering out, when it comes to Chinese, this is the way to go. Always hot, always fresh.
No more waiting forever for a great dish or getting a nasty dish really fast. Now you can have a great dish really fast, no joke. They say 20 minutes but I have had my food in hand within 15. If you want to be impressed, enjoy your food, not wait forever, not feel like you paid too much, feel good about at least one decision today, or just wanna munch on some friggin good food, call these people. They will take care of you and surely get another loyal customer.

This place gets the job done, but I was not impressed. It was not too flavorful or fresh in my opinion. While it was cheaper, the friend rice did not seem flavorful and little bit on the old side. The sesame chicken was slightly over fried. I will say the spring roll was tasty and overall not a bad meal, but not great either.

There are days when coming home to make dinner is just not an option. Needless to say, we order from here sometimes twice a week! Whether we do delivery or carry-​out, they are always fast and consistent. All of the appetizers/​entrees that we have tried are always yummy and very well priced. I love ordering from Golden Dragon Express!

I don’t think my Mongolian beef was a good cut of beef. Very strange texture and nearly inedible.
Vegetable fried rice — not bad, not great. General Tso’s chicken — soggy and not spicy at all.
Everything was just okay. That being said, they’re one of the only places around that deliver to my address so I’ll probably order again and stick to the vegetarian dishes.

Great place to get Chinese takeout. This restaurant also delivers which is really convenient during the week when in a rush. My favorites are: egg drop soup, lo mein, beef and broccoli, pork fried rice and lemon chicken. The staff is cordial and fast. My kids love to get food from here. No inside dining available but otherwise awesome for a night dining at home.

Fast and reasonably priced. The Food here is tasty and well portioned. It’s not a dine in restaurant so To-​Go or Delivery only.

This place makes a pretty good chinese take out. If your home for a netflix and chill and need some chinese for you and your girl, this is the place.

I love this place. Great take out. TSO tofu is out of this world. One of the best Chinese Restaurants in San Antonio. My wife loves the veggie lo mein! They are family owned and operated, and always super friendly! We try to eat here once a week at least!

This place is pretty good, decent priced, and deliver. (: I would recommend that for sure!

I tried to order from here since without knowing how far they were because I am new to the area. Unfortunately, I was out of the area they drive to, I completely understand that. However, the man who spoke to me on the phone was extremely rude and short tempered. As soon as he realized he couldn’t deliver to me he became short with me. I asked him kindly if he knew of anywhere else in the area. He replied «No! We do not do that here. Go search the internet by yourself.» and immediately hung up.

Very timely: in twenty minutes from hang up to doorbell, at 7:00 PM on a Friday. Consistent quick delivery for good ol, stick to your ribs, American-​Chinese food. I keep coming back to this place for Chinese delivery because it’s comfortable. It’s not extraordinary, but it’s consistent with HUGE portions. My normal order is sesame chicken, egg rolls and dumplings (potstickers). I recommend this spot if you’re looking for simple, flavorful, friendly delivery.

It was good, but the food-​sweet and sour and the rice, burned through the styrofoam. I asked the girl working the counter when we ordered if they could line it with aluminum foil or parchment paper because I saw the take out styrofoam containers. She told me they didn’t have any, which is a little hard to believe. I should have asked her if they had paper towels. Would like my food with out the taste of evaporated styro.

What a great decision! We’ve had the worst luck finding a good Chinese restaurant, but this place has changed that! We ordered delivery and were quoted a 45 minute wait time, but were pleasantly surprised at least ten minutes really! The beef mei fun was amazing as well as the two flavor plate (sweet and sour chicken & chicken and broccoli)! Definitely order from here!!!

Really good place. I never have it delivered since I live fairy close but they still have yet to disappoint. Only thing they can improve on is their steamed rice, it’s a bit undercooked.

I was looking for a good Chinese delivery since I moved away from the area of my last favorite. I found this place and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and its consistency. Food is always hot and fast! I will be a customer for quite a while.

Had this delivered and the food was cold. The rice was not good at all but the fried rice we ordered was really good. Probably wouldn’t ever eat this again.

Best Singapore style meifun in town! Spicy orange chicken is delicious too! We will be back!

This is one of my regular places I go to. Week after week I pick up an order of peanut butter chicken. I like it. They get your food ready quickly and there’s rarely a wait. I have a big appetite and one order makes 2 meals for me. If you like Chinese take out this place has never disappointed. Not amazing but consistently good

Love this place because it’s convenient AND delicious! Husband and I were feeling a little more than lazy this past Saturday and didn’t want to pause the movie we were watching on Netflix so we decided to order some delivery.
We each had the two flavor combo (hubby got shrimp in lobster sauce and sesame chicken and I got the sweet and sour chicken and beef in garlic sauce) Everything was amazing! The food came to our door hot, the chicken in the sweet and sour was still crispy and the beef in garlic was a little hotter than I expected but I loved it. Also, the proportions are huge. I still had well over half of my plate and I was stuffed.
The combo meals also comes with rice (white or fried) and a choice of egg rolls or crab rangoons. I got the egg roll and this is probably the only thing I wasn’t a fan of at this place.
The best part? We were estimated a 30 minute delivery time but the food came in less than 15 minutes! I mean, we do live about a mile from this place but for a Saturday night, I was impressed.
