First Choice Emergency Room

Fast, efficient, and thorough. I stopped in after being involved in a pretty nasty wreck, didn’t need to be transported, but needed some X-​rays and what not. Sheila, Larry, D’Hannis, and Dr. Mennite were amazing!

I visited the northwest location on Tezel Rd and all I can say is they are so professional and genuine. They listened to my concerns and right away they were on top of it. I went to 2 other clinics within the same week and they could figure out that I had bronchitis. The Dr and staff are so knowledgeable. I loved that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Thank you Dr Whitford and nurse Vincent you both are awesome!

My son bumped his head and needed a quick fix to stop the blood. We got right in with no waiting. The staff and doctor was all super nice and caring. We got in and out quickly. They even gave my son a goody bag with a watch that he is still wearing.

Real fast. Real easy. Great care in record time. I would highly recommend this place!

I got sick while I was on vacation. I waited until I got home to go to the doctor. It was after hours, so I decided to go to First Choice Emergency Room. It was new to our area and I did not know much about it. I had called and spoken with Yvette that morning while driving from New Orleans. She was great. She looked up my insurance to make sure they accepted it and then checked for my copay. I told her I would be coming by when I got back into town that day. My husband actually dropped me off on our way into town and then went home with the kids to unload the car. My experience was great. Larry took me back to the room to get me set up, Angie took my vitals and info. Then I saw Dr. Ogden. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to listen and figure out exactly what was wrong. I was in and out within 35 min of the time I signed in. My husband had barely even gotten the car unloaded when I called him to pick me up. This was the best experience ever for me. I have been to other after hours clinics and never had an experience like this. I will definitely return.
